This place is a straight up shill for insurance companies. They will not take of your car the way you want it to be taken care of, they will do the cheapest possible repair. They wanted to repair a plastic bumper that had been punctured but refused to tell me how they were going to do that. If they answered my simple question, I wouldn't have given them a review.

I lightly scuffed the right side of my front bumper on a 2021 BMW Z4M40i. I worked a long time to have this car as a fun car and it just killed me to scuff the paint. Cologne Auto Body is now my official go-to repair shop (if I ever need one again)! I got rear ended and my bumper needed repair. I was recommended to Cologne and specifically for Luis. He is the best!! He coordinated everything for me, worked with my insurance company and ordered parts ahead of time. He was realistic in his time frames and worked with my rental car company (Enterprise) as well. The car was ready 3 days early, and he polished my whole car and made my 2008 Camry look brand new. He told me he treated my car as if it was his. I'm so grateful for Cologne Auto Body and would recommend them to anybody!
I recommend Cologne Auto Body without reservation. They repaired a hole in my trunk and another in my back bumper. The car looks like new now! Their price was reasonable, the work was done quickly and is warranted for a year, and the staff was polite and friendly. They provided 5-Star service!

Luis took great care of me this week! He handled the rental car pick up/drop off from his shop so my life was a little easier. Things were Covid precaution friendly with visible mask-wearing and easily accessible hand sanitizers. The workers did excellent repair work and threw in a much needed exterior detail to finish it off. I received the call that my car was ready a day earlier than I expected.
