I had an amazing experience at Wheel Works! I came in without an appointment, and right away I was warmly welcomed by the lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name). She was incredibly accommodating and offered assistance as soon as I walked through the door. Even though it was my first time here, the way the staff treated me made it feel like I had been a regular customer for years. They truly know how to take care of their customers and make you feel valued. I’ve been to other car shops in the area, but none of them come close to the level of customer service I experienced here. I will definitely be coming back for all my future car needs and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service. Good job to the team, and keep up the great work!

I booked an 8:00am appointment for a basic oil change so I could plan my day accordingly. When I arrived, I was asked whether it was a drop-off or stay appointment. I said I would be staying. Around 9:00am, I was told my car was “next up.” It wasn’t taken back until around 9:30am. At 10:20am, assuming the service was well underway, I asked for another update. The employee checked and returned at 10:25am to say the car had just been put on a rack as soon as one opened and it would still be another 30–60 minutes. At 10:30am, I was told they were backed up from the night before and that they don’t distinguish between appointments and walk-ins. The visit ultimately exceeded four hours for a relatively quick service. I had to cancel my plans for the day, and the A/C in the waiting area was not working. A manager did provide a discount at checkout, and several staff members apologized, which I appreciated. However, the repeated explanation was “we just didn’t have a rack.” That’s not a surprise issue — it’s a capacity planning issue. If rack availability is constrained or you’re carrying over backlog, customers with morning appointments should be notified in advance and given the option to reschedule. As I was checking out, I heard another customer told there were eight cars ahead of her and that her oil change would take 3–4 hours. That level of upfront clarity would have been helpful earlier in my visit. The oil change itself was fine. The service design and communication were not. Appointments should function as time commitments, not placeholders in a queue.

I easily made an online appointment for a tire repair through their website. One of the folks at the front desk noticed when I came in and immediately checked me in. She was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The work took about ~45 minutes and so far the patch is holding up well. I'm so glad I chose to come here, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a low pressure warning on my tire sensor and put air in several times but it still would read low the next morning. I brought my car into Wheel Works without an appointment and left it there for a few hours. They found a nail in my tire. They removed the tire, repaired the hole and re-balanced the tire then filled all the tires to the standard pressure settings. Since I had purchased the tires at Wheel Works and had the road hazard plan, it cost me nothing!!

As someone that just moved to the area and only know of Les Schwab.. These guys are so awesome and definitely better!! Had my tire light come on and stopped here on my way home. They got me right in and helped me out. Even had my puppy with me and was able to bring her in to wait with me! Very adorable, awesome customer service and knowledgeable! Highly recommend stopping by and checking these guys out! Will be saving these guys to come back when ever I have tire issues or need new tires

They were very attentive. Did not charge to repair my flat; minimal cost to do my tire rotation and even found a leak in my engine. They did not push other services and I was on my way in no time!

I came in for an oil change and they didn’t even replace the oil filter. The only reason I found out is because I opened the hood later and saw the same old Toyota filter that I had installed previously. I called and they told me to come back, apologized, and said they’d fix it. I brought the car back and had them change the filter and drain/refill the oil again because I didn’t want old oil circulating through a new filter. Now I’m just giving them the benefit of the doubt, but most importantly wasting my time, things should have been done correct the first time, changing the oil filter when doing an oil change is like flossing your teeth before you brush them. Fast forward to my next oil change (which I did myself because I didn’t trust them anymore): when I removed the drain plug, there were metal shavings, and the plug was no longer OEM—it was an aftermarket plug, reason I know is because I did the oil change prior to this. They stripped my drain plug and didn’t say anything. When I went in to get this handled, they claimed the second visit “wasn’t in the system.” Convenient. Prior to this, I also had an alignment done here and wasn’t given repair paperwork. Now I’m out of pocket for a new oil pan, sealant, and I lost hours of work because of their mistakes. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll be filing complaints with the DCA if this doesn’t get resolved. This is unacceptable.

I had both an oil change and a tire fix on two different cars and both were really seamless. I was able to drop my car off last minute (2pm) with no appointment on a Sunday and get a fix the same day, and they stayed a bit after closing so I could pick up the car once finished. The whole thing was really easy both times and I found both the tire fix and oil change to be pretty reasonable prices!

I really appreciated how the service advisor took the time to understand the issue, did a lot of research to determine and then get the best replacement headlamp for my 2012 GL550, kept me updated. The team went above and beyond to ensure the best service.

Stopped by after noticing some tire damage after hitting a pothole the previous day. They had a look and explained that there’s not enough damage to warrant changing the tires and I could handle a fix myself. No charge. Really appreciated the honesty and quickness that was provided. Would trust this place with my tires going forward.

I dropped my company car off at 1045 for a 2pm appointment, that was made online, to repair a failed patch. This tire was repaired at a different wheel works location two weeks prior. I was informed that they were busy. Just after 5pm, I called to check on the status and was informed that they hadn’t touched my car and will get to it tomorrow. I let the girl know I needed the car back early, before 10am, for work. At 11:30 the following day I called to check on the status. I was informed that they were waiting on approval for maintenance. I asked what maintenance, because literally the week prior I had the oil changed tires rotated and all the maintenance that was required done at this same facility. Sal, started to note if I took the car to the dealership, they don’t always do the proper maintenance. His tune changed when I let him know I brought it to his facility. He then told me to give him an hour. Two hours later, I called again and the car still wasn’t ready. I literally dropped the car off to fix a flat tire and without asking, they tried to add on more that was just done the week before. The receipt submitted had extra charges. Those extra charges were noted by the receptionist at the time of pickup. She stated that she would have to get them removed. They never were. This store is just looking to do whatever they can to make a buck. I will not be back.

Water pump on my Tacoma went out, called Wheel works, Sal said he can schedule me an appointment and from there, he got me and my old taco back on the road. Best service there is in Belmont. Highly recommend anyone to come here and ask for Sal. The gasket is a bit sus

I took my Model Y in for a flat tire repair and possible new tires. They were able to fix my tire (free) and sent me on my way. 10/10 would recommend.

Took my 2005 Toyota Camry to this shop for tires and an oil change and I just say the front staff at this shop are amazing. The new manager Sal is a very charismatic salesman and seems knowledgeable about tires. He helped me decide between 3 different options and even applied a promotion to the final sale. Great shop.

While I didn't get the exact tires I wanted, Saul helped me find very good ones and tried his best to get the ones I requested (the website said 4 were in stock, but he could only locate 3.) The tires I purchased were really smooth on my ride home and very quiet, so I think they are great.

The only wheel works location I go to! The staff is incredibly transparent about pricing and wait times. I came in after seeing my car had a flat. They let me know right away if it would be a quick repair or a replacement. Super easy to come as a walk in and get serviced. The staff always makes it easy to understand exactly what’s going on with my vehicle.

I was greeted by Brandon & I explained the issue w/my tire. It was a situation that was unsafe to continue driving my car w/the condition of the tire. I had to pick up my granddaughter from school and Brandon did what he could to get me out w/in two hours. The waiting room was very clean & comfortable to relax in. My car had 2-new tires placed on it & also did the Lifetime Wheel Alignment. This particular Wheel Works has worked on my previous cars. I left there relieved the work was done under the time they estimated. I am very happy with their work.

The store manager and staffs are very professional and very helpful. My Honda Pilot break system issues got figured out and repaired efficiently. Also, the discount due to promotion was processed very smoothly. I am so happy with the services.

Great place to fix an A/C, got a nice, knowledgable technician! Price is pretty high, but look for online coupons, they are really good to honor those. Front office is fair but no smiles or kindness. Cons: #1 - You need to ask a lot of questions to know what is going on. #2 - No seat protector ... Do make sure that you ask for one if you have a cloth/textile seat. Would recommend them though!

This review is specially of your service advisor Michael. Michael is one of those rare people that gives you hope in the goodness of others again. He’s one of those people that is trustworthy and honest, which is a very rare thing when it comes to mechanics and vehicle repairs. All of my family’s vehicles have been serviced by him and he has always been fair and honest and reasonable. He will tell us when a “recommended repair” is not necessary and when something is. My family members have all mentioned to each other how every encounter with Michael has been exceptional. He is so exceptional that we have followed him from business to business. We are not loyal customers to any of the companies he works at, we are loyal to him specifically. Yes, he’s THAT good. Michael, you are a honest, reliable, and an overall excellent person. You treat people like family and it shows. Keep doing what you’re doing because it’s refreshing and it stands out. Thank you for all you do. You’re appreciated and I hope your employers recognize it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Service! I had such a fantastic experience at Wheel Works that I had to share! Yesterday, I stopped by because I needed help pumping my tires. Michael, without hesitation, stopped what he was doing and came over to assist me right away. He was incredibly kind and helpful, and when I tried to tip him, he refused, saying he genuinely enjoys helping people and encouraged me to come back when I needed an oil change. As it turns out, I did need an oil change, so I decided to do a little price comparison. Jiffy Lube quoted $169.99, Oil Changers was $147, and Wheel Works? Just $121! Not only did they have the best price, but they took me in immediately. No appointment, no wait. The entire process took just 30 minutes and every single person I interacted with was friendly and professional. I haven’t been to other locations, but I can confidently say this one is top-tier. Incredible service, unbeatable prices, and a genuine commitment to helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
