As someone else in the reviews stated, this is the towing company who is used for my apartment complex. I called yesterday at 8:50pm because I came home after a 12 hour shift to someone parked in my designated spot. Our security guard gave me the # to this company. I called in and could barely understand what the girl was saying, I told her my situation & she said her ONE driver is handling an accident in Arrowhead but will head down the mountain after (apparently they have a contract with CHP) not sure if that's true. So it was going to be a few hours. I waited until 12am to be told that they had to go back up the mountain for another accident (I had to call to be told this, she never bothered calling me) keep in mind this whole time I have literally nowhere to park. She said when they are done with that accident they will be over. Well no one ever came. We had to call AGAIN this morning while getting ready for work to request another tow. The operator told us NICOLE never put any notes so the new operator had no idea a tow was needed. Finally, the driver arrived around 9am the following day. What a ridiculous way to run a profitable business.

Stephanie was absolutely hostile and rude even though this company illegally towed my car and I had proof that they not only made a mistake but lied about it to the police. When confronted with this they changed their story and refused to compensate in any way. The worst attitudes ive ever had to deal with. It was their mistake! they tried to Gaslight me into somehow making it my fault even though I had evidence to the contrary! Awful awful!

Rudy is the best I hope I got his name right I get so stressed breaking down on the freeway after a long day and honestly Rudy is the fastest Tow he's right there in no time and then third time I knew exactly who call that's right and Rudy was there very dependable and a pleasure to have a pleasant conversation with and a true Professional and I had a load on back of my truck and offered to deliver it

This company works for the community I live in. They are terrible, I have called several times about different types of violations from neighboors parking in lots that are not theirs, cars being abandoned in the parking lot for months, trash day violations.... they never show up, but when it comes to towing hard working peoples cars on trash day You better believe their making the rounds early morning to see whos car they can get. Absolute joke of a business

Will quote you grossly under their actually time to arrive. Will not contact you if something comes up while on route to you. Had me wait over an hour the time they quoted me. They will also leaving you sitting on hold for atleast 10 minutes just trying to find out what's going on with them. Highly wouldn't recommend using them as a company when you're in need

Overall customer service, good. However, I believe the company takes advantage and over charges. My car was towed and stored for about 6 hours. $685.00 later. Just think it needs to be regulated better. I was charged after hours, although there were workers at the company, just makes you think....

Bill & Wags is always fast, professional, convenient, and friendly. The are conscientious and respond quickly when you are stranded out on the road. Unfortunately, I have had to use them four times in the past 3-5 years or so. Once was for being winched out of a ditch during a snow storm up in Big Bear. I tried to turn around, and my tire got caught in the snow, on an unseen slope underneath. I was on my way to a party. They responded quickly, and I was late to the party, but I made it! I didn’t wait long at all. Twice I had two flat tires due to the treacherous streets in Highland & San Bernardino and once the battery in my dates car died. One of the owners was close by that time, and showed up personally to make sure we were OK! Now that is service!! I have referred them multiple times, due to my positive experiences. They have never disappointed me or damaged any of my vehicles and I continue to output positive feedback about Bill & Wags. I will continue to recommend them, and use them in the future, should I have the need. They are the best in Ontario! Highly recommend!! ✌🏽

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This place is very unfriendly and do not have compassion for people's feelings. They speak very rude to customers over the phone. They give sarcastic responses with attitudes when asked questions. Staff makes arrangements to pickup vehicle and when you get there, they left early for the day. Money hungry and very inconsiderate.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Unless you're a business and have an account with this company, do not trust them at all. They only have two drivers that have as much as experience as they claim. They will charge you for literally everything. They ask for your credit/debit card information, then process fraudulent charges months later. They lie about how long they've been in business. They'll move your car from one spot to another in your apartment just so they can tow it. And the list of things they do just keeps going on and on. Whatever you do, DO NOT call Bill & Wag's.

They charge an obscene price to recover a vehicle. Very unethical, unsanitary and unprofessional, their counter was extremely dirty, and they were wiping their counter as they were processing our transaction, which was very rude. I'm not sure how these people can sleep at night knowing that they've stiffed people during a pandemic. They charged us for over an hour of labor while the same job can be done by someone else for less than an hour. No rational person with a basic conception of ethics can sleep at night doing what these people do.

Even when your car is stolen and the police find it and have to tow it. You still have to pay. The ladies in the office are extremely rude and will leave u waiting for 20 minutes before even speaking to you. The whole time their talking to each other or on the phone. The police are in cohorts with them. They called me almost an hour after calling bill and wags to tow my vehicle. My car wasn't even their for 5 hours and it cost me $252 to get it out. Or I had the option to pay the money and I let them keep my car with the pickslip. The last option was to let the car go, and it would acculmate daily fees for 30 days. After the car is auctioned off, they place you in collections for any remaining balance. What a SCAM!!!!

Shady business both in practices and services. Staff is beyond RUDE and provide very little information even when asked direct questions. Basically they treat people like we are nothing more than cash cows and frankly it disgusts me to no end that there are businesses that profit off the misfortunes of others, especially when it is through no fault of their own. And it has no bearing if it is due to clerical error on the part of the Police Department that is contracted with them, seems all too "CONVENIENT" to me.......Funny how there are NO consequences for mistakes made by "powers-that-be" but we SURE don't get off unscathed that's for certain.....

Terrible. Got in at 10:15am, clutch fan would not come on causing overheating. I was assured that it will be completed in about two hours It is now 5:30pm, the issue has not been resolved. The manager told me that they would work on it and get done with it within couple of hours (of course at after hours rate) as the part has arrived late... The whole day wasted. Waste of money. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMERS. P.S. They've been in business since 1971 (the sign says so) but were not busy at all (I was the only truck they were working on), now I know why....

Very professional, highly recommend them for local towing for all your needs including commercial and heavy duty. Their fleet is late model and immaculately maintained, not like a lot of these junkyard haulers.

I hate to have any of my trucks or vehicles on the hook but when I do We only call Bill & Wag’s Towing. Our truck broke down, called in, Stephanie was courteous and us being repeat customers gave us a fair price. As usual their equipment Is First Class👍🏻 Driver Introduced himself as Mitch, he has a great attitude and is very professional, got our truck towed into the shop, on time and all in one piece ! Highly recommend Bill & Wag’s towing.

They were me as most tow companies go. Pointed out my faults and what I should do to prevent from happening again. Manager told me if I wanted my money back I could take him to small claims court. Tow was unwarranted but it was my condo's patrol error. Got my money back from them!
