I just had the pleasure of being towed by the most amazing gentlemen by the name of Moises. He was so amazing and helpful. He knew exactly how to help us and was concerned with my daughter and mines safety right away. I really appreciate him and all he did for us and making sure that we got to our destination with our car. If I could give him 10 Stars I would. If you ever break down and you're with AAA see if you could get Moses to tow your vehicle.
The worst service. Waited 2 hrs all to say they had another call. Called dispatch and the woman didn't care and said "your not the only one that needs a tow."

I called for a tow truck and AAA sent this company and I waited almost 2 and a half hours for them to come and pick up another truck that was only there for 25 minutes.AAA said they were in route then they were arriving to nothing. They sent a rerouting towing company. Horrible customer service
I highly recommend GOLDEN BEAR TOWING! Moises arrived very fast and I was frantically worried. Instantly his calm leadership helped me feel at peace. Effectively he got my car all the way to Nevada and I was amazed by him. I’m very Grateful for his response and reassurance that everything is going to be ok. Technically he knew what needed to be done and he was prepared for anything that could have happened or needed happen to get back on the road. Thank goodness I chose this amazing company to help me that day.
I locked my keys in my car at work and MOISES my technician who helped me was great!! He came super quick and was very compassionate and helpful. Didn’t make me feel bad about locking my keys and was so down to earth. I really appreciated his service!!
They sent me Moises Dominguez, and this was by far the best experience with a tower that my mom and I have had. He was very kind, personable, and he took one look at the leakage from my car and guess that it was overheating. The job he did was quick, he made it look easy and gave us no problems along the way. He also reminded me how lucky I am to have pulled over before getting onto the freeway. Definitely recommend this company and this employee.
Worst experience, they were supposed to pick me up 6:15pm they updated me twice through text. An hour later, no tow truck. call back, say they can't now that they called another tow company, waited 3 hours for a tow,could have saved time and frustration if I avoided this company, horrible

I had a terrible experience with Golden Bear Towing after they were dispatched by AAA to jump-start my RV’s battery. The technician arrived promptly and got my vehicle running, but that’s where the positives end. Shortly after I drove away, I believe this same individual returned, broke into my RV, and stole over $10,000 worth of merchandise and personal items. He even used my storage unit access code to exit the area undetected.
I contacted Golden Bear Towing directly to give them a chance to address the issue and make amends before escalating to a police report, but I’ve received no response or follow-up. This company seems unprofessional and unreliable— if you’re looking for a towing service, I strongly recommend avoiding them to protect your property. Choose a more reputable provider instead.
Horrible experience with golden bear towing. Specifically told them not to start the car. Driver told my wife he is not going to push the little car 10ft out of garage and proceeded to start the car and load it onto the truck. Mechanic is saying they caused internal damage to my engine. Management refuses to call me back. I do not recommend these clowns to tow or do anything to your vehicle
Accelerated to illegally and unsafely cut drivers off, when his lane was blocked by a stalled vehicle. Never done business with them, but not interested in them towing my car.
Moises came to pick me up and tow my vehicle not once but twice! Best customer service ever! I hope he can be blessed with a raise and a bonus or maybe even a promotion for himself. I truly believe he crossed my path for a reason and I hope to meet him again soon. In the meantime, I will be recommending Golden Bear Towing every day of the week!
Terrible service! Unwilling to help customers going through financial hardship. Wrongfully towed my vehicle yesterday, claiming PD sent them there to tow my car due to expired registration. If they came to my door and asked, they would find out that a PNO was filed on the car and we were in the process of repairing it. Instead, they TAKE my car less than 24hrs ago and only 1.5 miles from my house, and now I have to pay $321 to get my car out before 5pm today. This company and others like it should be ashamed for profiting off of people barely making it by. What a scam!!!
First call was from desire and she was so nice and made me feel like I was going to be in good hands a little after I got a call from Victor the driver he told me he was on his way I was glad how fast everything was going and showed very quick I was pleased with the work they have done. thanks again for golden bear towing

United States one of your drivers operating a tow truck with license plate 56915U2 nearly crashed into me and would have killed me had I not swerved out of the way. This was not just reckless — it was life-threatening.
I have already begun filing formal complaints with:
• The California Highway Patrol
• The California Public Utilities Commission
• The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
• And I am consulting with legal counsel regarding a civil lawsuit.
Before I proceed further, I demand:
1. The name of the driver
2. Confirmation that this incident is being investigated
3. Details of what disciplinary or corrective action will be taken
If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter publicly and legally.

We were sent Golden Bear by AAA for service and both times the person they sent was so rude and unwilling to help. I will NEVER ever use them again If I have anything to do with it. The same guys was sent to my house both times and it seemed like he didn't want to do his job. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! THE WORST
Never used this business but after their driver cut me off going 65 in a 50 just to make a left turn I never will. I don’t know how someone is supposed to trust these people to tow their car if they’re going around running people off the road. The driver kept speeding after he cut me off as well. Extremely unsafe behavior to be displaying in a company vehicle.
John was sent out to help me with a flat tire when my Jack would not work. He went above and beyond and even tho he was extremely busy trying to get to all his calls, he was patient helpful and didn’t give up when my lug nuts were to tight for his drill. He changed my tire removed the shredded tire that was rapped around the wheelbase. This was through AAA but would recommend with or without AAA
I called AAA and Golden Bear Towing sent out a technician to recharge my battery. They arrived faster than the estimated arrival and were very kind. Very sadisfied with their service
I called AAA for towing and they promptly assigned Golden Bear Towing for service. Golden Bear called me and sent me a text to give me an estimate time for the drivers arrival. I then received a call from the driver (Victor) to confirm his arrival time. The entire process took about 90 minutes.
Victor was extremely courteous and handled my car with care.
My tow guy was very nice. Only issue was with dispatch I understand the prioritize AAA members. I was given an ETA of 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday,b, one dispatch. Long story short there was a shift change, I called into follow up around the estimated time i was given. The new dispatch disclosed there was nothing listed under my name , needless to say she was very accommodating and was able to find me someone fairly quickly.
Frank from Golden Bear Towing was a great representation of what AAA Roadside Service is all about! After my car broke down on me, Frank was very kind and professional! Not only did he help me get my car taken care of but he talked to me on the long ride home which helped me to feel better.
Josh came out to fix my tire and he was AMAZING. Golden Bear Towing called me right after I got off the phone with triple A to verify where I was and send out a tech. Then I got a call from Josh right after letting me know I was his next stop. He got here in 5 min and was the nicest!! He had it all fixed and ready so fast!! Told me how long I could drive on my spare. If you need someone reliable call Golden Bear! Great experience and very happy with their service!!
This is a picture of their expert drivers blocking traffic for over an hour at local business parks. Cannot see the driver, me neither after waiting for 15 min I was blocked in by 5 cars so nobody could leave because of this. The total time was 1 hour 10 min for this guy to unload. The driver emerged from a different location, a separate off-road shop he was apparently shopping while blocking traffic. I’ll be posting the video of this guy cursing to all the cars and then going to turn his own truck off to not move the ramp which was extremely petty but hilarious because when he realized he had to go turn it back on to use the ramp the whole line laughed. Would never recommend this tow company I hope AAA sees how they conduct business and they lose their contract.
