These guys are awesome to work with. Had to have my retractable lid resealed as the body shop that repaired my truck didnt reinstall properly. Needed some parts as well. They didn't charge me for any of the parts and the total bill came in at $55 dollars. Super honest folks as, when I dropped the truck off, I didnt even ask what it would cost to fix, I just wanted it done. Best customer service and integrity!
Mike did my truck completely including the camper shell, what and awesome job. After about 2 years had an issue with the coating and they took care of it with no questions asked. Warranty work is awesome! The best thing I ever done to my truck, I have more people commenting on how well it looks and then petting my truck to feel the texture.
A little more expensive than other places but work is lifetime guarantee, which I ld rather pay a bit more and have guarantee. Gave it 5 star for quality of work now as far as secretaries they are not very customer friendly. 2 stars at most for that part. They need to be trained in customer service unfortunately.
By far the best bed liner service between SLO and SF. The quality of a spray-in bedliner is based largely on the prep and installation, most of the big brands’ compounds are close in quality these days. That being said, Eric at South County Line-X provides the best consistent prep and install of any of the bedliner installers in the Salinas Valley. I shopped around to find who was doing the best work, and South County Line-X came highly recommended by everyone who uses their truck for serious work and cares that their bed remains protected and looking good. Eric did not disappoint. I had a standard Line-X installed on my 2018 F-150 and the attention to detail was perfect. If you want your bedliner installed well, go to South County Line-X, if there is a wait for install, just sign up and deal with the wait, you’ll be glad you did. Don’t waste your time and money on an inferior install/product because you’re impatient.
