It was right on the main drag. Easy to find. Easy to park in their lot and get out. Nice guy waited on me, and they had just what I needed at a good price !! Thank you, O'Reilly Auto Parts... I'll be back.
Usually I don’t leave reviews but the service was wonderful! Danny was so friendly and helpful. He resolved our ac problems and saved us from a heat stroke during our four hour roadtrip.
Took batteries in to be charged, I had asked them to put my name on all three, so if happens another worker still would know witch one, the guy replied that he'ld remember & told me to return at the end of day, for pick up. I did they hadn't even touched them, two days later 8 informed them I was outta town, to hold them for me, & reminded them of mine . & Said they were dead. 2 weeks later I pick them up and only one was brought to me,(?) he compensated so I took them out to car. Second trip, for last battery, it had been 4ainen I slipped & fell. Slamming my head & took my breath away. Was helped to my car & they locked up.
Nice people here. I stopped in for a few bolts to replace the ones that rattled out of my rv steps on the way to here. The hardware was different, but did the trick. By different I mean the 1/4" x 1" bolts with 1/4-20 thread accepted a 10mm socket on the head better than it did the 3/8". Ha. But they are holding up great so far. Price was fair. O Riley is often a little more, but the warranty on parts is better than others.
They always have what I need as soon as you walk through the door you're greeted but smiles. And when you go pick stuff out by yourself they always double check to make sure it's correct.
These guys always come through for me. I recently bought a 1995 Infinity with odd wipers. They didn't have what I needed, so they got on-line and found what was needed and ordered it. Best customer service ever.
I needed to change out my car battery. They had a selection to choose from, explained the differences and trade-offs, were price competitive, and swapped out my 7-year old battery for the new one. Juan was curtious and polite and took his time with me, all completed in a fraction of the time quoted to me by the dealer-service shop. I couldn't be happier.
It's always good to have auto parts store near you but gets expensive and 80% of the time it's helping you some one that has never worked on his own vehicle therefore you'll spend more time and the other 20% doesn't care about nothing else but break time and clock out on time so good luck finding the right part
I went in for some help changing my turn signal bulb got absolutely no help from the male staff, if it wasn't for Cindy I would have gotten no help she went above and beyond and swapped the bulb herself because the other staff wasn't willing to,she is very nice and a excellent employee.👏
No help at all ruined disrespect from all but one employee and the manager needed manager classes for real we are no longer allowed in the store for we where right they where wrong and they knew it slid me used brought back parts and then tried not to give me my money back and had additude because they sold me the wrong part and it was used
I personally have a poor experience with them; I tried to order rear brakes for my car, gave the make and model, but they kept selling me brake pads, not shoes for my rear breaks.
Another time they told me I'd need to "Drop the engine" to replace my Evap (Vapor) Canister.... The canister is located behind the rear driver side wheel....
Good if you know what you need and don't rely on employee info;

Good for renting tools if need (trade ID);
Poor knowledge on cars. (In my experience)
Super helpful and kind costumer service . Went with a friend and there was a language barrier but still they still helped us the entire time. Best experience I've had at an O'Reilly by far
My parents and i were on a trip back home from visiting family. A car broke down and we we're able to park at an O'Reilly. It was good sitting in front of for shade since our cars air conditioning stopped working as well. Didn't have the auto parts we needed though..
Another great place to get parts and fix it yourself. Helpful people that took the extra time to help me look up the right parts and had the other store they where in hold them for me.

Friendly staff, fair pricing (have membership) we were allowed to add coolant to our air conditioner, the out side temp 104°. We were able to work in some shade at the side of the building (parking).
Excellent place to get what you need for the car. From oil to head gaskets! If they don't have it in stock they'll order it for you. They also match prices to make sure you are getting the best deal!
The worst place to go for any assistance with your vehicle trust me this place is terrible for service and products are even indescribable to say the least, willows CA needs desperately a auto zone here at auto zone you are considered a person in need of help instead of O'Reilly where you are made tofeel like you are disturbing the employees buy asking a question I would start clear of this place unless you like to be treated rudely and don't like to receive any type of help then this place is for you horrible is the nicest thing I can say good luck and go anywhere else please save your already spent nerves
We were driving to Chico and a small rock was thrown into our window, we visited this store to buy a repair kit. When we got home after a long, hot day of getting estimates for lumber, we realized the kit had been opened and pieces were missing. I take half the blame for not looking over said package for this problem. People were nice and helpful otherwise. Now I will have to head back into town and try to return it. We shall see how that turns out.
Mike who works here is amazing... His whole team here is outstanding and goes above and beyond to put your family back on the road. I emphasize the word family because they acknowledge humanity. Thank you again and again..
