Beware!
Was sold an ABS module for a 2013 Chrysler 200. Although my employee insisted that it was an Avenger and it wouldn’t be compatible. The sales associate insisted that it would fit. Another 20 minute drive later, it sure as heck was the wrong module. When he attempted to return it, they insisted a 20 percent charge as restocking. Then tried to get another check before returning the original. Obviously he wasn’t sent with another check. Finally they refunded 80 dollars. So now I’m out two hours of labor, and 20 bucks! Never again!
Poor Customer service, called about a part listed online car-part.com and he said he wont sell it must go complete, they why did you list it separate?? I tried asking another question and he was busy talking to someone else then just hung up. This place sucks dont recommend them to anyone!
this place has the worst employer and employees i have ever met in my life so rude and all they do is say bad words and figth all the time i was there for like 5 minutes and no one even sed high or can we help you never coming back there worst place ever.

I paid them to change the engine of my 2011 Toyota Prius. They changed it and gave me a 3-month warranty. After two weeks, the engine started having problems. I told them that the engine had a problem and that I needed to change it. They charged me $600 to put another engine in for me. I told them to give me the engine and that I would put it somewhere else. They accepted it and said that they would send the engine to me. Three days passed and they didn't send the engine. I called them to find out what happened.
They told me that the engine was ready and that I could come and pick it up tomorrow morning. When I went to pick it up, the engine wasn't ready. They treated me badly. They said that I was wasting my time. I came here early.
Scam alarm
They want you to paid first then give you a bad part. Then they say oh once you paid we don’t accept returns. VERY SHADY. The own with glasses has no manners.
Don’t go there. I called them for parts and agreed on a price and when you go there, they increase the price because you’re there and you have no other choices.
Poor customer service over the phone. The person on the other line had little interest to help and immediately hung up after telling me they didn’t have the part I was looking for (without asking if there was any other part I might need).
Called ahead and I was told they had a left headlight for a 2016 Hyundia Elantra in stock for $200, I told them I was driving over 35 miles to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was told they didn't have it. I complained that I called ahead, what happened to the light I was told they did have this morning? Dude sends a worker to a yard next door and he comes back and says, "not there." Then the owner pulls the headlight out from inside his office, all scratched and foggy looking lense. He says, I can sell you this one, and for $30 more I will polish it up "Good as New." He takes it outside and starts to sand and polish it, but it still looked scratched up. I asked him, so I drove from Oceanside to Chula Vista for nothing?? He ignored me, and sat down with another worker and started to eat their In & Out Burgers that were just delivered !!
Run away from this place, the most rude and worthless people!
I have bought plenty of used parts from wrecking yards in the last 50 years, I know what can go wrong or right, These guys made no effort to do anything helpful. Total waste of time !!

Disrespectful! A friend of mine tried to buy a car from there but the car didn't pass the smog test since the Cadillac Converter is not original. She tried to return the car but he got upset, through the money to her, called her names, and spitted on her

was my worst experience ever,1st we agree on the price then when i arrived,atheer(owner)just start to remove parts from the door assuming we dont agree about it!! by the way i got the part in full price no any lowered price on it,and by the way my merchandise was about $1000 !!!just the worse experience
Person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Thinking they accidentally hung up on me so I called back and was left on hold going on 5 mins. Very unprofessional!
These people are Impossible to work with. Stay away! Their story is never the same. You call in to order a part. Te first time you call, they can't deliver, the next time they say they will, but they don't take credit card. Next they will take credit card, but only in person. Finally , they raise the price by $100 when you say you are not giving them the old part(which was never part of the original agreement). I hate this company with the fire of a thousand suns. I literally downloaded the google app just to write this review.
