We were treated well from our first visit when we checked to see if there was a replacement engine for our 2015 Honda. We purchased the engine dropped off our vehicle on Tuesday afternoon and picked it up on Thursday. Less than 2 days to complete the repair. I was very reluctant to do an engine swap. But Montoya came highly recommended from a reliable source. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Robert and his sons are extremely competent and thorough. So I’m pretty dissatisfied here, I don’t normally leave reviews but I think it’s important for people to know. I bought a blower motor for my car from Montoya’s and I drove 50 miles plus to pick it up, then when I got home it didn’t work. The guy said it had a 10 day warranty when I purchased the part. I finally have a day I can get down there to return and then I’m told it’s only a 7 day warranty and I’m out of luck. So not only did the part not work, I’m out the time and gas money. Very disappointed here, so if you use these guys be aware of their loose warranty.

went to montoya’s to pick up an oem spoiler. their policy is to pay first and then they will go pull it off of the car. they told me it would be a 20 min wait so i left and came back 2 hours later and then they said it would be another 10 minutes. 20 minutes later i got the part back and it had broken from when they were pulling it off.

Very nice owners, great service and competitive pricing. They deffinetly beat the competition. They might not always meet the deadline date, but be patient, understand that things happen that can change someone's entire schedule. My stuff was late a few days, no big deal. Worth the discount. If you are a knitpicker or complainer don't bother coming here. I personally would recommend them for my parts and service.

Scam artist, they don't keep their word and try to sell you parts that don't work, they said they would load the engine with equipment, nope they tried to load it by hand with 3 guys and scratched my brand new truck. Terrible place to do business. The so called owner doesn't care and orchestrates the team of cons.

Super funny and kind owner, they get right to the point and help you out with all mechanical necessities, have lots of helpful parts available and information and knowledge regarding all types of vehicles, and definitely nice staff. 5/10/19 Brought in my car to get the motor swapped on april 13th and got a guarantee of 10 days and it'd be done. Another problem was encountered with the wiring harness so that 10 days turned into a little longer but I wasn't mad because from personal experience with cars you never know what else is wrong when you go to fix something else. I would call respectfully at the beginning/end of the week to check in on how my car was doing just because I didn't want to be a bother but Robert from Montoya's auto wrecking would tell me different days my car would be ready to pick up and I would go to call on those days and the pick up date kept getting pushed back. It's been 21+ days nearly a month that I haven't gotten my car or a date to pick it up. Haven't gotten mad or anything but I am getting tired of waiting. If you need a couple parts then maybe this is the place to go but for any car work I'd take your car somewhere else. Ill update this if i ever get my car back. 5/13/19 Update got my car back a month later after a "10 day guarantee". Initially I was supposed to pay the rest of the 1200 since i paid 700 already but then I needed a new radiator so Instead of paying 500 i got charged 741 for the other half and Robert refused to take credit card. Upon receiving my car back there were parts that were not installed that were written on the invoice to be installed. So not only did I get charged an extra 24, some of the parts weren't installed. Ill get around to posting pictures of the receipt and with the parts next to it. Robert of Montoya's auto wrecking also said that he ordered a new wiring harness for my car but it was the same one i had with the car. In conclusion, DO NOT GO HERE unless you're sourcing parts for your car.

Terrible customer service, they agreed to deliver an ac compressor and it sat for a month, when I was finally able to pick it up I experienced transmission failure, after I repaired the transmission, I attempted to have the ac repaired and it was the wrong compressor, when I called the shop they advised I had a 10 day warranty, I explained that it’s the wrong part and my car was in the shop for a month getting the transmission rebuilt, they asked why they transmission shop could not check if it was the correct compressor!🤦🏼‍♂️ Needs less to say, I had a horrible experience with these people.
