Your employee was talking mess at me and my wife cussing at us, this was Wednesday look at your video. Tells me hes off at 5 pm meet him around the corner! Which would be very big mistake on his part. You need to find good employees not this guy i wont be back! Worst place to recycle! And you can't take plastic without lables LMFAO i took them to another place they took them with no problem! And its not a California law which you told us! Go somewhere else to recycle these guys are unprofessional and shouldn't be working there, and i gave you one star because i can't give you 0 , watch the video it was around 11 am Wednesday yes i was cussing at him too but NOT until he was cussing at me in front of other customers and he said this in front of other customers including telling me to meet him after work to fight! I want something done about him. He needs to show some respect when hes at work representing you guys because right now you don't look so good in customer service! I will let everyone i know about you and people who follow me!
I live in red bluff and travel to Corning to recycle my cans. I started taking my can to Corning because the ppl that work with the other competitor steal from as they pinch your can weight in red bluff behind Raleys and rip you off big time in red bluff, a dishonest company in Red bluff. But the recycling place in Corning are super polite and get us through the line. I HAVE NO PROBLEM DRIVING THAT EXTRA MILE FOR A GOOD HONEST COMPANY Corning location is awesome AND THANK YOU FOR BEING HONEST PEOPLE
For anyone needing a honest place the Corning location is the place to go. NOT RED BLUFF THEY'RE THEIVES AND LIARS
Pulled up. It was raining and i grabbed my three bags of cans and recycling. I waited in line in the rain and cold then the guy told me i need to have everything separated before i get there. I loaded up my smelly wet cans and bottles back into my car.
I will never use this place again after that. Thank you. Hope everyone has a better experience than me. Wet, Smelly, Cold and shunned.
With the exception of one out of many visits there, I am always treated kindly, and quickly. Considering the heat and some of the people that these people have to tolerate we need to be more understanding and try to do our best to make it easier on them.
Shelby is awesome! She is always working, hustling, helping, she is a great recycling center attendant. Every time I have come to my local recycle center and there has been a line she has worked extra hard to make that line get shorter and shorter as quickly as possible. She is never in a bad mood (at least at work ) and I enjoy chatting about local issues and just having good conversation with her whenever she has the time. I highly recommend this place .
Although I showed up the other day. This recycling center was quite busy. The line moved rather fast. Excellent customer service friendly staff. Employees went above and beyond.
You guys constantly close early, and not like 20-30 mins early. You guys closed 2 hours early today and my dad needed to recycle the cans so we can buy dinner. It says you close at 4, so you should stay open til that time. This is horrible business tactics.
If I could rate this a 0 I would. The 2 men that were working were extremely rude. They had us go through all these hoops just to park since people aren’t allowed to park in their gravel parking lot. Then just to tell us we have to go home to presort the cans and bottles anyways since we aren’t allowed to do it on their property. I don’t understand really why we can’t have 2 bins and just separate the bottles and cans there. Just a waste of time

They are usually really busy being this place is on main street in the middle of town. It's a organized chaos I can appricate. The workers do their best in the not best work environment...it's hot, sticky and most people are lazy and expect the workers to do what they should've already had done - organize their recycling. They don't get paid to do that people. It's sad seeing so many people talk bad about the people working there .. when if you think about .. that isn't the best job.
I like going there, they are always respectful and polite to me.. cuz I am the same way to them.

The short guy that works there is a ride a**hole. There is little parking. There is not much space for you and your recycling so you have to unload your recycling in the street. The rude troll-like man won't let you bring the empty recycling cans to your vehicle, so if you have a truckload of loose aluminum like I did you would have to walk back and forth across the street hundreds of times. Save yourself the trouble of an upsetting afternoon and go to another facility.
We go there all the time never had any problems the lady there is always nice infact we bring her a Dr. Pepper every now and then. They do get busy and for the one lady who's there does a great job at getting everyones recycling done as quickly as she can. Great service. Thank you
Dont have signs big enough to be seen posted about lines or bringing your recycling up to the bay. They have a tiny pink sign that say must have recycling sorted no exceptions and Not very friendly employees rude about the whole experience. Dont have any guidance signs posted on there rules for how to bring recycling here. Better get there Sh*t straight.
