There are lots of auto parts stores. But this one has Valvoline Oil for my cars.

AutoZone staff are amazing. They have consistently been welcoming and helpful in finding the right part or product. They go out of their way every visit. I realized that I like them more than O’Reillys because I actually had a discount accumulated on my phone number where when I’m at O’Reillys, they always tell me oh we emailed you a five dollar Coupon but I never get it. This last visit I received a surprisingly wonderful discount I always remember that when O’Reillys doesn’t have it I go to AutoZone and they do have it so I just stopped going to O’Reillys and I’d go to AutoZone first now I got spark plugs to do my first spark plug tuneup on my Toyota tundra

Went for a battery and other items i needed. Evin answered all my questions efficiently and was on it. Great and friendly. Props to his service.

Best Auto Zone! David D helped us with our truck and he was great with customer service. Awesome guy!...(pssst, hey corporate give this guy a raise! He's qualified)

Needed batteries replaced. Very helpful staff, took care of everything and replaced them in the vehicle. Very nice guy doing install and did a great job.

BAD SERVICE NO ONE AT THE REGISTER EMPLOYEE TAKING ABOUT SOMETHING OTHER THEN WORK I NEEDED HELP PUTTING OIL IN MY CAR I WASN'T ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP BUT THE EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING ANOTHER FEMALE PUTTING HER OIL I WAS STILL STRUGGLING AND EMPLOYEE JUST WALKED PASSED ME SHAME ON YOU AUTOZONE YUCAIPA

Went to Auto Zone to have my battery and alternator tested. It took less than 5 minutes to find out they were working fine. Doesn't cost anything but a couple of minutes of your time.

Great customer service here at the auto zone Yucaipa , Todd really went above and beyond such a sweet soul with such great customer service him and another gentleman I didn’t catch his name but they helped my son with his battery with a smile on their faces very thankful 🤗😇l a little goes a long way thank you 🙏 🙌🏼

An employee named Todd provided the best customer service ever! First he made sure I had the correct windshield wipers and then he installed them for me. I never would have been able to do it myself because the old blades were really stuck on hard. So thankful for his help! It was my first visit to Auto Zone but with customer service like that, it won’t be my last.

Brian is never helpfull and rude.I tell everyone not to buy at autozone. Brian does not know how to do a tool return or anything else. Always problems when Brian is at store. Beaumont and yucaipa are so much better. O reily has competent staff and better parts.

I’m sorry But someone needs to get rid of that UGLY GUY Rafa. He is so disrespectful that he wouldn’t sale oil to a customer cause he has a problem with my husband & tells the customer NO he’s not going to sale to him for that reason. He is so unprofessional why would anyone want some one like him working for there company… That’s is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AUTOZONE. He also always tell his employees to don’t deliver to us too what an unprofessional person who is miserable in his own life he should stay him with that attitude…. HE SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER!!!! Managers don’t act like that!!! Yucaipa autozone they have a commercial manager in there that has the worst customer service ever horrible person to be working in a place like this. I have worked customer service for over 15 years & you DO NOT TREAT people how he does & his name is Rafa. He’s always being an @$$ !!! Bought gold battery 2019 expecting longer life for the higher priced cost for the battery. This is how counter guy handles the situation he looked at my battery without a test tells me I need new battery with out a testing.l ask him to test he refused and said it would blow up their tester. I am a journeyman Mechanic and know when somebody is to lazy to work but yet tries to up sale me before tested. Shame I took over to competition charged up fine and is holding charge. I have been customer of this store for over 15yrs never have seen this guy on counter before. Shame they wont stand behind gold line or help service it. Will be taking my battery business elsewhere.

Next time let’s not block the exits tall blonde associate with an attitude who supposedly runs the show and also drives between customer cars that are parked in a idc fashion.

Nice to her, has most things you need, but the staff all act like they hate their job / life/ day, intend to talk down to you when answering a question, especially the employees that have been there the longest. They act like a college teacher with tenure. Would recommend O'Reilly's over this place if you can.

I am disgusted by the treatment in this store. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase some rotors and brake pads for my bmw and we were given the wrong rotors which is understandable, mistakes happen. What was upsetting was the experience we had returning them. The man who rang us up was very kind and helpful which is the sole reason I am giving one star. After returning the rotors my boyfriend was browsing for tools and such and a small man came up to us and said someone had said that my boyfriend tucked something into his pants. After my boyfriend emptied his pockets and showed him that he clearly wasn't a thief the little man just walked away. This situation definitely warranted an apology. Apart from that when we were leaving the store manager with red hair was smirking at us and consulting with the little man that had come up to us.

Got an inexpensive headlight bulb from AutoZone and if able, they offer someone who can replace it (at no extra charge). Location & person I saw (Scott) was superb! He went above and beyond to help and made sure it worked.

Dario customer service is incredibly horrible and he is rude! I do not recommend! He needs to take a lesson on how to not be a rude! I don’t see why you would want to work at a parts store and not want to actually help or sell to customers I don’t know if you were just having a bad day but damn dude leave that stuff at home

Quick in and out for auto parts. they offer military discounts.. just show them your VA Card or Active Duty ID

The sales representative Neil an older gentleman with a beard help me out immensely. I had an issue with my brake light staying on and he seemed to have the right answer. It just required replacing the brake sensor ,a $9 part after taxes. Definitely going back there again

The people here are always friendly and helpful and i almost always find what i need! Parts for my car are not always easily found but for some reason i never have a problem here! I also like how they always remember to tell you about the deals if you are buying something that there might be a better deal if you buy 2 or a different size!

My husband loves shopping here of course for me it's like let's hurry and get out but we usually don't the employee are nice although sometimes they give my husband a hard time usually about some pricing and warranty but for the most part they are helpful and we get whatever it is that we went there for so I don't know why they upset him so let hope that changes since we brought it up to their attention.

I always shop Auto Zone for my vehicle needs. The one issue that concerns me is that the parts manager explained to me that the employees have to answer the phones. This is understandable however when people have been waiting in line for awhile and the person on the phone gets the service first while price shopping over a paying customer. Well I just can't see this as a good business model. Please place on hold or use some type of call back system when the counter is busy.

Typical auto parts chain store. It is clean, well lit and has plenty of parking. The employees are usually nice and attempt to be helpful. If you know what you need call ahead to make sure it's in stock. Be sure to have your vehicle information ready when you do. The employees have to look up every part by vehicle on the computer. If you just tell them you need a cap and rotor for a Chevy 350 they will be lost. If you can, it is advisable to bring in your old part to compare it to the part they aretrying to sell you. Many times I have had them try to sell me the wrong part. As helpful as the employees try to be I would not recommend asking for any mechanical advice. They are not mechanics or they wouldn't be working in a parts store. 11-17-17: If you can wait I would not buy any part from this chain ever again. They just told me it cost $90 for an ignition coil. The same coil on amazon is $15. That's plain robbery. I'm not paying a 500% markup on anything.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always get you what you need and on your way. Been coming here for 5+ years, and have seen some staff changes, but have never had any other experience. Love it here!

I always get great customer service here. It sucks when you have to fix stuff on your car, but the staff here are always helpful, and it makes car repairs somewhat enjoyable. Because of how helpful and courteous they are, I don't go anywhere else for parts.
