The place hires people who look about 19 with outcomes that reflect that. The driver hit a concrete pillar with my car.
Owner offered to get my car fixed with a place he sends cars his company has damaged but the guy showed his true colors once I filled a claim with my insurance
I requested a tow through my insurance company roadside service app and Octavio’s towing was dispatched within 10 minutes or so. The truck arrived about 20-25 minutes later. The driver was professional and pleasant, and he loaded my poor little car up quickly (dead battery due to dead alternator). My husband had met me at the location so he and I drove home. The tow truck arrived at our house a few minutes after we arrived and got my car into the driveway. I had gone inside and the driver knocked on our door to check and make sure my car was placed where I wanted it before dropping it from the truck. I thought that was very nice to ask! After a quick signature, the driver was on his way. I did not have to pay anything as the bill was sent automatically to my insurance. The driver even showed the $0 cost to me before I signed. The whole production from service request to landing in my driveway took just under an hour. The quick response time and professionalism/courtesy and cordiality from the driver made it all very low-stress for me in what could have been a stressful situation. When I called to check in on my insurance co scheduled tow ten minutes before the scheduled time they told me they were an hour behind. I said OK. When I called back an hour later to see where they were they said they were AT LEAST another hour behind, or I could make another appointment for tomorrow. Are you kidding? And ask for another afternoon off work so I can “maybe” get a tow? At least call and let me know you’re not going to make it.
Left me hanging on the side of the road for hours. Contracted with USAA insurance to tow my vehicle, but did not show up, and when I finally called them to see what was going on, they canceled through USAA rather than simply telling me they were not coming. My insurance company eventually contracted AM/PM Towing, a local competitor, and they showed up on time and did a good job. Avoid Octavio’s Unless you are prepared for no service, and no communication. I will certainly contact USAA and ask that they eliminate this company from their Service provider list
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CALLER ID SAYS (RAYNA JESUS) MY INSURANCE COMPANY HAD HIM COME PICK UP MY CAR WHEN HE GETS HERE HE SAYS HE CANT TOW IT MIND YOU IT JUST GOT TOWED BACK TO MY HOUSE THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS. HE JUST DIDNT WANNA DO THE WORK. HE HAD SAME TRUCK AS THE FIRST TOW PERSON. PLEASE DO NO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY OR IF YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT MR LAZY.
Booked through USAA and was given a 90 minute response time. Never showed up, even though I called multiple times and was told they were on the way. Don’t waste your time. Book elsewhere

I was assigned this towing service through USAA and they canceled twice, both times at the last second. I ended up wasted a full 4 hours waiting on these guys.
Long story short they initially estimated a 1.5 hr wait time. After that time had passed, they posptponed multiple times and arrived 2 hours later approximately, so the total wait time was a total of 3.5 hours. Terrible experience and would not recommend to family and friends. Got this company assigned through Kia Roadside Assistance. We will let Kia know also.
Our first and last time ever going thru them. We've been waiting since 840 this morning for a tow it is currently 12 as I write this...beyond ridiculous. Told dispatch we have a 3 month old and seemed to not care

Horrible customer service, they came out to tow my vehicle realized it was the rear driver tire and cancelled the call for service before I could even recommend swapping it out with a different tire. Then left and when I called back to ask why we couldn’t have done that I was told “well we could have done that but we already cancelled service, bye.” And then hung up.
I had the most outstanding service by this company. The kid showed up and was professional and knowledgeable enough with cars to determine I didn't need a tow, just needed a jump start. I was able to safely drive my vehicle to the dealership for further evaluation. (faulty battery). This young man's energy was kind and peaceful. Made my situation not feel so bad. Would recommend and use again.
I asked for roadside assistance through my bank, and they dispatched Octavio’s Towing to my location. My bank estimated 60-90 minutes of wait time, but Alex, the person driving the towing vehicle through Octavio’s Towing, arrived within 20 minutes! He was very kind and personable, showed me where my spare was (I didn’t even know I had one lol), and listened to me when I explained I wanted to get a replacement tire since I still had a lot of driving to do today. He brought me to my destination of choice quickly and safely, and also made sure I was well informed of what I needed at the facility I picked, which I was so thankful for since I had no idea what I was doing. Quick, thorough and thoughtful service, will certainly request them in the future if needed and will recommend them to everyone!
Help me out when my tire popped out. Very friendly and patient. Knowing my situation, they said towing is not necessarily needed as long as I have the spare tire. In the phone call, they told me how to find the spare tire in the truck and how to replace it. Someone arrived at the site and worked with me on the last step of tightening the screws! Unfortunately I didn’t have cash with me to tip him.
Absolutely saved me… was in a bad car accident yesterday on the freeway. Car was not drivable. Called Octavio’s and Octavio, the owner arrived within 30 minutes! I would have been stuck on the side of the freeway in the dark waiting for a tow truck if I would have called my insurance first. I live in Dixon and was able to get picked right up from my family at his tow yard/shop! Thank you thank you thank you to Octavio!!! Professional , nice and caring. He asked me a few times if I was ok because he could tell I was in pain from the impact of the accident ! Definitely will use Octavio’s Towing for any tow needs in the future!
Over charged us. The guys told me he would charge us $310 and charged my husband $375 from Davis to the country side of Vacaville. I had to take my mom to the hospital so I didn’t know how much he had charged my husband. They didn’t place the car where my husband told him too. The car was total so we wanted them to place it in a certain spot.
Needed my car towed and another company left me stranded for 7hours. Octavio's Towing company came within the hour they got our call. Angel was super friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend them to local friends and family!!!
I was stranded at 9pm and another tow company had failed to come, but Octacios came within 15 minutes and were incredibly friendly and helpful and calmed me down and took me to the nearest mechanic. Would 100% call again
If I could give them zero stars I would. My insurance company booked them for us. They kept delaying the tow time by an hour. Afyer 5 hours, I called USAA and cancelled the tow because I hired my own towing company because I didnt want to wait until midnight. My towing company was there in 10 min. However, I called Octavio's twice. The second time was about the 5th hour. I heard laughing in the background as he was telling me they were so backed up in Dixon .When I googled them, I found out they are out of Dixon. That is where they told me they were held up. they told me that after the first hour as well. I hope my insurance company fires them.
Needed my car towed from Winters to Dixon for maintenance. Super easy and friendly. Hopefully I won’t be needing a tow ever again, but if I do I’ll be using Octavio’s towing.
Very polite and very sincere and well groomed., Justin was very conscious of my vehicle and the care of getting it out of a difficult place without causing damage to it. His boss (the owner) was very kind and helful as well and went out of his way to help. My vehicle was quite large and heavy. Would definitely recommend and use this company again
Response time for a Friday night was pretty decent as well considering the traffic and where I was on Chiles Rd.
They won't tell you about the adapters you'll need for their trailers and then you have the option of purchasing their outrageous price adapter or delaying your plans to go and buy one somewhere else additionally if you purchase a protection plan they will tell you the cheap price but won't tell you that is the cost per day. I will give them credit that they do keep their trailers in good condition and relatively friendly I just wish they were a little more upfront with their costs
Today my tire pop on my freeway on my way to the bay. Zack the tow trunk driver saw me on the side of the road. He offer to put on my separate tire but my lug nuts were stripped. He took me and my son to a tire shop in Dixon to get it fixed as well got me a deal on 3 tires instead of one. I was so appreciative because I don't have roadside assistant yet but thanks again Zack your was awesome!
