I had a great experience with A & E Automotive Sales/machanic. My car broke down in the evening. I was panicking since I couldn't get hold of any of the towing service. However, A & E Automotive Sales/machanic helped me get hold of the towing service and towed my car to his shop. It was after business hours, but he showed to his shop and secure my car until the next day. I was so glad that my BMW wasn't left in the middle street at night. In addition, he fixed my car in a timely and professional manner , and he also helped me sell my car after it was fixed. Words of gratitude to Express of how I was treated with this business. Thank you so much!
Terrible customer service and very neglectful. The OWNER left a rag in my engine air filter. Causing my engine to start smoking. Good thing I didn't go far and noticed my engine smoking. Never apologize just tried to act as if I was stupid and said it was because he spilt some oil when he changed the oil. Very disappointed, be weary of this business. I will not be returning.
Each time I've visited Gerry and his shop the work has been done timely, and always to perfection. I used to take my car wherever, and particularly whatever was closer, but I now only take my car to A & E Automotive and Gerry.
