I encountered two gentlemen at this place and I am very satisfied with my experience because although it was late in the day on Saturday compared to usual schedule which they usually are open till later on the weekdays m-f but they looked busy yet still they acknowledged me quickly and respectfully. After they searched the parts I needed they had several different options but unfortunately they did have specifically what I needed but they helped me find another place actually and pointed me in the right direction.

I went there to purchase a rim for my wife's 2017 Genesis g80 they quoted me 180 over the phone and when I got there I waited for over 45 minutes for someone to even help me and then the guy shows me the picture on the computer and it is totally scratched up with deep gouges on the rim. I asked to see it in person and he says yeah he'll have a guy going and get it another 25 minutes went by and no nobody so I decided not to waste my time or money here. This isn't a business when you start dealing with second-hand parts at junkyards there is no such thing as customer service and I don't regret for a minute leaving since there was no one there anyways. This is certainly not a place you'd want your wife to go to.
I came here several weeks ago to purchase a strut for a vehicle. He sold be a worn out bent strut from a taxi vehicle. After I struggled installing, it started making noises. My fault for listening to his word. Secondly I tried to buy a battery. Told me it had 47k miles. I seen them pulling it off of a retired taxi vehicle again!!! I said no and now I’m warning the general public.
Poor service, the guy infront will cuss at you like if you were buds, not reliable on getting your parts. Won't let you finish when you try to ask for a part. If I could I would give zero rating
