Was stuck on a Sunday. The two guys working there had the part and loaned me a couple tools just to swap a front hub in there parking lot. Hopefully I don't break again but, both gentleman that helped me were awesome. Would definitely recommend if needed.
Good customer service, knowledgeable employees and relatively low prices. The manager, Joseph I believe his name was very helpful and didn't just sell me the part, he made sure that my automotive problem was resolved.
Just wanted to take the time to write this review for the two gentlemen I encountered working at the Napa Auto Parts located in Mojave, Ca. The customer service those guys provided me was way beyond anything they needed to do and I left thinking how the owner was extremely lucky to have these two men running the store and making me the customer feel like I was best thing going since Ice Cream. Above and beyond anything they had to do and through their actions made me feel special. The World would be a greater place if we had more men and women who were more like those two. Thanks again Napa Mojave, I will be back again because I know you two really care about the needs of everyone coming through your doors.

Not sure why, but this place has really gotten bad over the years. Empty shelves, disorganized, and messy. Every once in a while they have what I need.
Friendly staff, hardly any wait ever and a decent selection of products considering this is a very small store. They are always ready to answer any question I throw at them.
Very helpful and great service. Needed a drive belt and they found me the correct part to pick up same day. Got it fixed at a local shop they recommended during a long road trip.
I'm sure being located in a small town makes it difficult to know what to stock on the shelves of an auto parts store, but management at NAPA has mastered this challenge. I've owned new vehicles, and 20 year old vehicles, and I am always amazed at what they have in stock! Pricing is fair, and the staff are always willing and able to spend time giving advice on installing what they sell.
Mara was very helpful on more than one occasion to be able to help me with different items. Napa has been my auto parts store since I built my first car in the 70's!

Napa doesn't ever have anything that u really need in sock.. you would think being the ONLY autoparts store in town, they would atleast have the esentials... get it together Napa, get it together....
out of stock on parts for my vehicle and other make and models. 10th west Napa is the better of the Napa auto parts store in A.V. Also no damn price match or online or in store coupons/ promo codes. But is Covient since there the only part store in town. Pros and cons on that subject.
Only giving one star because zero stars or negative stars isn't an option. The customer service here are rude and so not helpful they make you feel dumb for asking anything. I called for an asd relay fuse price and he said he had no way to look it up he didn't know which one it is.i told him it's the larger grey square fuse he still couldn't tell me I had to bring it in well he gee whiz without that part my van won't drive!! Good way to keep people away and be lazy on the job. I called AutoZone they not only gave me the price but also told me about the price with tax and the included warranty on it and offered to hold the part for me. Napa needs to learn from AutoZone. Thing is we live in Mojave and Napa is the only Auto parts store here, AutoZone is in Rosamond and Napa knows this so I guess they figure they can act any old way they want since they're the only place in our town. Well I'd rather go to another town then give the lazy Napa guys my hard earned money!!
These guys are always happy to answer a question about your car and many times will come out and get under the hood to see if they can help, my go-to place for simple car repairs.
Went in for tail light bulbs for my 2002 Chevy trailblazer. Price quote for LED $36 for 1 bulb. Amazon for 2 price range $6 on low $15 on high for 2. $36 for 1 bulb. I told less than professionals clerk no. Can I please just buy a regular replacement bulb . After sighs grunts groans he tells me they only have LED......... NEVER AGAIN.....THANKS CRAPA MOJAVE.
Advice was good, came in looking for transmission oil and got some knowledge with it, even though it was for a boat. They were able to advice on the perfect thickness and brand, something, most auto parts would refuse to advice on

They get your parts usually the same day if they don't already have them.
It's nice to have a well-known auto parts store in Mojave, but I was disappointed to find that they do not recycle used motor oil. In a place with few places to go like Mojave, it would be really nice if they offered this service. I wound up driving to Autozone in Lancaster to drop off my oil.
