Amazing work and staff all around over at Benz Auto Body. Recently had my rear bumper freshly repainted on an BMW E92 M3 and it looks great. I took my Lexus in to get the front bumper restored at Benz Auto Body, and the results were fantastic. I worked with Sami, who was super friendly, professional, and empathized with my urgent timeline, given I had travel plans the following week. Sami was able to source parts from the manufacturer in under a few days. The repair was flawless - my bumper looks brand new. They used brand new parts for repairing the damaged taillight and repaired body scraches. Their excellent repaint and amazing detailed finish work make my MB S550 look like new to original condition. While I rarely need service from an auto body shop, when needed I’ve been coming exclusively to Benz Auto Body for more than 20 years. Time and again the results of their craftsmanship show their impeccable integrity and service quality are beyond reproach. Sam, his son Sami and their entire team are simply as good as it gets!
Next time you get great service and are impressed with the work, check to see which broken parts were glued together and put back on underneath the pretty paint then billed as new. Maybe they only do that when they're dealing with an insurance claim? Best of luck.

Repair was incomplete so we scheduled to drop off the car again the following Tuesday. I sent a text the night before (Monday) to confirm drop-off time. No response. When we show up they say “We’re pretty busy today. How about next week?”

Sami who was the main point of contact who helped with this repair was great at constantly communicating with us on the damages, timelines etc. He also gave us a very good price and did a great job in ensuring we got everything resolved. I brought a BMW to Benz Autobody for major body work on the car. It required fixing: a large deep dent, bumper scratches, replacing parts of the suspension and reconditioning the rims.
Sam and his team did an excellent job in terms of quality of the work. Sam was also very thorough and forthcoming with the repairs estimates and actuals. He took care to order all the parts that were estimated as needing replacement, but only actually replaced and charged for the parts that upon further inspection were confirmed as needing replacement.
The car looked like new afterwards. I am very happy with the quality of the bodywork and transparency on the estimates and throughout the process.
Really great experience with using this shop for a minor accident / repair on my X5 filed with a Geico claim from the other party. Very friendly, accommodating, and from what I can see (I'm not a car expert) did great work on my car. Excellent customer service.
The first time I went in for an estimate, I didn't think this place was the right fit for me and my car. However, after deciding to have them fix my Veloster I was happy I chose them. I was treated by the son who went out of his way to help me with my rental car. He made sure the rental company picked me up so that I didn't have to wait long. When the car rental company picked me up there was something wrong with the car they were driving. The owner of Benz Autobody made sure his customer (me) was not going to leave his shop in a damaged car. Furthermore, from the moment I stepped into the shop. I felt like I was treated like family. The son (sorry! I forgot his name) called me every day with updates on my car. When it was time to pick up my car, I was surprised that they had vacuumed and washed my car. Anyway, Benz Autobody, in my opinion, is top-notch. The son and father are genuine and good people. I highly recommend this company to everyone looking for a good auto shop.
I read the other reviews and I cannot believe they are all legit. Sam (the owner) teamed up with GEICO and they convinced me that Benz Autobody is the right place to fix my car. The damage wasn't severe - bumper was slightly cracked after getting hit by a careless driver on a parking lot. I got my car back 4 days latter than originally promised, which wasn't a big deal, however also front camera stopped working and when I took a deeper look at the fixed part I discovered that the bumper on one side was not mounted properly (it was moving and was to close to the headlamp).
I went back to Benz and Sam was very helpful explaining me what the problem was - one of the headlamp mount had cracked and they glued it instead of replacing it, because "GEICO wanted it fixed"!?! This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable - my car was being fixed using my Uninsured Motorist Coverage, it was first time ever body work - they just wanted to make GEICO happy, by charging less for the repair. They never asked me and they thought it was not worth mentioning this to me. It's good they didn't do very good job at glueing that mount, otherwise I could have not noticed.
One extra star is for replacing that headlamp after I complained, however it took 5 days (?!) and they did leave a mark behind - they chipped off a bit of paint near the fender and they painted over it with a small brush :| without saying a word. I didn't complain about that as I was fed up so much with them already and every time I left my car there I was loosing money on CDW on a rental car.
Don't go near that place they are not your friends.
I was involved in an accident and Geico handled the costs. Geico sent me to Benz Auto Body. Geico had a nice car ready for me. I was impressed with the staff of Benz Auto Body. They immediately diagnosed the issue with my MBZ and immediately started work. They had my car fixed in several days. The communication between customer and client was excellent. In the past I have taken my car to the Mercedes dealer, but no longer. If I'm in need of touch up or major repairs I will definitely use this company again. I would highly recommend this company for MBZ repairs or for any other car.
No one plans to get into a car accident but it happened to me on my brand new truck that i had just gotten of the dealer. Dealing with insurance to try to get your car fixed was a horrible experience. I went to 3 different estimates until i found Benz Autobody. From the moment i called to the moment i left the body shop it was an amazing experience Benz took care of me and my truck. Had zero complains and i would like to recommend this place to anyone that has bodyshops that are only interested in the money and have bad customer service. You can rest assured Benz Autobody will take care of you.

Had a great experience. Staff is fantastic. Kept me update though every step of the way. Where able to fix my car just like I wanted.
Only down side was that the fix was 2 days past due, but they did adjust my rental accordingly, so it was all good.

Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient. Sam Dababo is our go to guy for car damages for many years. I had a minor problem on my car, so this morning I dropped by his shop to get his opinion, right then and there he cleaned the area touched it up with paint, and made it look as good as new. The incredible part is that he did it free of charge. Amazing! He made my day, how often do you find such a generous profesional? I am speachless!! Thank you Sam!!
I took my car to this place for front and back bumper replacement. He charged my insurance $11,000 for this work. The front bumper is coming out from one side and the back side bumper and the front lights are not aligned. There were some screw covers missing.
EDIT: Came back and changed my review down to 1 star. Fast forward more than a year since the repair, and everything they painted is nowhere near the same quality as the OEM. When the repair was fresh, it looked good, but they didn't do something right because it isn't holding up.
The clear coat they applied is failing and I have to have the car completely repainted again to fix their shoddy work.

They restored my BMW back to perfect condition. Can't even tell it was repaired.
Sam Dababo provides outstanding customer service and his depth of knowledge about about the collision repair process is very re-assuring. He can directly explain the various parts that are damaged and the work that is necessary to repair or to replace them. He also does much of the work personally, including the final assembly. As a result, once the job is done, it not only looks "like new" on the outside, but you also have the confidence that the hidden-damages have been made right.
Here is an example of the quality of repair work at this shop: the paint on my new bumper exactly matched the paint on the car. Even when the car was new, there was a slight difference in color between the bumper and the car. After the repairs, the colors are the same.
I wish to thank Sam Dababo for his advice, encouragement and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Benz Autobody to anyone who needs collision repairs.
