They didnt have what Ihad called about but the person who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and recommended a place i could go for what I was looking for.
They close at 5:00pm. I called at 5:03 pm today, August 3rd, 2017. Spoke with a man. I briefly explained that I wanted to sell my 2000 Mercedes-Benz E320 for parts and he said, "I'm not buying cars anymore, call back tomorrow and ask for Nicky." and hung up on me.
Not professional at all! I called them twice. The first time I was on hold for 20 minutes, and the second time I called I was on hold for a few, but there was no music playing and I can clearly hear the guys in the background joking and swearing. They wont take you serious, and had an attitude with me the WHOLE time! I highly DO NOT recommend a business that operates in this fashion. They seem shady, and don't like people.
Nicky has always been very helpful in finding otherwise obsolete parts or giving us advise. She is a wealth of knowledge for all Mercedes parts new or old and is great to work with. Trolley is always our first phone call when looking for hard to find parts. We highly recommend them.
