Almost all the staff is great faster and efficient but the cashiers omg they act like they better than any body I hope they change their attitude or replace them
The workers are super nice willing to help but the people in the office are rude and give you attitude not once put twice cashier Catelyn rolling her eyes and giving attitude when there is no reason to give attitude.

Place is easy to dump good people I give the one star to there office I feel highly disrespect every time I go they are rude like there having a bad day and rub there energy on me I feel the negativity 1000 percent all I want is you to be polite not to hard
I went today at 3 pm when I get there the guys said we are closed. I told them that the website said closes at 4pm and they said for cans and bottles we close at 2pm and for metal at 4pm. That is B .S.They do not have nothing sayimg that.So I have to drive around to look for another place to recycle since my truck was already loaded.
Don't take your recycling here you will not get paid the same day. You will have to wait three to four business days. This place is a joke and they don't tell you that you have to wait. I turned in some aluminum and they made me wait three or four days for $66. Go somewhere else you will get your cash the same day.
This is not the first time.
Closes at 4 pm sure got there at 14:30 gate closed.

Updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star because their hours always change. I came in at 12 one Saturday and they were open. On another Saturday I come in at 11 and they said they were closed. Don't waste your time trying to come to this place
Don’t go here it’s a waste of gas and your time to day I’ve decided to recycle some pure and CLEAN aluminum bar stock I had laying around my house and I got only 13$ for 50lbs I asked what was the deal and they said it was contaminated because there was a little bit of oil on it from my gloves I handle the material with, I asked to get my aluminum back but they said all sells was final DONT GO HERE they will find anyway to low ball you for any reason not going here again
This place always has friendly workers and very quick service. Hector and Victor are the best! I’ve been going there for about a year personally, maybe a little longer. I always get greeted, and on Some Hotter days I have been offered ice cold water while I was in line or emptying my vehicle.
If youre going to come to this place, in which I am not, make sure to remove all bottle caps. Make sure there is not water in the bottles, even if its a little bit. They made me & my husband get out of the line and check our bottles to see if there was any water. Apparently the person who was weighing them could tell if there was water in them (just by the weight) & adjusted the weight for the bottles. How do I know? Because on my receipt it said "adjusted" He took off about $6 dollars. So before you leave your house check every single bottle & take off every single cap, cause apparently "we were holding up the line & they shouldn't be doing this". (Removing caps & emptying water bottles)
I came across this place by accident just driving down the street from my house. They have huge baskets with wheels that hold a lot more recyclables than the smaller plastic trash cans. The place does get a little busy at certain times, but I've never had a problem parking or waiting very long. If you recycle plastic bottles do remove the caps & your ID is required. They do accept appliances, metal, copper, old Christmas lights besides plastic & aluminum. Definitely check the website or call ahead to make sure.
Everything is easy there... but now they want you to take off all the caps of the plastic bottles...before accepting them...yes I understand why.... but a huge inconvenience... I just take them somewhere else now.... who wants to go there and then have to take off 200 caps?
Excellent place to recycle your cans and what not. Overall kinda dirty. Avoid early day as this is when the homeless element makes their presence known. All in All tho the best place to recycle around.
This place is a ripoff the city should check there scale and basket weight. There website says if you don’t have a coupon they take competitors coupons when I ask they say no we don’t. Just a way to riptoff customers.
I called and was quoted a price yellow brass, after taking everything and getting it weighed and going to the cashier. The price was suddenly 0.20 lower per lb. and the Felix the "manager" would not honor the price he quoted over the phone. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
This place is such a rip off. I brought 100 pounds of aluminum rims and they tried to give me $5. Seriously, plenty of other places to go, stop giving these people your business.

best place in town. 10 cents a pound for tin is one heck of a deal these days. even if I was getting that for #1 hms is a lot specially these days the market is. If you dont have a coupon they accept all other competitor coupons and if you dont have one ask Bryan or Paco they will hook you up :) lol let me know when you guys are having the 10cents per pound deal.
