I got a flat tire around 8 PM and thought I was out of luck, but luckily I found this place open. There was a short line, and they told me it would be about a 10-minute wait - and it actually was! When it was my turn, I couldn't believe how fast everything went.
I've dealt with flat tires a few times before, and it always takes forever to get them fixed. But here, they took my tire off, repaired it, and had it back on my car within minutes. I honestly thought there was no way it could be done that quickly, especially since they were still pretty busy that late at night - but it was!
I usually don't write reviews, but this time I really wanted to share how impressed I was. Super quick, efficient, and friendly service - I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends!
I quickly needed my tires pumped with air, and they got me in line and done within five minutes and for free! Even at 7pm, they were very busy with business. Very friendly staff all around, even when they were doing this very simple service for me.
I thought I was going to have to replace both back tires after one went flat, but luckily the person who helped replace my tire with a spare recommended this place and saved me a few hundred! The owner was there and super chill, helped me out right away. His guys were able to patch the hole, had me out the door within 30 minutes, and it only cost $30 for the patch and re-installation of the original tire. Thank you guys so much! Now I don’t have to wait till tomorrow at 5pm to go to Costco for service.
Absolutely terrific people here - they fixed the sagging bottom cover on my car in 5 minutes. Totally saved my day.

Fabulous business. I called about a flat tire in front of my son’s home in REDWOOD CITY last night. They said they don’t go to peoples homes. Today, I called Redwood City Police Non-emergency phone about my tire. I told her that I read on line that a police officer would come & help me. Shortly thereafter I had the community service officer at my car to fix my tire. god blessed me with this policeman. He put my spare on & now I am at Fast Track tire to get a screw removed & tire repaired. No waiting. I am from Oakdale so didn’t know they were in the Valero Gas Station. God bless these wonderful people

Unsafe Tires and Unprofessional Behavior – Avoid This Shop
I had a dangerous and upsetting experience at this tire shop. I went in to fix one tire on my BMW X5, but Mohammad (possibly the owner) insisted I replace all four. He recommended tires he claimed were better than my Bridgestones, with a 5-year/50k mile warranty. I trusted him and made the purchase.
Just ten days later, on a highway trip to Los Angeles with my kids, the car began shaking badly. A shop checked and found bubbles in the tires, which turned out to be over 4 years old (manufactured in 2021). It ruined our trip—I had no car, my son was sick and hospitalized, and I had to wait until Monday to get new tires from a BMW dealership.
When I called to explain and request a refund, they said I had to return all four tires. I brought one back as a sample. Despite the clear defect, Mohammad refused to refund the full amount. Worse, he yelled, used profanity in front of my children, and even made inappropriate comments about my clothing. When I tried to explain the safety risk, he said, “I don’t care.”
This wasn’t just a financial issue—it was an emotional one. Selling old, unsafe tires under false claims and responding with such disrespect is unacceptable.
Please think twice before trusting this shop. Your safety and dignity matter.

Muhammad, the owner of this mechanic shop, was incredibly rude when I contacted him about my car that I had left there. He began yelling at me during our conversation, and his lack of manners and unprofessional demeanor left a terrible impression. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. Customer service is just as important as the mechanical work, and this place clearly lacks that.

I came out of the gym at 5:15pm to a flat tire on my car. All of the nearby tire repair places I looked up were already closed or would be closed before I could get to them. It seemed I would have to leave my car overnight to get help. Then I found Fast Track, which is open until 10pm! I thankfully had an air compressor in my car that I was able to use to fill up my tire to drive on it. I pulled in at Fast Track at 6:03pm and they immediately went to work on my leak. They had completely finished the repair (and checked the air in all my other tires for good measure) and sent me on my way by 6:32pm! And for this fast, efficient, competent, and timely service, I was charged only $30! What an unbelievable deal and amazing place. Mohammed was the main person I interfaced with. Thank you, Fast Track!!! You transformed what could have been a multi-day nightmare into a mere minor disruption in my evening -- I was even able to make it home in time for dinner!
Super friendly service and reasonable prices. To the person below talking about a $10 plug... This is California if you can find a discount tire sure .. but this is a local small business and if you don't want to support them... Go where stuff is cheaper or ask about pricing BEFORE they work on your car.. come on now.

They did open a little late but I came on a Saturday and I know when going to car or tire shops to expect a little wait.
It only took about an hour once they started work on my vehicle. I would highly recommend. They have a little waiting area that's very cozy and open to the outside so you get a nice breeze and blue sky.
There is a fee if you pay with credit card .. plainly stated on their counter. Pay with a debit card or cash to avoid this. Not that hard to do, part of paying for stuff with credit is paying more.. this is not the only business that does this. It's very common as an ACH costs a business money on their end. Please use common sense other reviewers!

“FAST TRACK” Service ! I ordered tires online and was looking for tire shop to mount them. I call many places like Wheel Works, Big O Tires but, they didn’t responded me. I went to Fast Track Tire Service without appointment and they took care of it within 30 minutes. I was very happy with the service and price. Would recommend to everyone !

This place is off the wall. Awesome! See I'm financially strapped right now and I just got a flat on the 101. I knew I couldn't go so far on a flat so I pulled over on the first exit that I saw which was Whipple Avenue. I came snailing in to a tire shop I didn't know about. I spoke to the first rep I saw and his name was Mo. I also met an installer named Hugo and let me tell you these guys were awesome as in awesome sauce. Like I said I was financially strapped and didn't have much money and he gave me such a good deal on my tire that I had enough to purchase two. Never since I've had my vehicle which is an Audi. Never have I been able to find low prices on tires like I was offered today! These gentlemen were very professional and expedient in installing my tires. I was back on the road in no time. I don't often leave reviews, mainly due to time, but this one's an exception. I got a fantastic deal, speedy service, and over-the-top satisfaction. I needed four new tires for my Dodge Challenger B5 Blue and called the owner during a hectic day at my tech job. By the time I was wrapping up at work, he let me know the tires were set. When I got to the shop, the customer service was genuine and top-notch, especially from the owner. He was on point with pricing and mounting details. And guess what? All four tires, aligned and fitted, in less than an hour. I'm definitely coming back!
