Great experience, very nice receptionist. The whole process was easy because it was explained to me and didn't encounter any issues. If you're here to drop your car for a few hours you can walk across the street and spend your time shopping at retail stores or eating at restaurants.

Unfortunately have to give a low rating due to last minute attempts at price gouging. Additionally, calls were seldom answered. I could communicate via text but sporadically and it took a really long time for a minor repairs. I would not recommend and heaven forbid I hope no more accidents. I won’t return.

after the recent rains, the road from the freeway to our house has gotten to be terrible... my wife was driving home in her nearly new car and the road crumbled under her and chunk of highway flipped up and hit the underside of her SUV.... We took to Fix for estimate and decided to contact insurance. Our insurance company actually chose Fix! as the preferred provider, so we were all set. We dropped off the car and the following week, picked it up, all fixed up and shiny! Nice people, completely competent, seamless flow of info between insurance, fix and us and we have the car back.... I can hardly remember the stressed out voice of my wife calling to tell me about the incident. Thanks Fix! I hope we don't see you for a bit, but if we do, I know it will be a good experience!

The team at Fix Auto went above and beyond in fixing my car. Not only did they repair it perfectly, but they also washed, vacuumed, and shined it—it looks brand new! I will give you these reason for my Five Star choice. From the very day I dropped off my vehicle at Fix Auto they had helped me to arrange for a pick up from Enterprise Car Rental. The timing was perfect. I was informed routinely on my vehicles progress. When a delay occurred they informed my Insurance Agent. Then my Insurance informed Enterprise of the extension of my car rental. They made sure that the flow was smooth. Their personal service was excellent. Fix auto was in the “other party’s” insurance after an accident. My Tacoma looks and drives good and I’m happy with the repairs. There was a delay on one part, but they communicated that with me and the insurance so I could adjust my plans and the insurance continued the rental car. Also, they accepted the enterprise rental return at location, which saved me time. Overall, a good experience

Chris was great to work with. From the beginning he let me know the process of getting the car repaired and the expectations in regards to time frame and how often I will get updates. The body shop overall was able to get my car fixed in one week from the time I dropped it off. I really like the fact that they have an online status checker that they keep up to date in case you need to know the status of your repair when they are closed. I would definitely go with them again if I ever need my car to be repaired.

I was incredibly impressed with the team at Fix Auto. I was rear-ended (TWICE) and the parts needed were difficult to get due to supply chain issues. Santiago (the primary technician) and the office staff were professional, attentive and very knowledgeable.
