These people are horrible. Horrible customer service, horrible tow truck driver, he could hardly move around…and all he did was complain about the work he was doing. Tried to act like he didn’t know what he was there for and said, usually AAA doesn’t send us for this…ummmmm sir, hush and do what you are paid for.
I had a very disappointing experience with this towing company. First, the lady behind the counter was extremely disrespectful, and both employees I spoke to were rude. Second, the driver at the accident scene told me that if I brought the car title to their shop, everything would be free. However, when I went to the shop, they tried to charge me $275. This is dishonest and unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
AAA has dispatched Pro Towing to me, I have personally used them for my business and AAA members regularly get vehicles towed to my shop in Chino. They have always been legit to deal with via AAA and directly.
In my entire life, I have never had such a positive experience with a tow company. They were fantastic and the owner is first class. I really can’t understand how this place wouldn’t have a five star review based on my experience.
This place is awesome they were quick are very curious and called me when they are on they way.Miguel is was very nice and very curious and helpful and the dispatcher Christian was very curious and helpful and called me me letting me know he add a call before me and would call me when he was on his way very quick service very happy with there service. Awesome company. Very professional, and knowledgeable. I understand not everyone will be happy with there service and that's only because some people don't understand policy and rules when it comes to towing. Some things are out of there hands and tow trucks aren't cheap. People need to understand it's still a business . So I suggest , just do the right thing .
Best service of my life! We broke down in Chino late at night and contacted AAA, who went Pro Towing to help. The driver arrived sooner than expected and told us AAA would not cover the tow because our camper van was not included in the plan we had purchased. Instead of abandoning us, he hooked up our van, recommended us a great mechanic (Chino Auto Repair), towed us there, and then refused my payment, saying this was how he can use his position to do good in the world. Hope I don't get him in trouble because he really made a difference in our lives that night. Thank you, Pro Towing!
Front desk woman lies and spreads misinformation. That woman told us that the owner of the car would be able to go back and take pictures carefully so that no other cars are in the background. My mother in law drove over an hour to Chino and was told that only insurance people are allowed back there, but when we were there NONE of that was mentioned. Know what you’re talking about before people go out of their way, you’re dealing with people’s cars and money. It’s not right. Unprofessional as well, avoid this place at all cost. I truly wish this place the worst.
I couldn’t put 0 stars so I had to choose one star even they don’t deserve.Dispatch is very rude also there tow truck drivers are not professional at all. They don’t do courtesy calls like other tow truck companies.they don’t deserve to have contract with AAA they are not professional at all.
They were extremely compassionate and helpful in helping me get a key made for a vehicle that I was having a difficult time with. It’s unfortunate when you get vehicles towed but when you can work with people like this it takes a load of stress out of an already stressful situation. I appreciate the help tremendously.

2 months ago I received excellent service from Anthony, and his dispatcher, at 6:30am on a busy workday.
Anthony was nothing less than a professional, polite and patient gentleman. He got my 4runner on the truck, towed me 8 miles to my tire dealer, and was awesome from start to finish.
Unfortunately I lost the name of the patient and polite dispatcher who helped me, the few times I called (as I had a busy morning and she worked with me to make a smooth tow, happen).
I highly recommend Pro Towing, as the company exemplifies the AAA standards for Tow Truck Operator membership.
Thank you Pro Towing. My experience was stellar and brought peace-of-mind. If I ever need another tow service, or know someone who does, I'll recommend Pro Towing.

I’ve been with AAA for 33 years. My trucks belt went out so AAA contracted pro tow. They refused to tow my truck and lied to AAA telling them the truck was only 1inch off the ground and had 24 inch custom rims.
The truck has original rims and tire size. They just didn’t wanna bother and would rather make easy money on other calls. I’m filing a complaint with AAA in the morning. ( pic enclosed)
So happy with the services provided by Pro Towing. The driver, Rene, arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We were given timely updates while we waited for his arrival, and he was very professional and friendly. Thank you Rene!
Office woman was rude and disrespectful. This was the first time I had to deal with Pro Towing and I had never run into such a miserable person. She must be related to the owner because I do not see how a company that has a contract with AAA could employ such unprofessional staff.
The gentleman who came to tow our vehicle was patient, I couldn’t find my AAA card & he patiently waited while I looked for it. Our vehicle wasn’t running and wouldn’t start. He towed our vehicle to the shop without any trouble at all
Horrible service!! Told the tow truck driver I will be there in 5 min and he left and cancel my call. It would have taken him longer to start hooking up car and I would have been there. Dispatch is rude too!!! Definitely letting AAA know not to use them for my towing. They are lazy! If I could I would leave a 0 star.
Great staff friendly and kind. Have been towed by AAA Number of times. Had to wait in Lake Elsinore 5-6hrs to go to a tire shop. Broke down in Chino area waited 15mins. WTH. fast service.

Pro Tow is a crooked tow company. Beware of these tow truck drivers. They are liars and thieves. I am a Maintenance worker at 4200 Marketplace in Chino Hills. And this crooked company took my 3 classic cars when I wasn’t on the property, telling lies on there reports that my vehicles were on the property for over a year and that they have no vin plates. My vehicles were under car covers and they had no right in violating my property. So they contacted the property manager with false reports and had the ignorant security guard signed the papers when he knew those were my cars. Every time I seen those tow truck drivers watching my cars, I would make myself present and then they will drive off. Why did they not explain what they were there for because they know they are crooked thieves
The owner should be ashamed of running a low dirty company that has to go on private property and steal vehicles and create fraudulent paperwork just to make revenue. I’ve been homeless for less than a year but have worked on this property for two years. Because of my surgery I was placed on worker’s compensation and have been going thru a difficult financial hardship. It’s very difficult to have crooked people take something you worked so hard for, just because they feel they are untitled to do so. A great company doesn’t have to make false reports to do business, a great company does their business by the book, not by being the crook
How can they say that this battery is still “good” when it’s reading 1.82 volts??!! Battery cells are stills “good” claims Daniel the service driver. I purchased this battery from them less than 6 months ago, but won’t honor the warranty! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BATTERIES from them! And avoid their service! Took battery to autozone for a 2nd opinion. BAD BATTERY!!
Called AAA. They contracted Pro Towing. Raul was dispatched to the location my friend’s BMW broke down. Tried jumping it, no go, swapped battery and still no go, now we’re assuming it’s the alternator. My friend’s car is very low, less than 2-4 inches of clearance. Best suggestion Raul had was take off the front bumper and tow it from the rear of the car (we were facing uphill and BMW has front splitter PLUS with most BMW cars cannot be put in neutral to tow on flatbed with dead battery because shifting is done electronically, and we could not jack up the car to manually flip the switch under the transmission to put in neutral). Raul also jumped in helping take off the front bumper. Within 3 unfortunate hours of frustration to a 5 minute destination (we were literally 5 minutes away from home) we finally did it. Thanks Raul. Great service 10/10!
Nice and professional people . Had to call them to tow my car. Came out help troubleshooting and provide me some tips before towing . Also didn't charge me for the last extra mile . Hector ( the tech guy) was very friendly , helpful and professional too . I'm satisfied with the the job
I just want to shout out to Pro Towing today! In this awful rain in a busy parking lot! They took special care not to damage my car even further since this was not an insurance claim.
Shout out to the two drivers that came out Hector & Chris. I imagine that tow truck drivers face a lot of variations of circumstances and danger. People are sad and upset dealing with one of our most valuable purchases. It isn’t easy I imagine. They were patient and respectful and helped us out. I’d like to mention names because employees come and go and sometimes those bad ones can tarnish a company’s name! However Hector and Chris represent what I imagine the company stands for and were great and if I need service again in the future, I hope to run into them again! January 2023
Also, Aaa said they would be there at 11:53 and it took only 15 minutes to get to the location. So I felt bad because I made them wait because I had to drive to where they were at.
Got in our car this morning and it had a dead battery. Called AAA at 8:39 and they said Pro Towing would be here at 9:12. John arrived at 8:52! He was friendly, courteous and kind. Had a new battery installed within 20 minutes! Excellent!!
