I went there to simply ask about when they do the car auctions and got straight simple and helpful answers and directions of when and what time they do them. I also was directed to a list on the office window that shows cars and trucks on the auction list for the weeks auction. Good helpful folk.
Last week my car needed to be towed to my mechanic. My whole family has always used Anderson’s so I called to see how much it would be. The gal on the phone, Kari, was super pleasant and knowledgeable. She gave me a fair quote and agreed on a pick up time. The driver, Brian, who picked up my car was super professional and took his time to make sure my car was safe and secure. I’ve never needed towing services before so this being my first experience, I’m impressed and will always use them in the future. Thanks crew at Andersons. Keep up the good work.

Brian at Andersons Towing is an absolute gentleman. My wife’s car got towed for being in a construction zone as she was attending class At Stanislaus state. Before she could get to her car on the other side of campus to move it, the car had already been towed. With the fee from getting the release form from the police department it was going to cost a pretty penny to get the car back Brian’s kindness and understanding was above and beyond something I’ve never experienced before. Waited 10+ minutes on hold so i could be told to try a different location, they couldnt drive out from ceres to stockton. So most likely if your car doesnt break down ten mins from your house or 5 mins from their shop they probably wont come to get you. Wouldnt surprise me if they made you load the damn thing up yourself and drive it back. Their drivers nit pick their jobs so if your location seems to be an inconvience to them, youre most likely staying there. Glad I never got the chance to give this business my money because their customer service and workers seem awful.
Modesto police put a 30 day impound on my vehicle my email to chief of police got it released in 13 days. Guy on phone gave me the wrong price but ended up correcting it when I arrived. All in all it was a great experience. Be back next impound
Awesome!! I was at the hand car was, and my battery died in one of the stalls. Couldn't find someone to give me a jump. I called these guys and gave him my location. He said someone would be there in 15 mins. They all say 15 mins lol ,, 20 mins guy showed up. I was impressed!! In 5 mins, i was back on the road. I definitely recommend them. Prompt, curtious, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Professional and exceeded the expectation. Car, after being hit head on needed to be carried to San Francisco for repairs, Anderson Tow really assisted. Duane and his crew were great. In addition, we’re on the spot helping me with a challenging situation. Highly recommend.
Very friendly and fair pricing. They were very careful with loading and unloading my car which would not start in the driveway. Will definitely use them again if I'm unfortunately in a similar circumstance. Definitely consider them if you're looking for a local tow company.
I called them out to pick up my sons 62 beetle, it had flat tires and wouldn’t start. They picked it up at around 8:30 pm and towed it 15-20 miles and were able to off load it without any issues or damage! The driver was great and super friendly! 10 out of 10 would definitely use them again!!!
I recently moved from my house and needed a vehicle towed from that location to a storage location.
I Contacted no less than six (6) different tow companies in my area. With three (3) of them located within a quarter mile of my house. One of them was two (2) blocks away. I personally drove to these tow companies and was told by each of them that they do not do regular tow's anymore because they were waiting for Law Enforcement and did not want to miss their call if they needed them. There were no current call's for that type service, but they did not want to miss them if they called. Another tow service sent out a truck, but the driver did not like it's location and complained that he would have make a five point turn. He then called his manager and left without towing my vehicle.
I was up against a serious Deadline when Anderson's Towing sent a truck to my location on June 1st. The driver, Brian, hooked up my vehicle and towed it to were I needed it to go. Brian answered all my questions and listened to all my banter without missing a beat. I honestly have not had that level of customer service in a very long time. He was very professional. I even tried to give him a Tip, but he politely refused.

My experience was great. Showed up when they said they would and answered all questions and friendly also. Have used them several times over the years and have always been happy with services. Driver's are cool and skilled.
I had to call Anderson’s on a date once, because the guy got his truck stuck in a horse pasture. It was very late at night, and the owner himself came to tow us out! Zero damage to the truck, and no damage to the fencing for the pasture. Great service!
I have used this company for many years. Anytime I needed their help with a tow I was given first class service. They treat you like family and will always give you an honest effort to meet your needs.
They lied about when and how much it cost untill after the fact one perso says one thing the other guy says another then will tell u your lie ing about what the first guy says.t. overall they are nice people and the drivers are great they now how to two thats for sure
