Horrible location. Horrible customer services. Ive been waiting on the side of the road for 2 hours for a 1pm delivery and the whole time the store has been waiting to get the items in stock. But then they realized they just didn't scan their own inventory and had the items.

I've always known O'Reilly to be a helpful place and generally spend a good bit of money here. This location left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I'll avoid them all later.

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful. Everyone there was amazing, a friend of mine had bought a battery about a year ago and it went bad so we went there and they offered to recharge it for free. When that didn't work then they replaced the battery free of charge. No questions asked. Gave us a brand new battery. Didn't charge us a dime way to go O'Reilly Auto parts.

Worst place to order parts from if you own your own automotive business. Parts may arrive broken and the O'reilly commercial parts department at this location may not take immediate action to rectify the solution leaving the customer stuck at the shop.

Needed to get a windshield wiper and this one was the closest. Should’ve just gone to another store. Terrible experience all around. Long lines. Extremely lazy service. They all seem to just do whatever is convenient for them and not the customers. Their items are also always dirty or opened.

This place is a joke the staff are rude I brought my warranted starter in and the guy had the nerve to tell me I didn't purchase this starter from oRiley's even though my account shows I purchased the same starter from the store in Hayward I was broke down and this jerk refused to honor the warranty I have never been treated this way bY oRiley's I WILL BE TAKING MY FUTURE BUSINESS TO AUTOZONE HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GIVE ME RESPECT DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE BAD BAD STAFF TY

O'Reilly's, please teach your sales people some skills. Needed a part and found it on your site and it said there was one in stock in San Carlos. Went there and apparently it was not really in stock. So they called the store in Redwood City and asked if they had one. After a few minutes, the person at Redwood City came back and said they had the part and it would be waiting at the counter. I get to Redwood City and tell one of the counter people the part I need and that someone already pulled it and it should be around the counter. He looks and doesn't find it, checks the stocked location and does not find it. Tells me they don't have it. I ask to see the manager and he says the manager is not in. I ask if he could check with others to see who talked with the other store and he says that he can't. I will no longer be using O'Reilly for any more parts. To many options to be jacked with for a simple part.

Good service. But they overfilled my oil by a lot so I had to drain some, slight inconvenience. But good work on what they were supposed to do

At 12/13 rude and unkind employee was not willing to help me with a return. He refused to look up the invoice in the system or accept a digital invoice, I had to call corporate and contact Pedro the manager. Never buying here again.

O’reilly, please please get a self checkout option….. 1 employee at the counter, obviously people need help getting the right part and that takes time and expertise, but simply checking out needs to be an easier process. This happens to me at this location all the time. Please note, the employees at this store are very helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. This is an ownership/management issue.

It was good the staff where very helpful in the items I was looking for was able to get in and get out very quickly and they are very stocked with everything you need for your car I was very satisfied with the store plus great atmosphere inside must go and see what you need it will be there for sure.

Wonderful customer service. My windshield wiper flew off on the highway, and I was able to rush here to get one. They made sure it was installed correctly. Wonder service! So grateful!

One time business with this repair store. Charged you high and mess your stuff in the car, therefore, they deserved to be 1 star...Their labor fee is three times higher than the part price while their professionalism is three times worse than they should be.

I got a part and it was wrong went back told me to hold on to the part and order the one I needed and was told it would be in on the 10th of that month and they would return at the time the part and paid the difference for the new part I went on the 12th giving them time not there time passes is now 2weeks called to be told it was returned on the 9th no call it was in horrible customer service returned item and went somewhere else

This is a well-stocked chain auto parts store. I went there for engine oil and was able to find what I needed. It should be noted that several auto parts stores I have visited in the last several months had partially empty shelves for engine oils. This is a busy store and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

This place has never let me down. When other stores have closed or not had what I have needed I have gone here and been properly taken care of. No one batted an eye when I replaced a brake light in the parking lot either. A little seedy, but functional and reliable.

If you need a part for your car you will probably find it here. Pretty large and complete auto store. I bought my new windshield wipers here.

These guys never answer the phone when I call. Ones I was in line there at the Redwood City store and called just to see what happens. They all ignored it and the store manager name starts with a P! just walked away to the back. There was workers walking around everywhere And no one got on the reg to help and the line just got longer I think the store needs new management. Also pick up the phone!!!!

Worthless staff..... no concept of customer service.... no idea how to serve customers efficiently. Had ONE long line of customers... some needed only to pay for one or two items. Others needed expensive time-consuming help. Only buying one bottle of car wash solution.? Too bad.... you'll just have to wait behind the guy who needs help finding three obscure parts and also get battery tested.......seriously?? . Only 3 employees helping behind the counter. 12 customers in line. LONG wait. I needed my battery tested....20 minutes in line...30 minutes for the test. I was then told it was bad and needed to be replaced. I took it to another auto parts store..... tested/ charged and holds charge just fine and should last another year or two. O'Reilly's..... NOT GOOD

A busy place that is always willing to help you out when it's your turn in line. They've helped me find hard to get items I needed for my motorcycle & I appreciate the time they take to make sure they had exhausted all resources before giving up. For that, I thank you!

Horrible! DINO iS THE WORST AND LAZYEST sales employee I have ever interacted with. He was extremely rude and aggressive right away! He called me Amigo several times when I’m not even Hispanic or Mexican! I don’t want to explain my experience at the store because it’s way to long. I truly feel like he should not work with people or the community. HE ALSO TOOK HIS MASK OFF TO SCrEAM AT ME! I am going to Autozone for now on! ZERO STARS!

Visited your store this morning was attended at counter by your staff He had to refund to my card a item we were returning and he messed it up by recharging me for some other item we did not purchase. On pointing it out he rudely with out apology tries to reverse transactionmb Then unable to do so pays me in cash.No apology or explanation about it. I we wanted a check engine done which he rudely declined saying come later we are busy. The customer service sucks with individuals like this.

I had very terrible experience here. I came to buy the air compressor, I asked the cashier Oscar if I can check it as I want to make sure it works but the guy told me that I can't and they even can't open the box for me because in case of return it needs to be unopened with the tape on it. I was kind of disappointed, how I can buy the $100 compresor without even checking it. Basically, if I would try it myself at home and for some reason I would find it broken, I would not be able to replace or return it. The store staff is totally unfriendly and I felt like I was unwelcome there. I decided to return it even without opening the box as I was afraid that it could be broken even before I will use it, so i brought it back to the store in 30 minutes after the purchase. During the return process nobody even asked me what is the reason for the return, the cashier just asked if the box was unopened and checked if the tape is still on the same place and untouched. I will never ever come there again, awful experience. Think twice before purchase anything from O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Redwood City.

Walked in at 8: 30, went in to get some wax, 4 people in line one person helping while the other three sat in the back. then the guy goes back to get a part and there's nobody at the desk and nobody came up to try to help anybody in line I put the wax down and walked out. The store is small and very limited selection don't waste your time.

Not bad, went in to get a couple things and for the most part I got what I needed. But the thing that I WANTED didn't happen because I needed help...but they weren't wanting to help because they were going to close five minutes later. That's fine, I get it, been working all day in you want to go home. That's what I didn't get was the fact that their trash cans were so overly filled and they were about to close, yet they were kinda just standing around? DUDE... they were literally overflowing into the available parking spot that was right in front of the entrance Gross...
