My check engine light came on. I took my car to O'Reilly at 15350 Bear Valley road to see if they could diagnose. I was greeted by Gavin he helped me he was polite and professional and gave me the readout which sent me directly to Kia because it showed to replace the thermostat. Thank you Gavin.
I must say that the team out here are great. Im was just passing through and visiting from australia and Issac and Dianna took the time to look for some promotional stuff i could take back with me. Im very grateful for their efforts and even my daughter said ," daddy, those are some nice people".

I wish I could remember the man's name that helped me, but I really appreciated his assistance. I went in to get some oil and was carrying my baby, and he, without hesitation, offered to carry the 2 gallons of oil I purchased to my car to help me. I left that day with an appreciation of his help and kindness. I will be going back next time I am in need of car supplies.
Staff was very attentive and customer service focused. You’re greeted and acknowledged right away upon entry and welcomed. These days, that makes a huge difference in creating positive, comfortable shopping experience. Great management is leading this team undoubtedly. Thank you for helping me find what I needed.
Unless your commercial account don’t expect them to help you, especially if you’re over 65 and it’s 102° outside. I’ve had other auto parts stores in the LA basin do great kindness for me. Don’t count on it from O’Reillys.
Been coming here for years and never have issue unless Corina is at the desk. Last time I was there for a gasket she took my payment and delivery fee for a part I needed and it never showed up. This time I went in for a simple oil filter and she gave me the wrong one. Now I have to ask for a ride to go exchange it because my truck is sitting in the garage with no oil.
Extremely helpful. Truck broke down in their parking lot. I was not a customer but they tried to jumpstart and figure out what the problem was Rolando the manager was very helpful.
Wish i could give this place more than 5 stars. Needed a headlight changed while traveling out of town. Diana found what i needed and switched it out herself. Went above and beyond.
Had lifetime warranty on the fuel pump. Returned it and they gave me another. Fast and quick, been going more often then their competitors because they have the part...lol

Came to O'Reilly's because the workers at Auto Zone didn't have enough time to install a new battery we were going to buy from them due to having "tasks" they need to finish before closing up.
Mind you it was barely about to be 8 when we got there (they close at 9) and there was no one else in the store.
Lucky for us the guys at O'Reilly's right across the street were quick to offer us help to get a new battery installed.
We have a hood with some latch issues so it wasn't easy to get the hood open but they were very patient which needs to be noted because this was a night where it was windy and the temperature was about 37° 🥶
I don't usually write reviews but felt it was necessary because it's obvious at O'Reilly's customers come first while at their competitor (Auto Zone) they do not.
I truly appreciate both of these workers for being so courteous and fast yet efficient to get us back on the road.
They've got our business for life.

Store was clean, organized and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They had what I was looking for but they didn't have all the parts my friend was needing. They still get 5 stars because they were very helpful in tracking down the part so we could go pick it up today
Called for wheel bearings for my Prius. They said that they had them in stock. I get there and they only had one. Oh well. Ended up driving to the next closest Oreilly’s to get the other one. It won’t keep me from shopping there but I’ll use the website next time.
The people that work there are on point, they are good. I can't say anything negative about them, the store is always clean and inviting . They need another employee for faster service but the little wait is pleasant so it's not that bad .
As I've mentioned before o' reilly's in one of my favorite places because they always have what I'm looking for and if they don't they will get it, customer service is always wonderful and i do recommend everyone.
Robert, the wonderful young man who helped me with my battery, went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe and working properly. Hes a model of how employees should behave. Thank you Robert for being so kind. Your mom should be proud!!
Staff always slow even with a couple customers, one day I was only person their and 3 employees working 2 on phone and I just stood there waiting getting no help until on finally got off phone. Last time was there half hour and they couldn't find a part that online said they had so ended up leaving. Need more training or more employees to get customers in and our quickly
O'Reilly's is a good place to go for parts and fix it products. They have had quite a few employees that really are helpful/heartfelt. Their prices aren't too bad either ; on a lot of items/products and they keep quite a few loan tools around their stores and their consumer friendly , as least to me they are... Oh Yeah! If there is any kkk working in the ones I visit they keep it under their hoods. 😄 They have quite a few women employees and sometimes they help you more than some of the men that work at O'Reilly's. If they're like this here in Victorville ; especially on Bear Valley Road off of Balsam Road. The females work as hard as the men do and they're so polite and businesses minded and alert( they learn quick).... That's what my experience has been like for the 10 years that I've been going to this particular one... I just hate it when some of them move on and they're no longer there to help me. You kinda get use to quite a few of O'Reilly's employees, at this at this particular one..... I shouldn't be telling y'all this because if all y'all start going to this one , they may no longer have that much time to help me. Forgive me Father God for thinking so selfishly but it really does feel good when you get this time of help and attention. Thank you Father God for all these years with these employees. In Christ Jesus holy name. Amen
O'Reilly's Auto Parts is one of my favorite auto parts stores. The staff seems to be better than AutoZone and ensuring that my needs are met in a timely fashion. The layout of their store makes plenty of sense to find what you need. If they do not have what you need they are very quick to get it ordered and on site as soon as possible.
This place rocks. My son needed a new battery and the connections were corroded. Kelly came out and took the old battery out. Changed out all of the connections put in the new battery in and taped it up really good so this doesn't happen again. Thank you so much Kelly! You went over and above and we really appreciate it!!!! You now have a new customer for life!!! :)
