Extremely Rude Old Blonde Woman. Was pouring very early in the morning so i missed a sign and turn left towards the scale. Only my steers touch the scale when i realized i was in the wrong facility. I was backing up when a woman came out yelling and screaming at me. She came to my window and started blasting all sorts of curse words. I wasn’t even there for a min and was scolded like a child. I didn’t yell back because i didnt want to lower myself to her level. She also referred to as “You people” im Mexican so not sure what she meant by that. Learn some maners lady.
Never again will I waste my time and money coming back. Almost 1,300lbs of prepared iron mixed with a little tin roofing only to leave with $17 . I'll be sticking with Northstate Recycling in Redding, well worth the drive for a much better experience.
Literally would never recommend anyone to go here. The lady was extremely rude for no reason we were taking in scrap metal and before we could even approach the door she came out with a nasty attitude. They have 3 different numbers that don’t work.
Drove to their site in Orland that is called Richfield Metal and Recycling. They don't recycle metal and a person there told me to drive to the site in Richfield. Hours sag tues- sat 830/430 but I showed up and they're closed.
Yuck the worst place. Seems like you would want return customers. But they don't even want any I guess. Red Bluff here I come..take it to school up there.... Can't have caps on. So guess I will be going thru them.
I love that there's a place close to my house that I can recycle all the metal I have instead of having it go to the landfill. They used to do cans, plastic and glass here but they no longer offer that service. Kinda poopy that I can't do it all in the same place anymore but I'm thankful they are still open and helping cut down our waste. They are honest with their prices and someone's always there to help me if an item I have is too heavy for me to get outta my truck. The guys who work here are so friendly they know me and my husband by first name. I recommend you going there. Look at it like this it can be your good deed for the day and they put cash in your pocket! Double win!
This place is honest and respectable really I think u are jus .ad course you couldn't afforded hour next bag of method putting such a cloud on a reputable business shame on u
This is one of the worst places I took in a big garbage bag full of aluminum cans and 2 big garbage bags of plastic bottles big and small mixed only got 6 dollars the employees all work together to get their next bag of meth
The people that work here are very nice. They also give you a fair amount of money for aluminum and plastic. I live in Corning and Richfield Recycling is the only place close enough to drop off some scrap if the need were to ever arise. I highly recommend this place.
Nice place if u dont mind giveing up your sources information,I.D.an life history.Not sure if they are trying to step on my toes or what. Might b a identy theft thing idk.I do know that i got 50cents more a pound not to far from them.
