First time ever having to pay to get a vehicle that had been towed. It was very expensive. Hostage fee plus $97 per day and they aren't open weekends which is when my vehicle was towed. The man who took the money and brought the vehicle to us was very nice. Vehicle was not damaged.
Owen, at A and A Towing was WONDERFUL!! I broke down on a roadtrip & needed a tow. I called A&A and was told they would send a driver out. Owen was there within 20 minutes! He was very professional, helpful, and took very good care of myself and my car! He dropped off the car at the repair shop, and then he dropped me off at a local hotel and helped me unload my luggage for the night. He helped make my situation better just by being nice and helpful! If you break down in Red Bluff, please call A and A Towing, they will be there for you!!
Got in a wreck on 99 and they got there very fast and were very friendly and personable! I've had to be towed a few times and there the cheapest versus other tow companies in town. I was able to get my car out the very next morning to take it to the dealer. Absolute 5 stars, I highly recommend if you want affordable prices!
Absolutely horrible customer service skills. Extremely overpriced. They aren't open regular business hours so if they tow your vehicle you end up paying extra days of storage fees because they're not open so you can get your vehicle. Then they tried to lie, threaten and scam you out of your vehicle. ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Hector from A and A Towing and I can’t thank him enough! My car broke down in a stressful situation, but Hector arrived promptly and turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth and even pleasant experience. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and kind, taking the time to explain everything and ensure my car was safely secured.

Extremely disrespectful to my mother. Forced and harassed her about paperwork for a car she wasn’t liable for. She was just trying to help out my brother who bought the car and hadn’t switched it in his name yet. Would avoid dealing with this company.
Car died, midday, July 3rd, 10 miles out of Red Bluff, on HWY 36, in the middle of nowhere. Unsure what to do, I called the Tehama Sheriff, which I'd passed. They were nice enough to tell me to call my insurance, to check for tow coverage (which I knew I did not have) and then offered to connect me to the CHP who could come and see if they could help. THANK GAWD I did that. Officer Nibert, showed up, quickly, tried to jump my car, to no avail and then suggested HE call a tow company. (If given the option of the CHP calling a tow, TAKE IT, the tow companies respond to the CHP calls WAY before those from your insurance company. Who knew NOT having tow coverage was a plus, in this case?) A & A showed up with a flatbed tow truck, they were fast and efficient. The AC inside of their truck was KILLER! With my kayak on top, my belongings and dog inside of the car, off we went. They mentioned that there were a lot of mechanic shops closed, since people were taking a long holiday weekend and together, discussed where we might go. They called Kuper's, they were open and that's where they took me. I wish I had gotten their names, they SAVED MY A$$ by taking me to the most perfect mechanic, EVER!! THANK YOU, you two WONDERFUL GENTLEMEN!!!!! (My car is having the engine replaced under the manufacturer's warranty, FREE! An awful day was made a million times better, by you!!!)
I am in Corning A&E towing is located in Red Bluff I have roadside assistance through my insurance and they wanted to charge me $250 for a jump start I almost fell out of my chair when I heard that so I actually called them in person that way there's no third party relaying any messages and sure enough they were going to charge me $250 to drive about 15 minutes for a jump start I would not call them to change my daughter's tire on her wagon or on her tricycle $250 I can go buy a brand new battery not just get a jump start I think it might be a little bit too big for their britches and Ineed to get knocked off the mountain top or I'm in the wrong type of business and I should start a tow truck company that's crazy $250 for a jump start so please people do not call them for anything
