I ordered a brake booster Friday morning to be picked up at my local store. It said it would be available for pick up that same day, by the end of the business day. I never received notification it was in to be picked up. I wanted to complete the job over the weekend. I called Sunday afternoon to check on my part and they said it was there and ready for pick up. No notification it had arrived. My only beef, everything else was satisfactory.

So slow, & no one knows what they're doing. 30 mins to help 1 customer find something. Another one of the employees refused to help the guy in front of me in line to find a LUGNUT. A LUGNUT. He didn't want to go look, & told him to go to carquest "because I'm not good with finding stuff", he said. lmao.

Will never come back here again terrible people no help Asked for oil filter was told don't have them because we keep them for commercial accounts only, napa is on the way out of business so don't do business with this company.

Was looking for an odd air tubing truck fitting nobody had one. He called me back within 20 minutes and said he found one maybe a misunderstanding on what I was looking for but he didn’t give up looking., found what I needed.

Poor parking, why did they move to a worse location? Don't have half the iventory as the old store, no propane, no oil recycling, why bother going.
