Horrible. If the ability to leave a negative number of stars was available that's what I would leave. This place towed a vehicle I was a passenger in , then refused to give us our personal belongings. They were rude, broke the law, and are absolutely the worst to deal with. Avoid ag all costs !!!

Our travel trailer sustained damage in an accident in a remote rural location, and needed to be collected and towed to a distant repair facility. Non-Stop Towing were immediately responsive, and evaluated and quoted several different options for us. We worked directly with their tow team and through phone/text/and FaceTime video calls of the accident scene and the damaged trailer Non-Stop quickly selected the right equipment and solution for the job. They then collected the trailer unassisted and delivered it to the repair location exactly when they said they would. Non stop towing transformed a potentially horrible experience into one that was pleasantly manageable. I returned to my car after a dentist appointment to find it wouldn’t start. I called this company for a tow to a mechanic and the dispatcher answered immediately and was so friendly and efficient! He was able to knowledgeably locate me after two prompts regarding near by stores. The tow truck arrived within 10 minutes and its driver, Mo, was also really friendly and asked if he might try starting the car before towing it to a mechanic. I gratefully agreed and was even more so when he immediately diagnosed the problem as a dead battery, retrieved his jumper cables and got the engine started! Even better, he recommended a battery store less than a mile away where I could have my old one replaced. Super customer service and prompt help from both the guys i interacted with making this a 10 star experience! So impressed with professional handling of the situation!!!
Dispatch was friendly, straightforward, and knew how to solve my unique problem. They were there within the allotted amount of time. Morgan the driver was professional and an expert in what he did he quickly was able to hook up my car and bring it to the destination. He then stuck around to make sure That I had everything I needed before he left. I highly recommend non stop towing.
Ok. If I could give more STARS I would. These guys are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I hit a huge pothole at night which nearly took out my front end. It took out my right passenger side tire immediately it was so violent!
I was dispatched to CALIFORNIA NON STOP TOWING and I am so thankful I was. “JOE” called to check in, letting me know a truck was on its way.. he was very kind and so helpful asking me questions about my car! He genuinely cared about my safety as it was at night & being a female this was a good feeling.
Truck arrived exactly when he said it would. “MO”, the driver immediately got to work. Being that my car was so low to the ground, he needed to put on the spare. He suggested I drive it in the parking lot to make sure the alignment was ok. and that he would follow me to the tire repair shop for drop off @ 9:30 pm to make sure I arrived there safely!!! Now.. if that isn’t TOP NOTCH SERVICE… I don’t know what is. This gesture made me feel 100% safe driving with Mo following me. These guys… are #1 … CALIFORNIA NON STOP TOWING…

George and his dispatch team RESCUED this damsel in distress. After hours stuck in the mud waiting for other tow companies, George arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my SUV out of the mud after I pushed my 4WD into essentially a mud moat on my client’s property. While my dog had a fun day playing fetch, I was a bit stressed. George calmed my nerves with his easy going demeanor and a smile then guided me to dry land. My savior. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I will not try that move again, but if I do…you’re my first call. ☺️
My tow truck driver was awesome, he was very experienced, respectful and helpful. I would use this service again. My car was in a difficult angle and position but he was able to load it up!!! Five star!
Was on my way to UCSF and my tire blew out on the 101. I didn’t have a spare so had to be towed to the nearest tire shop for a used tire.
