I've used this company 4 times since living in central California. Issac's customer service is great and he's very responsive. I recently moved and needed junk removal twice and I contacted him with less than 24hr notice and he was able to fit me in his schedule. Sadly, none of my friends have need junk removal but if they ever did I would recommend this company. 10/10 in my book.
Outstanding service and amazing outcome! I set up an estimate appointment with Issac and he respected my time and accommodated my availability. To my shock, they were able to return on the same day of my estimate and get rid of all the clutter/trash we had. Service was on point to our needs and the end result was above expectations. Issac and his team were punctual, respectful and most importantly, professional. It was a BIG sigh of relief to finally rid ourselves of so much stuff. Such a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Scanned the QR code on the back of their business card to get a quote. Love that feature by the way. I kid you not, 10 min later got a call to set up a time for them to come and get a look at what I needed to be hauled. The next day they were here to haul away years of accumulated junk.

Issac is the best!! Arrived right on time. Took all my old fence boards, plus some large posts with concrete still stuck on them and even some other junk I found laying around the house. We packed his trailer to the top. Very Nice and Honest guy!!!
Isaac and his crew showed up on time to give me a quote for some junk that I needed removed from my backyard. After looking all the junk I had Isaac gave me a great price. He said he had to remove the junk same day. Within 45 minutes all the junk in my backyard was removed. Isaac and his crew also one step further and swept the whole back area where the junk was located. I will definitely be using Isaac in the near future when it's time to tear down a small structure in my backyard as well.

This will be the second time we have used Junk Gone Hauling. The first time they responded in a timely manner. They scheduled a time to come out. Showed up on time, gave estimate and hauled everything away. They were professional and the price was right. The second time, I left message, message was acknowledged and a call back was made, again in a timely manner. A quote was made, I accepted, and look forward to my "junk to be gone".
Junk removal came by couple months ago to remove a bunch of things we had in our house which consisted of furniture to scrap we had from renovating. The experience with junk removal was 5 stars. First of all the guys were great and professional. Very communicative, kind, and on time. I sent them pictures of items on what needed to be gone so they had a sense of the situation. Once at my home they took care of everything themselves without leaving a mess and the guys were very communicative about making sure what needed to be gone before during and after. If I needed another job done I would definitely hit these guys up again.
Just used Junk Gone Hauling & Junk Removal services today to remove two large piles of junk that have literally been sitting in my yard for months. Isaac was extremely responsive and did his best to squeeze me in ASAP. The team was quick to remove my items and were extremely responsibly priced. They saved me the headache of trying to figure out how to coordinate and drop off items to the junk yard which was something I had been dreading. I will definitely be using them again!
This company was used this summer 2022. Loaded my junk and ask to use my expensive dolly. Only if he returned it. Said yes to the young man and paid him CASH for the job. Days go by and no return! Called..."let me check where it is"..../ Called back .."It was left at the dump!!! This was an over $100.00 appliance dolly! Called father. Sorry can't help you! On top of that I never got a copy of money I paid them.......Can not recommend them ever!
I really appreciated Isaac and Manuel’s professionalism, especially after I’d had a bad experience with a previous removal service. Isaac provided a reasonable, detailed quote for the pick up today. Manuel even swept up after they were done. They accept credit, debit, cash etc. which made it convenient and easy to pay the bill.
Junk Gone will be back here next month for demolition and debris removal of our gazebo and built-in bbq. I highly recommend them!!

I needed furniture removed asap. Isaac had time and was in the area and came by to give me an estimate. He scheduled to have the furniture removed the following day. Isaac and his team were professional. The furniture was removed without any issue and they were cautious on not to scratch the walls. I highly recommend them and will refer than to anyone.
Highly recommend! Isaac came out the next day to take all my kids stuff that they outgrew. (Mostly kids toys) With Covid it is hard finding places that will take children toys and baby items. Thank you so much for your help. It been so stressful finding donation areas and people who will take all my stuff. Thank you again for helping me out.
