This is THE best storage facility in the area. I've been here for 8 months and have had top notch service the entire time. I've had to move into a different sized unit during that time and they went above and beyond to find a unit very near my other one and supply me with a cart and utility dolly free of charge to assist in transporting items from one unit to another.
Everything is effortless when I first inquired about a unit and paperwork is promptly completed online and emailed. If I have questions, the people in the office, Brittany and Jeff, have all been extremely helpful in assisting me.
The price is competitive for the area and they haven't tried to increase it once since I've been here. The area has had heavy rain and I've never had any trouble with water.
Lastly, it's time for me to make a long-distance move and I am using one of those companies that drops a pod or a trailer to put my things into. Gilroy Self-Storage went above and beyond to coordinate a parking area as close as possible to my storage unit and marked off an area with yellow spray painted dots to use.
The move-out process has also been made exceptionally easy. I gave my notice and they were very flexible in updating what day I will actually be out of my unit so as to prorate the final bill for me. What more could you ask for?!

Very nice and clean facility. It is very large and a relatively new building. It's very convenient to enter through the gates with your code, and the storage spaces are easily accessible as well. They offer dollys to help you with your move. The majority of the staff is very pleasant, polite and very professional. It was a very speedy process to rent the storage space. There is one staff member that may be the manager. She was very rude and unprofessional. Other than that, it's a great place!
I can’t say enough nice things about this location and team. The staff is so nice and very helpful. It’s clean, well lit, spacious, easy to get around, and very secure. We have had three storage units and an RV stored here over the last 5 years. Each transaction and interaction have been positive for us.
These guys are awesome! We lived in Seaside, Ca and stored our stuff here because it was totally worth the price, not to mention their clean nice units and customer service was top notch. Everything was easy and never had an issue. When we moved in we came from Arizona with a POD delivery and they were super accommodating! It was such a stressful move and they sure made that part an ease!! We only left since we no longer needed to store anything.

We have great experience as being tenant for over 5 years. This self storage place is clean, secured, safe, and have a reliable management. They have staff to check the whole area everyday which really nice to keep it clean and secure. They also have friendly ladies working at their office, Debra and Brittany, who always ready to help when you have inquiries. They also offer a free cold bottled water and candies for my kids everytime we come to their office to use the toilet. The best self storage in town.
Up untill i came here i couldn't find a storage place comfortable and secure enough for my valuables... Deborah made our day ... So loving and sweet and kind to my children... Place is clean crisp safe and peaceful... Appreciated the renters insurance. Definitely was a fit for me ...
the place is super clean and very new but super expensive! They even added on a $9 renters insurance which was ridiculous we will already paying $145 most likely will be changing storages this month was not very happy with the service she said well if you don't like the fee you can find another storage that's exactly what I'm going to do and what I did

Reasonably priced and secure mini storage. Gate is code accessible and individual units are alarmed. Staff is very friendly, and there is plenty of room to maneuver large vehicles / trailers etc. around the storage units. No complaints.
People in the office are friendly and helpful. I don't like that the units have no lighting in the inside or nearby. Closing hours are at 7pm but it gets so dark out that you basically only have until the sun goes down.
