Our sailboat ran out of fuel about 9 miles south of Point Sur. Luckily we called TowBoatUS Santa Cruz. Monty and crew were total professionals! They brought us 6x 5-gallon cans of fuel and transferred them to us via heaving line. They even stuck around and guided us step-by-step through the process of manually priming the fuel pump in order to get the engine started. They were extremely patient with us and kept our spirits up for what ended up being a long evening. We are forever grateful!
