I am embarrassed to say that I have banged my rims on three different cars (BMW, Rivian, Caddy)! and have brought them all to Cory and his guys. Recently, he dealt with my new Lyriq that while parking I rammed straight into the sidewalk. Ugh! SMH. Pfff. Cory got me right away, thankfully. And it looks brand new again. He and his team are pretty amazing. Before and after photos below.
Cory and team at CWT was awesome! The glossy black finish on my wheels was fantastic! Cory took extreme care of the wheels, and was super cautious when installing them in the car too. This is the place you bring your car to if you want them to treat it like their own. CWT is awesome!
I’ve been here a couple times, once for curb rash on my wife’s car and color change to some wheels I bought used. Cory was great at communication and ensuring satisfaction. Definitely would recommend and will bring him some more work in the future.

I messed up my rim pretty bad just 1 week after owning my car I called around everywhere and got quoted an insane amount + they would hold my car for 24hrs+. I found these guys, they were able to see me same day, repair my rim in less than 2 hrs, and for an amazing price!! They made my rim look brand spanking new!! I was in disbelief and so grateful to have found this shop. Thank you and if I ever mess up again I definitely know who I'm going to!

The rims on my BMW X5 were severely scraped up by a local tire shop when replacing my tires. I took it in the Cal Wheel kind of expecting them to say they’d do their best but couldn’t fix it. But boy did they do a good job. The whee looks as good as new. Pretty reasonably priced and quick service. I would definitely suggest these guys.
The team recently refurbed both a Defender wheel and a Porsche wheel for us. Both came back absolutely perfect, the paint match was identical and the quality of workmanship was first class. Cannot recommend the team enough !
Cory and his team did a great job in repairing a rim rash. Cannot tell where the damage occurred. He was able to squeeze me in for an appt and I got my car back the same day. I highly recommend.

Great customer service from Cory and the team. Helped me out asap, as they squeezed me into their hectic rainy season schedule! Both the curb rashes and light scratches were addressed for a reasonable amount and timely manner! Highly recommended if you're running nice aftermarket rims and want to maintain their finish.

This is the second time I work with CWT - Cory was nice enough to squeeze me in so I can get my wheels fixed before returning the lease. Though I do not wish to curb my car again, but I would not hesitate to work with CWT again in the future, highly recommended!
Fast turnaround, great comms, and most importantly, great quality of work. Took some really old beat up OEM bmw wheels to them and they came back a few days later looking incredible, on top of fresh new rubber mounted and balanced.

Brought my Audi in the early am and had it back in 1 1/2 hours later. Curb rash that was on the 1 wheel (silver) was gone and looked perfect just like the other 3. Highly Reccomend. Andrew was Great !
phenomenal job. Cory was very responsive when I texted/called him, and he accommodated my tight timeline. Andrew was the guy who serviced my wheels (3) that had chips, dents and scratches. They look great now, similar to new.

I had 4 AMG Aero I refinished/machined by Cal Wheels about a month ago due to the positive reviews on yelp and google maps. Cory was busy so it took several weeks but I was not in a hurry because it was for a project car so no big deal.
Picked up the wheels weeks later and gave it a quick inspection and saw a couple of bubbles here and there so did not bother to bring it up. It looked good from 5 foot away. A week later I gave it a more detailed inspection and saw that these wheels were refinished poorly. Check the attached pics and judge for yourself.
1. Each wheel had bubbles, dirt all over the wheel like it was painted in open air and not in a booth.
2. Also noticed several paint puddles near the holes on at least 2 wheels due overspray. Saw another puddle/oozing paint at the edge recently.
3. Wheels are oem mercedes so the lug bolt hole seat are ball/rounded and not conical/tapered. Whoever mounted the wheel on the lathe during machining used conical lug nuts which gouged the holes. See pics of a smooth hole and a gouged hole.
4. Finally, the machined lips look off. A machined lip should be even and concentric but it appears that they are running into each other like they were sanded in some parts. Cory told me that something is wrong with the wheel because he kept getting spots as he was turning it on the lathe so I asked him to hand polish for extra charge. He did and that removed the spots but the machined lip is just bad.
I mentioned item#2 and 3 to Cory and sent him pics and to his credit he offered to repair the paint pooling, "if it bugs you" perhaps implying that it's a minor thing. Either way, I declined. To be done properly, all 4 wheels would have to be refinished and I doubt that it would come out much better.
I will not be going back to Cal Wheels.
Based on their work, it appears they lack the attention to detail for refinishing/restoring wheels especially if machining is involved.
