Giovanni you gotta do better mess a customer around because of laziness then turnaround and lie and they can see your lying . Most people don't mind mistakes but that was ridiculous
I had an incredible experience today, thanks to DJ, a new employee. He went above and beyond by installing an alternator on my Jeep. His knowledge and professionalism were remarkable, and after our conversation his help meant more to me than just fixing my car trouble. Today I went to O’reillys here in Escalon and was swiftly assisted by Lillian, she quickly found the oil and oil filter needed for my Dodge. Awesome service every time! Recently my catalytic converter was stolen off of my ford excursion 04 (they also sliced my transmission line in the process) so I decided after finishing the oil change that I’d jump under the truck and get to work. Tyler perfectly identified which line it was (there are 2). I needed the one that runs to the radiator and he knew that. I appreciate the culture that has continued here at the Escalon location and I will always come here for all my automotive needs.
Gentlemen inside with glasses was awesome. Helped me rent a torsion wrench I needed and coached me how to use/store it. First time replacing a strut assembly and they made it easy. Idk what else to say except if you need car advice or just parts or tools go here. Might just be escalon but everybody seems so dang nice

This morning my mom took a trip to get a few things for her car but didn’t know where in town to go to get the things put on . Well while in the store talking to Chris he told her he’ll put the new post on her car . You talk about good customer service , everyone was friendly and very informative has a lot of knowledge about cars in car parts, I thank him for His time and for being so kind to us … thank you Christopher
I had taken my pick up to the Escalon location to purchase some new wiper blades. Christopher stepped, up by looking up the correct blades and taking me to where they were located. I was asked what brand that I preferred and I purchased them. After paying for them, he proceeded to pick them up and headed outside to install them for me. This was very helpful as I was hurrying to another task that needed to be done. Thank you to Christopher and his staff for a job well done! 5 STARS to this team.
Tried to return a jack stand that had only been used one time and broke was brand new very disappointed with the store probably will not go back even though there in my hometown
Awesome store very helpful. The Manager actually under my truck making sure that I was ordering the right part. The people in this store generally care about people. Doesn’t get any better than that. You might have to wait at the counter for help but when it’s your turn they are patient and take there time serving and answering questions. I drive from Oakdale to Escalon just because I like this Store.
As for Will Turners negative review down below. He’s a Christian by the reviews he’s posted about others I wonder and pray for Mr Turner
Christopher is the best..replaced my headlight helped me gets the parts I needed and filled my fluids. I wanted to tip him he declined. You are very lucky to have him as an employee. 5 Stars
Not too much help with the guys that work there and then here comes their female employee who came up and was extremely helpful and polite. I wish I got her name. Jenn maybe? You rocked girl! Best customer service ever..knew her stuff!
I am genuinely grateful for the staff at this store. They are very knowledgeable and I have been able to find or order regular maintenance and specialty items for my Toyota Tundra, that my husband left to me when he passed. They know that I am a recent widow and they go out of their way to make sure that I have everything I need for the task that I have at hand! The store manager even came out to help me check the fluids on my truck! Thank you so much!
Excellent service! My friend and I were having horrible problems going place to place to get a new battery for her car and someone to change it for us. Luckily , Chris the manager came to our rescue! He had no problem changing out it. As well was he extremely helpful, and very kind. Thanks again.
Excellent customer service! Thank you Daniel for your help with my battery. It took literally 10 mins to replace the battery. These people made my day! Highly recommend this place!
I am so happy I went to O'Reilly for a battery the Asst. Manager Abel helped me above and beyond, put the battery in and check to make sure it wasn't the alternator and made sure everything is running right, what a wonderful person he is, I'm grateful
The people (Calista & Victor) working at this store, went the extra mile. I was on my way with my wife on a camping trip (about 100 miles from home). The car started running rough. Had my odb2 instrument in the car (thank the Lord) and pulled a P0302 code. #2 cylinder mis-firing. Went to the store started with the spark plug, ran better but still wasn't fixed. O'Reilly's had my ignition coil. Bought it and got the car back to 100%. All this time Calista and Victor allowed me to use some hand tools I didn't have. Thank you Calista and Victor for everything I needed, you helped make our trip happen.
Calista is the nicest person who works here. She is so kind and considerate. She really makes me feel welcome and is so helpful. She makes sure all my car needs are met. Thank you so much.
Victor is an idiot. How can you hire a guy in a USA auto parts store when he cant hardly speak English and cant tell the difference between a spark plug and a carburetor. Everytime I order parts from him their either completely wrong or he never even ordered them. Multiple people in the town of escalon can even back me up on this. It's gotten to the point where I call in and he answers I hang up and call back hoping for someone else to answer. It's gotten to the point where when I go in and need to order or pick up parts but his cash register is they only one that's open while other customers are checking out with other employees, I will go and act like I'm looking for parts on the shelf, until another cash register opens up, just so I dont have to deal with the idiot. #fireVictorhireaBob
Went in to buy two HID headlights with capacitors, a oil change kit, and windshield washer fluid for my Z but was told by some chick I couldn't use the restroom, that I've used several times already, because management doesn't allow it anymore. Let's just say they lost at least $300 because I'm going to drive to riverbank to take care of it. ?
every time I've gone into this part store no matter what I'm there for they have always had it in stock. there prices are fare. good organization of products
