Predatory towing practices, also towed my car for no permit I have witnesses that seen it in my car and when I received my car from them surprise surprise the only thing stolen out of it was the parking permit now who would profit off of that?
Insanely unprofessional, they towed my vehicle from my assigned parking space at my apartments, for a “private property tow” it’s OUR property In OUR parking spot. This has been reported to the police. Be VERY wary!!!
They have predatory tactics and this is why there’s a class action pending. Everything you do comes back full circle. Hopefully this means their business shuts down or they actually become a reputable company. Do better All Brauns
This place is legal theft which crazy! They can just say you parked “illegally” which was not the case. No sign where I was park. So they steal your car and then you have to pay 440$ to get it back? Ok
Worst service ever, should close this towing company. Steal money and waste people time, they take cars without even being legally allowed to. My car was literally park for 2 minutes and was on and this piece of person decided to tow it. Like to ruin people’s day, by towing cars and make money off it , I hope your business fails.
This towing company is just a money grab. They sneak around wishing to find any car to tow for any reason just to line their pockets with 530 bucks regardless if you’re parked legally or not they will make up any excuse to tow. They also lie so please don’t trust this company. Obviously look at all the reviews. Shady business.
Thank you to all of your hard, long hours of work. You have done a really good job cleaning up all our properties! If you don't want to be towed, just like the police, then follow the rules, it's a tough job. We appreciate all you have to do and you always adhere by the law, photos before, during and after tows. Signs are posted. Nice, safe tow yard also. I am sure most reviews are negative, the world could use more law enforcement and you all really help keep our towns alot cleaner. Thank you Brauns Towing.
Bad company, they are thieves with a tray, a few hours ago they wanted to take my car from my own parking lot in the apartment unit having permission for parking and the guy did not He wanted to unhook my car until I gave him 150 dollars for just unhooking my car, they are thieves
Worst towing company I've ever known they really take cars for no reason even thought they're registered they will take your car in the middle of the night just how thieves act no warning but come in the middle of the night and take your car I don't know how they're still in business! Very bad service. It's crazy how instead of worrying about people stealing your car you gotta worry about this company coming for your car even though you have everything by the rules!
This place is absolutely horrendous. If you’re looking for good service, this won’t be a good option for you. Employees are disrespectful and service is trash. These people are just looking for a reason tow your car watch out!!
I had the misfortune of dealing with this unprofessional towing company, and I am beyond furious. They had the audacity to tow my car from right outside my house in a mobile home park, and the worst part? It had only been parked there for 10 minutes! There was no warning, no courtesy call, nothing. Just a quick and unfair tow.
What’s the point of paying for parking if a company like this can come and take your car without any real justification? Its technically theft and illegal. They showed no consideration for the fact that I was just getting things ready, and I was literally parked for less than a quarter of an hour. It's an outrage!
Save yourself the frustration and go with a more reasonable and professional towing service. This company is clearly out for money and lacks any sense of customer service.
Very unprofessional staff and the map direction to get to the place is weird. No one likes to be towed, but at least the staff has to be understanding when you reach out to them.
My vehicle was towed while I was a visitor at a mobile home park in Ceres. I was parked in visitor parking where I was told to park. Within 10 minutes a tow was in process. Within 30 minutes I was getting my vehicle from the tow yard. It cost me $450! I feel that I was a victim of a preadatory tow company. I did not argue with these people as the 5 large men and 2 large dogs in the office were rather intimidating. I did submit a complaint on All Brauns website and even emailed them 3 times. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well and they said that the company did not respond either. I just want them to know what a huge hardship their preadatory tow practices have caused me. The tow cost half of what my monthly income is and I am still feeling the impact of not having that money. I was a legit visitor, and was barely parked there for 10 minutes before this company was already in the works of hauling my vehicle off. I would still really like my money back that I was wrongly taken from me! I'll even be happy with part of it! Please get back to me All Brauns!
VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DON'T KNOW WHO RAISED THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE I CALLED TO GET INFO ON MY VEHICLE I WAS YELLED AT . DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR HE YELLED AT ME AND KEPT CUTTING ME OFF TOLD ME HE DIDN'T CARE AND HUNG UP ON ME.THEY DEFINITELY NEED A COURSE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE
My apartments hired them to correct parking, however our parking lot does not have the proper width on parking spaces (7ft should be min 8ft.). This company is taking advantage of that fact & the fact they don’t have to warn before tow. Because I was over the line they towed and charged 425. They scan the parking lot 4x a day to see who they can grab and get a quick $. I called to ask if I can have a photo because i need to address the apt complex with the 7ft wide compact spaces. He was a jerk with attitude right away and said no. Why? Just because he wanted to say no. I went to my complex to talk to them about the no warning, improper spaces and I would like to see a photo. She got the photo and talked to him to see if they could wave the fee, she agreed with me on the spaces. He gave me 100$ off... and was a complete jerk when I picked up my car. When I asked why he needed registration and insurance he instantly raised his voice (every other time I could not hear what he was saying) “look just because you have the keys doesn’t mean it’s your car right? I can’t just believe everyone with keys that its their car” Wow - A simple explanation was all I wanted. My neighbor got towed for no registration sticker because it was stolen! She still had to pay 400$ with no warning! So glad I got my apartment to make them warn before an instant tow. ....they hurt our pocket book now it’s your turn... Be better. Honest companies make it, yours will NOT with the crooked ways and rude service.
Terrible company!!! I can’t remember the drivers name but he was extremely rude to me called me stupid and tried telling me I had to pay more for a tow after the vehicle was dropped off!!! Whatever you do DONT USE THEM!!!
