I went in to get my oil changed and the older white man that's very shaky was rude and unhelpful his tone was very disrespectful he needs to learn customer service or how to treat people.
I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts in Yucaipa today and the service was amazing! David helped me and even helped put in my new battery for me. As a non-mechanic female/mom, it helped so much to have someone help me when I was in such a stressful moment and needing to go get my kids from school and also work go to work. I will always come here for anything I need. True customer care and such a gentleman. You have my business forever. Thank you again.
This whole crew deserves a five star, because they go above and beyond the call of duty to help you and educate you. Not to mention, they always have education on the warranties, which have been outstanding for me one competitor gave me a one year warranty when O’Reillys gave me a lifetime warranty

The people here were absolutely awesome! So helpful! I went in with a dead battery and they helped me get a new one and even discovered my old one was still under warranty even though I didn’t know it was. I definitely will be going back for any future car needs.
David was so very helpful. He made sure I got what I needed and didn't hesitate! Vince was also very friendly. They both made me fel like the good ol days when Customer Service was prioriry! I was hesitant to go in after an issue my son had with the manager Tami not resolving a problem. But these 2 guys made it worth it!
Good prices and helpful customer service. They had good deals on windshield wipers and were kind enough to put them on for me. I will definitely return here for any future needs and will definitely not go to autozone.
Very helpful have things that are hard to find. However, their employees always act depressed almost bummed out. Never smile none of them. Maybe they are not getting paid enough.

A friend had me switch from AutoZone to O'Reilly's and that's the best move I made. A tad bit more pricier, but their customer service makes it well worth it.

Had issues with the online ordering process. Went into the store to get info. STEVEN greeted me at the counter, was extremely polite and eased my stress induced by the online miscommunication. Not thrilled about some of their policies. I spoke with one of their "parts pros" and was told the part I needed was a special order and that it would be an extra $9.00 for shipping and it's still gonna take 5 days. This is for ab engine coolant temperature sensor... Maybe 2oz in weight..... The part arrives.... Wrong part... I in turn have to school them with the rite part number that I needed to look up on line.. They had the part in stock and still charged me $9.00 MORE! No refund for shipping nothing.. Their mistake but I gotta pay for it... I will not be returning.

Needed to fix the TOTALLY MESSEDBUP WIRING on the left front headlight(High Beam had 7[SEVEN] CRIMPS AND WIRE SPLICES IN THAT WIRE...NO WIRE FOR LOW BEAM...OREILLY HAD A NEW PIG TAIL FOR LESS THAN $7.00 W/TAX AND OUT THE DOOR...IT FIXED PRETTY EASY AND THEN...PLUGGED IN VERY RIGHT N TIGHT...WHOOOHOOO!!! 9004 WORKS NOW...HIGH AND LOW CORRECTLY!!!
Not sure where this place gets 4.5 stars. They can't even stay open the times they say. Says they close at 7:30p showed up at 7:20p and already closed and locked.The older man and young girl in there just pretended like they didn't see me. Completely unprofessional.
Friendly knowledgeable staff everything you would expect from an auto parts store was even able to order parts for my motorcycle which made this place especially great
Big thanks to the employees there.. my check engine light was on I first went to there competitor who told me that nothing was wrong with the car. He could not understand why my check engine light was on...
No sign of a smile or human decency, let alone customer service. Don't expect any quality experience here. I never write reviews, but that's how awful my experience was.
