Had a brake caliper failure. They got us in, diagnosed the problem, got the parys in and came in early the next morning to fix The problem. We were back on the road at 11:00 AM.

Craig and Austin are both wonderful! I appreciate the expertise as well as the effort to make sure I knew what I was paying for. I have complete trust in this shop!

Literally have NEVER before had such a positive experience in working with an auto shop. Above and beyond doesn't begin to cover their customer service, quality of work and level of integrity. The only place we will take our cars from now on no matter where in Sonoma County we live!

We got excellent, friendly, fast service after getting a sudden “low tire pressure” alert. The alert coincided with our driving over several large branches that had suddenly fallen on Highway 128 in front of our car. We assumed we’d need tire repair, but the service manager took a look, inflated the tires, and kindly sent us on our way with a better understanding of tire pressure requirements. What a great experience. Thank you!

These guys are amazing. I bought tires from them, and a few months later, one got a flat. Brought it back, and instead of the usual excuses from other dealers about why it's not covered (usually because the sidewall was punctured, which was the case here), they replaced it instantly. Two months later, same story, same type of damage. Not only did they replace it right away, they picked it up from my house, fixed it, and dropped it off for me. They also did the same for my wife when she had them do a repair. Who gives that level of service anymore?

My Lincoln Aviator was overheating. I live in my RV full time and was staying at a local campground but supposed to check out in two days. I called Craig and made an appointment the next day, and talked to the campground and was able to extend for a week. Craig, when I arrived the next day for my appointment, immediately put my Lincoln in a bay and started troubleshooting the problem. He found that it was a bad thermostat, made the repair, very affordable, and excellent communication through the whole process. I was able to leave the campground on time and I am eternally grateful to Craig and his shop for getting me back on the road safe and sound. It was Craig's expertise with Lincoln's - he's had several - that he reassured me that things would be okay. They even repaired a flat tire on my lincoln. The Chrome on the inside of the rim was flaking off and causing several leaks around the bead. They did the repair, sanded the rim down on the inside, applied some magical sealant, and I don't think they even charged me for it when I looked at the invoice. I can't say enough good things about this garage. And Craig was excellent. If I'm ever back in the area, even for an oil change or anything, I will go to this garage.

They repaired my tire quickly and well. Service was pleasant and friendly. They were very receptive and on point. The only reason why they don't get five stars is because it cost about $20 more to repair then I expected to pay.

Craig gave me prompt and courteous service even when arriving without an appointment due to a potentially hazardous oil leak in my engine. He even replaced my two lost quarts of oil free of charge and referred me to another local service provider to clean my engine bay.

The best customer service always. We have been bringing all our vehicles to Cloverdale Automotive for tires, batteries, oil changes and maintenance since we moved to Cloverdale.

Ask for Craig! Absolutely the best customer service and professionalism you could ask for. He went above and beyond to assist me with my tire issues. I know it’s cheaper to go through Walmart and Costco…but please consider helping out your local businesses. These are our friends and neighbors, and they need our loyalty and support now, more then ever!

They are always kind and knowledgeable. They don't pressure you, and remember your name when you walk in. Sometimes appointments book out for maintenance, but always worth it. Their prices are pretty on par, sometimes even cheaper.

Been taking my vehicles here for service ever since we moved to Cloverdale over 15 years ago. They have always been honest and reasonably priced. Staff is freindly, hard working and knowledgeable.

Great tire shop that helped me in a pinch. Family owned and operated with friendly staff. Cloverdale is lucky to have this gem. We will be back for our tire needs.

They were so nice and professional. The sweet gal that answered the phone, was so helpful. We blew a tire on our trailer, on the freeway, and had to air up the new tire, The gas stations in Cloverdale are not trailer friendly to get into, so we called Cloverdale Auto. It was 5 minutes to closing, and they said come on in. They waited out on the main road, helped guide us into their lot, air upped all of the tires, and made sure they looked good. They were amazing!! Thank you!!!!

I tried Cloverdale Automotive & Tires since they have good ratings and to support local business. I read through their website and all the services that they offer and decided to give them a shot. The first service was fine except that on their website, it said vacuuming of car. That never happened. My car wasn’t vacuumed. Wasn’t a big deal coz I can vacuum it anyway. Today, I had a second maintenance service for my car. I made a 9am appointment online, dropped my car around 0855 and left. I was offered free ride to go back home which was pretty nice considering it was really cold but I declined by choice to get some exercise from walking. I was also asked if I need my car before 1pm which I told the guy no but if I can have it the soonest will be good. Around 1:30pm, I called their office to check on the status of my car and the lady who answered my call didn’t have an idea. Thankfully, the person who knew just pulled in at their parking. He told me that my car was next in service. I said..”what’s the purpose of making a 9am appointment if it will only be serviced at 1:30pm???” He said that there were several cars ahead of me! Again, what’s the point of appointment? And he said, “ I didn’t know you need your car earlier!” Terrible customer service! Not even an apology and putting the blame to the customer! And by the way, once again, my car wasn’t vacuumed as they claim it to be included on their services in their website!

On March 9th I was on a road trip when one of my company car's tires started to go flat. I pulled into Cloverdale Auto to get it replaced but unfortunately they didn't have the right tire in stock. They told me they could get it in the next day. They could have left it there and tried sell me a brand new tire in the morning. Instead, they understood that I wasn't from town and had nowhere to stay. They told me they could fix it so at least I could make it safely to my destination and that's exacly what they did. Within 10 minutes I was back on the road and later that night I made it home safely. The staff at Cloverdale Auto are profecional, courteous and most importantly helpful and understanding. This place rocks!!! Thank you Austin Betts for your help!!!

We're full time RVers (5th wheel) and were having issues with the steering in our truck. They were able to squeeze us in. Took a couple days for the part to arrive and they got it taken care of the day the part arrived. Good customer service, kept me updated along the way.

These guys are absolute life savers and I am so so sooo grateful that they helped me. My muffler fell off the hangers of my car and dragged when I was driving on the freeway. I couldn't make it far but luckily I was less than a mile from this shop so I slowly dragged my way there. I didnt get their names but 2 of the guys fixed it for me right there on the spot real quick and said "you're good to go!" I know they are a tire shop but they saw the situation I was in and helped me anyways with my non-tire problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Staff is straight forward, honest and upfront about their prices. They're quick to find the root of any problems and get them fixed. They're not afraid to give you recommendations to other shops if it's not something they're one hundred percent comfortable with. The staff is respectful and really want to take care of you and your car.

Can't say enough for these guys. I was traveling thru and got a screw in a tire. They took it right in and plugged it in 20 minutes. I had taken the tire off myself, but they put it on the truck, put the spare back under the truck and tested all 5 tires for correct pressure. Excellent treatment even for a customer who does not represent repeat business. That is a sign of a top line business!!

Amazing customer service. Was stranded with a flat and no spare, and live 40 minutes away. Craig went out of his way to help me deal with the logistics of getting special order replacement tires as soon as was humanly possible. Had it in stock faster and lower priced than the big tire stores could at home, and had me good to go in very little time. Really helped make a crummy situation tolerable with his sunny disposition and can-do attitude. Really grateful for the assistance. Would definitely recommend this business.

I delivered to a lot of shops in the area. Cloverdale Automotive is one of the most classiest awesome shops around. These guys will help you without a doubt. They work with their customers and they are very kind hearted people. Every time I go to Cloverdale Automotive I enjoy my experience. I had a great experience getting my new tires, worth every penny compared to the big box because these folks really know what they are doing. After having alignment issues with my Toyota for months that both the dealership and another independent shop could not fix after repeat visits and discussions I took my truck to Cloverdale Automotive, they were able to fix the issue the first time for less money. They ordered in the exact tires I wanted and had them ready to install the next day. I am extremely happy and will be going back here.

The first and only auto repair shop I've used since I moved to Cloverdale 4 years ago. They all treated me like family and have gone out of their way to provide the highest possible levels of service. Much more than I would have ever expected. When they do a job, it's done right the first time and I never have to worry about paying for something that my old cars don't need.

Everyone there does and excellent job. I typically deal with Craig at the front desk and he goes over every detail with me before and after the service. Andrea does an excellent job as well. I even get my auto washed!

Cloverdale automotive consistently provides excellent repair, and understands clearly the balance point between replace everything in question and overlooking problems which will cause a breakdown. We have been consistent customers for our cars, motorhome and boat for 8 years with only excellent experiences
