Thrift store but with absolutely out of touch prices. The entire store was full of ridiculously priced items. Makes me so sad that even thrift stores are pricing their buyers out

Smells really, really bad. Not like a normal thrift store smell. Like a mountain of very dirty laundry that’s been sitting in a humid, poorly-ventilated room for many months. Something’s not right with this store.

I really love this store. They always have nice things reasonable prices A few things seem to be a little out of touch with a thrift store where you can actually purchase some of these things. Brand new from the store in better quality at lower prices. The store is very well organized and it' is clean. The stuff is fabulous. It's always a pleasure to deal with Julie and Elena. They're so amazing friendly professional five stars.!

Easy to donate, street parking, clothes organized by size & color and lots of variety or types of items, good value, friendly employees, bathroom usually out of order.

The pricing of many things are completely out of touch with 1. the kind of store this is 2. the quality of items. It would be quite comical if not so outrageous and disrespectful to it's customers at the end. So for instance you want to buy some old nasty crockpot that might not work at all, or any type of way overpriced kitchen stuff, please come down waste your money at Savers OR, smarter choice, go to Walmart/Target where you can get same item for same price, fully functioning and returnable. One might even want to try The Dollar tree where some of the items comes from and are at least 1/2 the price, brand new again . I really wonder what is the business model of Savers, maybe it's one where the actually want to hold one to their "treasures" instead of selling them? I also highly question the managers in there, these people seem to know nothing about the stuff they sell, the brands & quality of items & pricing. It's almost laughable. At this rate, these Savers are just going to go out of business because Amazon has unfortunately better pricing as well, lol. This store doesn't even pleasant....

I visited for the first time in years today, and was very disappointed to discover the fitting rooms have been removed. Was unable to try on the items I wanted to purchase, and decided to put most of them back. If it were possible to return items rather than exchange them, this might be excusable, but it's not. I probably won't return, unfortunately.

Always a good find waiting to be found. For profit 2nd hand shop with good prices. Nice employees. Usually well organized- always busy.

Great Savers; very large. I had no trouble finding some great goodies here. Great kids section and in particular I was very happy to find well-grouped footy cards at a reasonable price; was able to stock up for an eager young fan. Not super happy to be forced to check myself out with self-serve cashier.

Terrible donation experience. The staff member was unhelpful and refused to assist me. When I arrived I grabbed a donation cart myself, he told me I had to carry the items to the cart. I’ve used a cart before without issue. Then, after he got off the chair and off his cell phone, he told me I couldn’t donate clothes that weren’t bagged even though it was just six T-shirts. This was on 3/31/2025 at 4:50PM

We've almost totally stopped shopping there due to lack of dressing rooms. My kid tried a loose fitting pair of pants over her pants and one of the workers yelled at her that you can't try on clothes in the store. Either they need to bring back dressing rooms or change their ridiculous return policy that says you can return something but only if you buy something right away while you're still in the store.

Three Stars, 2 for convenience, kind employees, and selection, 1 star for pricing. Found a Bistro 11" Chicken Fryer for $39.99. Looked it up to see it for $30 on eBay. Is this place still a thrift store? I say not

It was nice and well organized, there were plenty of interesting books and mugs at an accessible price, some stuff were at the same price you’d get new from a store though.

Savers is the best!! Take your time and find your treasures. This place doesn't disappoint, especially from neighbors who donate from Menlo Park, Atherton, RWC & San Carlos, etc.. They have just about everything. The store is clean and staff helpful! Need a quick costume, internet cords, books, decor, jacket, dress, glass lid for your crockpot, or dog leash or a fish bowl. Yep! they got that, too!

Discriminated my friends mother. Have known that lady for forever and know she would never steal. Regardless of whatever happened you should be professional enough to go around the Situation in a respectable way. Which didn’t happen. Hope the white lady that disrespected her gets fired and that this situation gets handled with the cops.

My mom went to savers yesterday. This white lady that works here discriminated my mother. She accused her of stealing saying she stole some sandals that she had bought a week ago. My mother said this lady yanked the shoes off my mother’s feet. My mother does not speak English and they had brought a coworker to translate saying you need to be more careful??? Careful next time? Careful of what this is just straight discrimination. We are going today to get information and pressing chargers on this worker. Totally unacceptable… This happened 9/23/24 around 2-3 pm

Big sale 50% off on Summer clothes but no all Summer clothes was included. For example Active wear tee shirts were not included.

Very organized, great selection…. But no dressing rooms. What the??? They allow for returns but only for store credit. Bad business model … we didn’t buy much because we weren’t sure if they would fit.

I used to really loves Savers. But after 2020, the prices have driven me away empty handed. PRO: - Big store & selection - Rewards program - Can use rewards program at other Savers store CON: - I never find anything at a reasonable price - Prices here have sky rocketed after 2020 - Bad area - Street parking but it's hard to find SUMMARY: Not all Savers are the same. This one is a bit too much trouble for the parking and prices

This place is nice and pretty big , has everything, but it’s getting very expensive, all shoes are between $18-$30… I mean everything is donated and there’s only like one cashier, everything is self checkout. It’s not like we are paying for that service… they should lower their prices. Also there was no AC 2 days ago that I was there.. and it was very very hot, we had to leave .

Well Organized with a good selection and good prices compared to most thrift stores. Also everything there is very clean. One example of the fair pricing was a new with tags Guadalajara jersey that had $120 on the tag. savers was charging only $20. I also got a nice 90s Olympics shirt for only $5.29. The employees are also very helpful and hard working

I've always loved going to Savers. There's always something there I need...I think I need. Last time I was there, I found an original 1950's Coca Cola tray! Nice. I will go back. You never know, you might find something you didn't expect to find. I did!

Beautifully organized. Nice wide aisles. Great for folks using mobility aids. Lots of everything- clothes, shoes, home goods, etc. Airy and well lit.

This store is one of THE most organized thrift stores (or frankly any store) that I've been to, its absolutely amazing in this regard. But unfortunately within minutes of walking in, there was a man that was trying to walk out of the store with a large trash bag. There was a woman (that worked there) that grabbed his bag and ripped it open in front of everyone. And a bunch of clothes/shoes came flying on the ground. She immediately started yelling at him that he didn't pay for any of the clothes and that she would call the cops on him. The man clearly was desperate for these clothes and couldn't afford them. And being a thrift store you would think there would be a little more empathetic to him and his situation. Like why not offer to give him some clothes that haven't sold in a while? It's awful enough being poor in our society but to be treated with such cruelty and to embarrass him in front of everyone just felt absolutely ruthless. It took me a moment to process what happened but retrospectively I should've offered to pay for his clothes. But PLEASE treat people with more kindness and compassion.

I enjoy the Experiance of shopping at Savers staff are polite and helpful they work hard. Prices are fair and affordable used goods some new in a decent condition. I always find something I need kitchen wise, decoration, music, books, clothing they got it all.

Products are categorized properly. For obvious reasons, shoes are sold as is. So make sure you know how to clean and disinfect it if you're planning to buy one. I'm not sure if clothes were washed before getting it on the aisles. Most of the electronic items has no labels. And some doesn't have the adapters it comes with. Make sure to check it if it is working or just keep the receipt for returns. This branch has a wide range of items being sold. Parking is hard, I suggest to get a parking at Main street parking garage. Reusable Bags costs $0.10

Great store! And it has a self-checkout (I haven’t seen a thrift shop with a self-checkout before). The store is big, has decent selection of shoes and clothes, but not so much of home decor and kitchen stuff. And it is not overpriced like some other thrift shops in the area. I bought a nice trench coat for $12

The employees are incredibly friendly! I found a gorgeous large floor vase that I plan on painting for my home decor. We also found some great books (there's a great book selection), as well as a wooden tray and a smaller vase that we're super excited to use. The only thing I would say is try to get a parking spot on the street right in front of the store because there's some people living outside that made me a bit uncomfortable. Also, I feel like this should be a general rule of thumb, but I wouldn't buy electronics here or from any thrift stores in general.

Merchandise is all decent or above. Nothing that should be just trashed. Employees are always super nice. I love it. Srreet parking is sort of hard to find but just park at Grocery outlet and walk a block or 2.
