Marx Towing is AAA-certified. They were at the accident scene within 20 minutes and loaded our car soon after. Once CHP was done getting our information, Chris took us and our car to the tow yard.
Once there, Anna was extremely helpful, getting us water, allowing us to retrieve belongings from our car, and provided a sympathetic ear for me. In the days that followed, they were in communication with AAA to coordinate where to tow the car for repairs.
