I was in Gilroy Ca with the wife on a shopping trip. My car dash indicated that my left brake and tail light was inoperable. While the wife shoped, I decided to find some bulbs and fix the lights. Looking at the map of the area, I noticed a Napa about a mile away from my location. I drove over, but I couldn't tell if they were open. I gave them the old bulb, and they went off to get a replacement. In the meantime, the owner and I talked about food, all kind of beans and other southern delicious foods. The bulb showed up and I departed with a warm feeling resulting from the interaction I had with some great folks.

It's been awhile since I have gotten anything from this store.. But I will tell you, these falk's in here are awesome... Gr8 people in there and awesome service, I will definitely go back to this Napa...

Poor customer service. Poor knowledge of basic automotive info. Does not demonstrate healthy sanitation awareness when it comes to COVID and no hand sanitizer available for my safety.

I always leave this place pleased. The staff is very knowledgeable and they usually have the parts I need (within reason). I have a vintage VW bus and they even carry some of the odd-ball parts I would ordinarily have to order online.

I've worked with a lot of auto parts people in my life. One thing I can say about this Napa is EVERYONE knows what's up. You can buy your air fresheners and floor mats with the other guys but if you want real help finding your parts. Go to this Napa.
