I was put on hold multiple times and they hung up on me 5 times. They put me on hold for 15 minutes, transfer me, and eventually hang up. Terrible customer service!
Horrible customer service. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes, then when someone finally answered they were clearly not listening and got the completely wrong vehicle information- I had to repeat my year make and model 5 times, then same situation for the part- fuel filler neck. I dont think she knew what the part was, or ever made sure she understood what I was looking for as she said "we dont sell small parts"... a fuel filler neck is not a small part at all... she was clearly just trying to end the call instead of understanding what part I was looking for. Very frustrating. If you don't know what Im looking for, ask for help don't patronize me and say you don't have it.
Compre una transmisión para mi carro y venía dañada, no responden llamadas y tampoco los mensajes que les he mandado. Definitivamente no recomiendo que vayan a ese lugar, pésimo servicio.
Las garantías están algo confusa yo no recomiendo comprar algunas cosas usadas luego lar regresas y te salen que de allí salieron bien pero las partes no te duran los 30 días de garantía i te salen con un royo para no devolver el dinero o otra parte i tiene un millón de escusas y no les ganas como ya tienen el dinero ya no te valoran como cliente que mal que sean así mejor compren en internet sale el mismo precio o asta más barato y nuevo
