The building they're claiming to run business out of is vacant and has been for at least 8 years. I live in willows and no business has been there for a long time
Purchased an engine with 38K miles and they sent me an engine with 128K. They were trying to argue that it had 38K but when I confirmed the mileage they changed their story. Now the engine does not work. Has a blown head gasket and who know what else. Now they do not return my calls or emails. Reported them to the BBB and FTC.
I ordered a transmission from them and it took 2 weeks longer to ship to me, after we installed it ,the transmission only had reverse. I sent it back and they tell me they will give me a refund but all I get is the run around. Last they told me their fileing bankruptcy. SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!!
I ordered a transmision and they sent me one that doesn't work. After 2 months of them telling me they were shipping a new one, one delay after another. They finally sent me one that doesn't even fit my car. It has been 4 months now and they refuse to work with me. I have told them several times that I am a doordasher and don't have the money to ship it because I am out of work without a working transmission. Even after 2 mistakes on their part they want me to pay for shipping. I sent them a demand letter asking for compensation for lost wages and addition mechanic fees. They replied that they would give me a refund if I returned the transmissions first. When I went to sue them I can' find their business license in the state of California. I looked on google street view and found the address to be an abandoned building with boarded up doors. This place is a definite scam. I don't think they even have a physical address in the United States.
Worse experience I’ve ever had. SAM the Salesperson is very misleading & EXTREMELY pushy. I was supposed to have a refurbed motor sent to a shop. When the shop got it the owner called me to tell me that I didn’t get the refurbed motor I believed I was getting. Instead they received a greasy, filthy dirty motor pulled from a broken vehicle. SAM also said it would be ready to drop in and go. Instead, I’m out $2,200 and have to find a motor somewhere because SAM is misleading. I’m excited to see what Amy is going to do for me.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
If I could have a negative number I would! This is a scam their transmission did not work and they do not honor the 3 months no hassle warranty.
Amy is giving us the run around for 2 weeks and now trying to offer $450 when we purchased the transmission for $938.
Do not buy from them.
The best got my part 4my car and Fred is the to know man not like the others part houses.if you talked to Fred u will get your part if you don't good luck!!.
Caution! I am a sales person in the salvage industry. This place is a scam. The are just a parts broker and not a legit salvage yard. Look at their office on google street view. They buy the part from a salvage yard and just ship it to you. In the event of a warranty you are out your money.
