I was traveling near Cloverdale when I noticed my car's turn signals weren't working all of a sudden. I pulled in to O'Reilly Auto Parts and went inside. One employee was on the phone and asked another employee, Jeff, if he could help me. I explained I might need a fuse. Jeff joined me outside to look at my car to check on what type of fuses I might need for my new-to-me vehicle. He took his time to really check everything out in both the interior and under-the-hood fuse boxes. When he wasn't sure about something, he consulted an app on his phone. After a few tries we decided it wasn't a fuse issue (he could not find a burned out fuse), and that my issue might need to be looked at by a mechanic. However, as I was leaving town, my turn signals started working again! Apparently they were just loose, and Jeff managed to repair my car! I'm glad I went in there. The attention to detail by the employees there really gives O'Reilly Auto Parts in Cloverdale a thumbs up from me, in customer service and satisfaction.
I had such an incredible experience with Luis. My serpentine belt broke unexpectedly, and I was completely stressed and unsure what to do. Luis didn’t just help me find the part — he went above and beyond by calling around to local shops and making sure my car was safe to continue on my journey.
He was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about getting me safely back on the road. That level of customer service is rare these days. I was travelling during a storm and my windshield wipers were slowly peeling off the blades. Everywhere else was either closed or out of the sizes I needed. The rep at O'Reilly looked up the types of wipers I needed based on the model of my car and installed them for me. Thank you!
There is a kid named Danny? I think? Horrible with questions takes forever to get my things together has a bad attitude everytime I ask him something he responds with man no ma’am or sir just man have to get people who want to work not just a warm body standing there
I have had excellent experience with O’Reilly Auto Parts. They are always helpful when I call ahead with questions, and will set aside the item I need if they are in short supply. Generally, they carry a large selection of products to choose from, and they are helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the various products.
Good pricing, though I wish I wasn't helped by some kid with almost no automotive experience. Staff are at least friendly as they come up with no solution for my automotive need.
Always very helpful when my husband is getting truck parts. They also have a great selection of monster trucks and hotwheels at the counter which my son loves.
My wife was heading to Ukiah when the oil light came on. She called and and I searched for an auto part store on her way, and this one popped up. I called and spoke to Jorge who was super nice and agreed to help my wife add the oil. She arrived and was looking for the oil when Jorge approached her and let her know he already had the oil up front - amazing service! Thank you Jorge and the rest of your staff.
Employee's there are very friendly and helpful. One gentle man that helped us even came outside to look at my vehicle to make sure we were purchasing the right parts and showed me how to install the parts.
