Went there for car paint and also got expert advice.

Needed a bunch of paint supplies for a classic auto project and they were the only ones I could find who had what I needed. Super helpful staff.

The staff is very helpful. I only needed wiper blades and they had low cost options.

At first the paint didn't match exact, but I came back and they got it right the second time.

Kind and friendly. I had a broken hose and they fixed it at no cost. Ill be doing all my business with them.

Not much to say about it only because when I stopped by I realized they close unusually early in the evening.

THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND IS VERY UP FRONT ABOUT THINGS, THEY WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO GET YOU WHAT YOU NEED. HAD A CHANCE TO MEET THE OWNERS AND THEY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE ( HARD TO FIND FAMILY OWNED PLACES NOWADAYS) 5/5 REVIEW WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!!

When your not happy with your current position you'll find any excuse to cause a problem. Horrible customer service talked to a female and the manager.

If you were in Santa Cruz and there's something you may need car-freshner transmission fluid wiper blades this is the place to be I know because fact I work for IMC when fees all the stores in the Santa Cruz area with all the parts they may need that's because we have a giant giant Warehouse that IMC/Parts priority Daniel James outside artist by the way the employees there are sweet and kind and be there to help you get me in and out for the quickness, Daniel James abstract artist I wish I was there getting something extra for my car but people that are fun and loving so I can old mom and pops out of store you love it and again does the car wash just around the corner so you can get the parts you need driving around the corner get your car washed you'll be cruising and ready to give a Bruisin. Horrible prices and garbage auto parts I'd rather go to Napa or winchester auto..... Kathy Sturgis is a Horrible manager.....

Wonderful employees, but Dan the manager is a snake in the grass. A reputable shop would tell you if something could be repaired before laying a finger on it. You use a ruler and measuring tool, that takes 20 seconds to tell. Dan cleaned the Cylinder Head, charged us $50 and told us, he couldn't repair it. Took it to NAPA, they repaired it and car has been running great ever since. We own a shop in Santa Cruz and would no longer trust this business.
