The tow truck changed and inflated my tire in a few minutes. I needed him since the spare was flat anyway. The downside is it took 1 hr 15 min for the driver to make the .1 mile drive.

After CA was done w me I was out $720 for a ticket + tow when I had the right permit to Park there (though I didn't have it hanging up, I showed it to her when she started writing the ticket ) in protest I've left CA.
