This past Friday night on my way from Redding to Red Bluff I had a tire blowout on the freeway. I was able to pull off on the off ramp. It was dark and I had my four young grandchildren with me who were a little scared. My son called Hill Enterprises Towing who were there in record time. Cody Calhoun immediately put us at ease. He made sure we were safe and even made arrangements for us to get home safely which really meant a lot. I highly recommend Hill Enterprises Towing for all of your roadside assistance needs. I'm very thankful for how quickly this company was able to tow my car home today and get my daughter home safely. I went through my insurance company which told me it would be 60-75 minutes for the tow. Hill Enterprise Towing was there under 20 minutes! terrible customer service and terrible drivers. one of their trucks cut me off on the freeway and threw a rock at my windshield causing it to chip. I called and sent photos and videos. Was given the run around for over a month & kept being promised “a call back” and that they would “make it right” only to be told a month later that they will not be doing anything. I would never contact them for any towing service
We were stuck on the side of the road and Hill Enterprise came right away to our rescue amazing staff I highly recommend Robert he didn't have a phenomenal job
Never used theyre services but the company supports the drivers speeding and cutting off cars on the road when told they lied and say theyre trucks top out at 80 when driver was going 90+ so they are liars who support theyre drivers cutting people off bad service for the call learn how to drive!!!!!
I broke down in Redding and Cody C. was the driver that came out to give me a tow. Cody engaged and chatted the whole ride. He made the 2 1/2 hour drive home fly by. I could not thank him enough for talking the time away from his family to tow us home! Thank you so much!
The driver, Cody Calhoun, was so helpful. I was in BFE towing. They figured out the best way to go about it and they were very helpful to show me that my tire shop performed the wrong PSI along with the wrong valve-stems that caused me to have two flats.

Calhoun was amazing. He was extremely communicative and when he found out what was wrong, he knew I needed a jump instead of a tow. Car had broken down and we had got connected to Hills. Driver was Devin, very nice guy and very prompt. Would highly recommend and Devin deserves a raise! Awesome driver with a great attitude.
Be great if your tow truck didn't ride my ass with my kids in my car when I'm already going 50 through town trying to keep them off my ass. Appreciate that, 4/7 in red bluff with the other lane wide open for him to pass but chose to ride my ass with my family in the car. What a stand up guy
I don’t know about the company, that being said our tow truck driver was awesome. He was there a bit earlier than quoted, he was thorough, efficient and chitchatted with my husband, since they knew a lot about the same things. Mercedes are downplayed and less priority. The people who drive them are snootty, so they can wait.
Super easy to get their help using my insurance. Took awhile because they were busy, but their driver, Lee, kept in touch with us while we waited. Lee was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Put us at ease in a big way. Would recommend 100%!! Thank you, Lee!!
My poor old truck broke down again. Called my Insurance company to get the old truck towed. They sent out your driver Lee out to help me. It took a little while for Lee to show up which is ok I drove tow truck in the past and stuff happens. I was so glad to see Lee pull up. It was cold out and his truck was warm. Gave Lee the keys and he got my truck hooked up and got me home. Thanks for having a driver like Lee. When he was dropping my truck off he said it was his day off. Thanks for the great service Lee.
Devin came and rescued me from the side of the hwy for a tow into Chico...that unfortunately for him became a tow into Sacramento. He was professional, detailed, and a good communicator. Would recommend.
Josh was best. We got stranded middle of nowhere and our day was literally ruined. I called him and he came right away other companies including our insurance was no help at all. Needed a tow off 32, and progressive calls out this company. Knowing the car was having mechanical issues, I was told by Dustin in Chester that my car was DROVE in and they did not let anyone know what they were doing there just left my car unattended and unlocked. Thankfully they were nice enough to put it inside the gates but I am beyond furious that something else could have been damaged while driving it in. Be weary.

Driver was not having a good day and stated his head wasnt in it. Felt bad but would hate to see someone get hurt. Truck was halfway up the flat but when he unhooked to relocate the chains. He forgot to lock the winch in place and when he released the parking brake the truck went flying backwards off the deck as he was hanging out the driver door. Thankfully he stopped it before it hit my neighbors van. Thankfully no one was hurt and no damage done. Maybe a little more training would help this driver stay safe.
I am giving 1 star because the tow truck driver damaged the front end/ bumper and panel of my car while removing car from tow truck. The main damage to my car occurred while the tow truck driver attempted to force the bumper and fender back together with 2 large screwdrivers that left tool marks on the fender and bumper. This occurred while my car was being unloaded at a repair shop. I filed a claim with my insurance company the same day and an employee at the repair shop/ car dealership witnessed this happen. Unfortunately the insurance claim is taking a long time due to the unique circumstances. I had no complaint with the driver or tow company other than this event while my car was being unloaded.
Great job by the Hill Enterprise team. I live in the Montgomery Creek area and they met all my towing needs here in the Mountains! I gave them 5 stars and recommended them highly!
I was texted at 7 saying driver would be there between 90 minutes to 120 minutes. I never heard back. I called at 11:30 to check on status. I was told the driver was on his way and they didn’t know what the driver was doing. I just wish they had texted me to keep me informed about when driver would arrive. Driver said he kept getting sent out on other jobs. He said he told someone that he was supposed to be at my house and was told to go after another job.

Robert literally went out of his way to accommodate placement a disabled vehicle after learning on arrival the repair facility had moved. Very professional and kind assistance. It's off the beaten Path for anyone unfamiliar with Red Bluff. If you've turned right off of Walnut onto Baker and gone as far as the soccer fields on the right , you passed it. Turn around and go back a little ways and look for the small billboard with an arrow pointing towards it. Go down that dirt road a short ways and park outside the gate. There's a reason, I just can't remember what it was.
The people are pretty friendly, but if the local law enforcement is why your there it might be hard to appreciate their good nature once you pay their ridiculous fee. Especially when they tow for a non moving violation like a fix it for a license plate light. That's how my 76 yr. Old mother and 18 yr old daughter on the Dean's list at Shasta College got it from them. $467.00 tow and less than 24 hrs. Storage. Can you say back words hick town? Avoid Red Bluff if you can help it.
Gordo was awesome. My starter quit right after getting gas and my insurance had Hills come get my 6 year old and myself. Gordo was quick, efficient, extremely professional and had my 6 year old chatting and having a great time the whole drive home. Great guy, great tow truck and a great company. I appreciate them helping me out later in the day too.
I had a flat tire. I called and received great respect and care. Then a different man showed up and treated me and my van with outstanding respect and care. As a woman, traveling with my sister on our way to visit our disabled brother, this was just what i needed to feel safe. I felt like our guy went above and beyond answering all our questions making us feel safe to travel and what we need to do tomorrow. I will never forget this place.
