Jay & his team are outstanding in every way. They did an amazing job fixing some major damage, dents, rust and minor issues all over my car and the result was really beautiful! They worked with me when I didn’t have collision insurance and they are very warm, friendly, accommodating, and flexible. Very highly recommended!!!
The shop that repainted my car probably used inferior materials and after a while, the paint faded in weird places.
It looked like the car came from a junkyard so I took it to get repainted again.
Too bad I wasn’t able to take a “before” photo, but my car came out like brand new and even had additional fixes done for free! The paint is guaranteed not to fade and Jay provided such good price and service and explained everything so well. I’m definitely recommending him to all my friends and family!
Picked up my Porsche Cayenne yesterday and was extremely happy with the service and quality of work. Jay performed auto body on the driver's side door and did some touch up of scratches and detailing of the entire vehicle. The price quoted was what I walked away paying even though he did some extra work for me. It was a good value for what was done (important since I did not submit this thru my insurance company). I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs body work done - I will certainly take a car back if I have future damage.

I shopped around for a place to fix a serious dent in my new car. Out of 5 places I dealt with in the Redwood City to Burlingame area, here's why I recommend you at least give Premium Bodyworks a try as you shop around:
1. Their pricing was in the lower 25th percentile (you might get slightly cheaper if you're willing to drive to the East Bay).
2. You feel like you're dealing and communicating directly with the owner (whether Joseph Diaz is the owner or not, I don't even know, but that's the feeling). While most other places have you deal with front desk staff or call center personnel who make you fill out countless forms just to be seen, this is a "walk in and talk to the guy" type of place.
3. The communication was amazing—absolutely outstanding. Before I made my decision, after I dropped off the car, and even AFTER I picked it up and made payment, I received text messages and emails with replies so fast that I felt like I wasn't communicating quickly enough as the client. Where else does that happen?
They did exactly what they promised, finished on time, offered accommodating scheduling, and provided fair pricing. What more could you need? Just put Premium Bodyworks on your short list of places to check before making a decision.

I was hit by a drunk driver in December and my car was totaled by my insurance. My Lexus truck has a special meaning to my heart because the car was gifted to me by my mother after graduating from nursing school. I chose not to total my car and instead take my car to Jay at Premium Bodyworks because he did a supreme job fixing a previous significant scrape earlier in the year.
Not only did Jay go above and beyond to make my SUV beautiful like new again, but he detailed the paint so beautifully, you can't tell there was even a scratch on my car before! In addition, the subwoofer was damaged and Jay went above and beyond to replace it while staying within budget.

I recently had my car repaired here and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was friendly and professional, and they kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. They were very efficient and the work was top-notch. The price was fair and I felt like I got great value. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing repairs.
This was by far the best bodyshop/mechanic experience I've ever had. Jay and everyone I met were so kind. I got in an accident on 280 and the AAA tow truck driver strongly recommended this bodyshop because they do really quality work and were currently repairing his wife's car. They told me immediately that the needed work was probably more than the minivan was worth but gave me a full estimate for new parts as well as a rough estimate for the total it'd be with after market parts anyway. I could not afford even the discounted and ended up towing it away. Jay waived the storage fees for the days it was there and was very kind and trying to help reach the best outcome the whole time, even waiving the storage fees for the time my car was on the property.
Definitely know you can trust these guys and you are in good hands. I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Great work and great prices. I was worried when the quote said they'd replace the bumper and only paint the quarter panel about the paint not matching but Jay assured me it's not needed and we can do it in the future if it's necessary. Paint match is perfect, car looks better than it did before. Work was fast and communication was great. Will be going back for any future body work I need!

Fantastic customer service! My car got damaged in the rear end with broken tail lights. I went to three body shops for estimates, and theirs was the lowest and quickest to get the job done. Also, they fixed my right side mirror and other dents for free!
