Richard and Teri were so kind to me when my Volvo was towed after an accident. They took off my vanity license plates and saved them for me. They also gave me great advice about having my car totaled. They are the best!

I was heading to Pismo beach ohv state beach with my 2 sons and a friend of theirs. Had a blow out 2 miles from the beach. Called Central Coast Towing. The owner and his sons showed up and were helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Saw the suspension on n't 5th wheel was broken and cracked in several places. He said he had a welder at their shop. long story short, He let me use his equipment, scrap metal and shop. With the boys I had with me, we fixed it in 2 hours. I told the owner that I had 100 cash and would pay the rest with my debit card. He said the cash was enough. I can't say enough good things about them.
I actually keep their business card in my wallet at all times. Why? Because they are honest, prompt, friendly and very very good at what they do. I love it's a small family-owned business. They go the extra mile (oops, no pun intended) and treat their customers really well.
Locked out of my car on a Saturday. I have a car from 2013 so they dont make it easy to get into. They came at 8:30 pm and it was only 50 bucks. Not bad for a weekend
