Worst company ever , I heard they have a bad reputation but now I know for sure!!! Never will I use this company.... they are terrible.... over priced and the manager is a total jerk .... the dispatchers are rude as well ....use aguiars or another tow company in the high desert. these people charge a ridiculous amount .. !!!! Or CNA towing is also professional and they don't try to rip you off !!!!

After I called, AAA was at my place 10 minutes later, immediately found an issue with my flat tire, replaced my flat tire with a spare and reminded me to drive at less than 50 miles per hour to stay safe. Very efficient

Driver arrived to tow my vehicle (J.P.). He was pleasant and professional. Would use again.

Tyler called me for specific location as i was not at an actual address. He arrived quickly got my spare tire full of air and on my car quickly. He made sure i knew not to drive long distance on the donut spare tire. His truck and equipment was well marked and clean. Tyler was so helpful, clean in appearance and no doubt he was with Air Expressway towing for AAA. He made a flat tire on the way to work a non-stressful even for me. Service was really good. Four stars for the wait time. Little over 2 hours But overall the tow driver was great and their office called twice to keep me informed. I would highly recommend

I have used Air expressway towing a few times and they have always been great. Fast response time and great technicians. Tonight was no exception to that but the driver was extremely courteous and helpful. Marion tried to start my car and when it didn't start ended up towing my car home. Great service. Thank you! You made a potentially stressful situation way easier to deal with. I appreciate you.

Old story: my car wouldn’t start referred to this service. They responded quickly: Insured I was in safe place: gave me a short response time, service personnel was polite, informed me of vehicle status, options for what was needed, got my car started. I would be hard pressed in finding a better service company in my area or ‘down the hill’. I would/will refer anyone, as well as friends an family in future. I thank them. Rose

Went through triple AAA driver named Edison showed up and was vey professional and kind and patient. He helped reassure us everything was ok. He was efficient and fast and knew what he was doing. Thank you so much!!!

3 visits thru AAA in the last week and a half. Not fault at all of Air Expressway. ALL their employees (Jose/Paul/Angel/Stephen) had exceptional customer service skills. And, were just outright kind and caring, which is hard to find, in our current cultural environment. They did go above and beyond to explain things to me. However, AAA needs to work on their customer service, and disclosing ALL the hoops one must jump thru, in order to get a AAA warrantied battery replaced. Was NOT easy bc of them. But Air Expressway completely took care of me. AAA you could take a few pointers from this excellent company, and it's employees!!

The service was great. They got to our car in a timely manner and was able to get us back on the road. It was much appreciated. The service technician was great to work with. It made a negative Situation much better. Thank you for good customer service.

They arrived quickly (or, he arrived quickly), and tested my battery and rather than another jump (this would be my 2nd jump), I purchased a new battery. It was replaced on the spot. He was so fast, so professional, and kind. I was frazzled but his calm friendly personality made me feel a lot less stressed out. I highly recommend! Thanks!!!

Paul was awesome. I was told it was a hour wait but he showed up in 20 minutes. Got my car started in less than 5 minutes and offered me a great deal on a new battery. Thank You for your service Youngman

Paul and Tyler were extremely helpful! My battery died and they helped service my car and give me all the info I needed on my old battery before I decided to purchase a new one. My battery died and they arrived at my home fairly quickly within 40 minutes. They checked the battery and alternator. Since I had purchased the battery this year,, it was replaced for free. I am very happy with the results. Thank you so much 😊

Tire blow out (side wall) on 15N just before Dale Evans Pkway 10/25/24. Driver was quick & professional. He had everything done-spare in about 10-15 mins. Very safe. The Air Expressway Towing service has made a complete change from years ago. Job well-done!!!

Big, huge, shout out to Joseph in there dispatch and Eric the driver. The employees here genuinely went above and beyond to help me in a rough situation. I made it off the freeway and they saved the day with there absolute willingness to go to extraordinary lengths in helping me. I appreciate them truly.

My husband and I started a trip out through the high desert on Friday, July 12, 2024. About 100 miles in our radiator gave out and we were stranded on a two lane highway in the middle of nowhere. I used my AAA and Air Expressway Towing came to our rescue. It took bout 1.5 hours to reach us in the middle of the hot desert but he was so pleasant and concerned for us we were just relieved to see him. He went above and beyond the call for a driver. He took us to a repair shop, waited for us and then before driving us to rent a car, he called them to make sure they had a car for us. The first one did not so he called a second. He had a soothing voice, kept up conversation during our drive and we were so happy to have had such a pleasant experience at a very stressful time. He was an excellent employee and a wonderful human being. If all your drivers are as nice as he was. You have yourself a pretty good crew. Thanks !

My service provider Joshua Joslen was extremely kind and compassionate. Kept me updated with ETA and also made sure before he left, my car turned on normal and was able to run. Joshua, reassured me that everything was going to be alright. It was very hot outside and he stated, for him and the company they do not like to leave people waiting for a long time because of how hot it is. Very efficient. Joshua also checked and verified who I was with my ID and AAA card which to me is important. I highly recommend them. Thank you again for all you do.
