Terrible experience every time I go here, if you want to see for yourself you have been warned lol

They have excellent customer service

Every time we go we are greeted and they bring us bins of needed more and friendly always. I live across town and will always come to this place.

I have been there twice in the last month, both times they brought the baskets to my car and when I had filled them, they came right over to help wheel the baskets over to the scale. They even asked me how my day was going!

I usually go to Go Green recycling but they be closing early. I haven’t been here in a while but it’s more organized parking lot was clean the workers were helpful. I don’t know the guy name or if he went towards the back but I would have given him a tip. (FYI) There was a guy he wasn’t Mexican he was a different nationality but anyways he didn’t have a (CA Id ) he had like a green card they wouldn’t let him collect his money he was asking around for help. Til someone step in volunteer to use their CA id help them collect their money.

They give 2 dollar bills and 50 cent pieces in their change. I find it adorable. Also their prices seem fair. Employees are nice. Also today I learned they keep wet wipes up front, which I just thought is nice to know and you may appreciate to know

Well when it comes to bringing down your recyclables to be recycled Stockton recycling handles the job pretty fast, they have many helpful employees that may help with the plastic bottles or can transfer from your container to theirs they guide you into their parking lots into safely parking they dont give change or break any money for smaller amounts they pay what you're owed and thats fair. Dont ask them to break a bill they wont do it. They do offer sanitizing wipes or hand wipes after they pay you to clean your hands.

They used to be good . Now they regulate everything . If you give someone a ride to turn there cans in as you turn yours in it's a problem . They add your cans together or refuse service. 1 boy goes around harassing everyone as he goes through there cans writing down license plate numbers smh this place is trash they act like there collecting gold.

Staff is very helpful - I always enjoy interacting with those out in the yard as well as those in the office

Got here @ 4:12 PM right before closing. Best time to come last 30 mins before closing not many ppl always quick

I’ve been coming to this place for over 20 years to recycle, (no issues) but today I was met with terrible management and leadership team . Lead Faustino was arrogant and wasted mine and other customer's time . He made a comment about how he’s been incarcerated and that laws are put in place for a reason . Which proved no point and still lacked proper understanding of the California recycling laws . The only reason this didn’t get a 1 star is because a couple employees actually understood the issue and apologized for the inconvenience and poor leadership and helped as much they could .

The parking area is quite big and the worker are nice and helpful. You have to separatr between cans, bottle and plastic. The water bottle has to be emptied, if not they will throw it. It's quite fun. The place open 7 days a week.

They where alot of help when I got there they bring you the cans to put your Recycles in you don't have to walk and get them when you get there they where grate

You will need to back in from the street unto the scale for empty weight, they will ground guide you. A loader will tell to back up a little more while you are on the scale. He will move a docking ramp up to the trailer while you are still on the scale. Pick up #s start with 012

Exceptional Customer Service! I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Josue (team lead I believe he said?) at Stockton Recycling, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! Josue went above and beyond to ensure that all my recycling needs were met efficiently and effectively. From the moment I walked in, Josue and his team greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. They patiently guided us through the recycling process, helping us sort our materials and explaining the best practices for recycling various items. Their knowledge and passion for sustainability were evident, and they took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. What truly stood out was Josue’s willingness to go the extra mile. It was my family’s first time here and he made sure we were well taken care of. We did not know there was a weight limit and that the bottles needed to have labels on them. He brought over his team and helped us sorted through our baskets of bottles/ cans in the scorching hot sun. Without them, we would’ve been there for hours! Him and his team’s dedication to excellent customer service made my visit incredibly smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Stockton Recycling, and a special thanks to Josue for making my experience exceptional. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Thank you!

It’s a recycling center in California, if you’ve been to a California recycling center before then it is the usual affair. Load your recyclables into bins on wheels, wheel over your separated goods and wait in line, attendant weighs your haul and hands you the tallies on a slip, take your slip to the counter and get your money. Simple process that we all know and love. If you’ve never been to a California recycling center… You probably are from another country or make enough money to not be bothered to recycle in this manner but that’s totally fine! This place sets itself apart from other facilities in that there are plenty of kind people working there that make the process as smooth as it can be. I drove in and parked my car and after opening my trunk I turned around and unexpectedly saw that two bins had been brought to me by the workers. I say unexpectedly because anywhere else they make you go get them. These were huge bins on wheels to which is a plus for efficiency! They also have three weigh stations! Makes the operation so much more efficient than all the other facilities I’ve been to around town. This place is legit. If you’ve recycling to cash in just go here and be done with it. I came here when I was a kid and it was not this good. Glad to see they’ve changed for the better!

Very helpful and great prices. 1-14-2023 they have started helping with parking,getting baskets,helping take baskets up for you, and they help with directing traffic so you can leave safely. I find it helpful, especially when it's busy. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Very helpful staff, convenient containers that can hold large amounts of cans etc. Once onsite. I went over the limit (Saved cans for a bit too long this time) and unfortunately had to re-load it all into my car, but the staff on duty helped me re-bag it. If you have over 100lbs of pure cans or pure plastic, they unfortunately have to reject all of it and you will need to take it off the property and return later with under the limit. I missed this detail in my hurry to unload the car, unfortunately. Overall, best recycling experience I've had, and we've been going here for years.

Great staff and good prices. We have been there many times and have always been satisfied. They have 100 lbs limit on aluminum cans. You should also separate your different colored glass.

Very organized there were people helping in the parking lot to park cars and helping get baskets to cars to getting in line. That is the fastest and best experience. We were in and out in less than 15 min. Very impressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My mom has been coming here for years and they always seem to treat her well and give her a hand when she needs it. Mostly she just recycles cans and plastic bottles. They always seem nice and there's usually people around who can help you out if you need it. Also they always seem to be open when my mom wants to go so that's a plus. All you do is drive in, grab a couple of rolling containers and separate your recyclables by cans, plastics and glass by color(those go in the plastic heavy duty tubs with no holes) and then wait in line to get them weighed. The guy weighing your stuff will check to make sure everything is sorted well and then give you a ticket explaining what's on it. Then you go to the window and cash out! It's that simple to recycle stuff. Glad to see so many people out there making the world a better place one can at a time! Keep up the great work and if there's one thing I would change, is I would update the place with a little paint. It's definitely showing its years of service to the community! :D

Just went to take some cans in and the guys there are super nice and helpful if I could give it more stars I would the guy that was walking around the parking lot giving everybody a hand was cool and helpful the rest of the crew including the young lady at the window was very polite. Good to see this place has good customer service I'll always use this place

I live on the North side of Stockton now, and I still take the 15-20 minute drive to this place because out of ALL the other places I've tried they seem to be one of the only places that calibrates their scales right. Can get VERY busy at times, but they usually have 2 scales going with 4 or 5 worker's to make things go pretty smoothly. I usually Google before I drive there by checking the busy chart that they have when you look the company up... which most of the time is pretty accurate. In my opinion you can't go wrong going here.

Been going here for the past 8 years that I've lived in Stockton. Even though it can be busy (the sign of a good business!) the staff works quickly and gets everybody processed fast! I've never had an issue and I always seem to leave with more money than I expected!

The staff was very kind efficient and quick. I am a week away from my due date needless to say very pregnant and I didn't expect any kind of special treatment at all and they went out of their way to help me. I am very appreciative and very pleased with their customer service and efficiency I would recommend anybody go there
