INITIALLY: I had an amazing experience getting my custom-built utility trailer! The quality of craftsmanship is great, and the pricing was very fair for the level of customization I needed. Valeria was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process, making sure all my questions were answered. What really stood out was the owner, Ron—he personally took the time to show me around and even called me to ensure I had no concerns with this custom build. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-built trailer and great service! UPDATE 10/13/2025: Workers forgot to weld bottom crossmembers which is crucial, a few angle iron supports are not straight, floor is bowed upward, and welds are not great by any means. You get what you pay for. Caution is to inspect well before paying. I ended up spending another $4k at a reputable fab shop to make it right. The owner Ron did agree to refund a small portion due to these major issues.
If you want a horribly made trailer with cheap material this would be your place. Bought a trailer here with a friend and it was a nightmare never again. Not even a year old and I’ve already had to do multiple things to it & not to mention the staff is horrible every time I’ve called.
I have a 2023 Utility trailer of theirs. After using it for about a year heavily for my business, I realize time and time again same tire is blowing out. Come to find out after I had a local shop look at it. The axles were welded on NOT parallel to one another. I’ve already custom built this trailer out and I use it daily for my business so trying to coordinate getting this fixed is a huge pain.
As for my personal experience with this company Trying to get this fix warrantied has not been easy. I’m going to end up just paying a local company almost a $1,000 for them to fix the issue.
Be aware of this issue and consider the possibility if you purchase through this company.

I understand policies are policies, let’s not ignore the bigger issue here: the trailer was built with axles that weren’t even aligned properly. That’s a manufacturing defect regardless of who’s bringing it in. As I already mentioned, the original owner will be the one bringing it in for inspection, something I stated from the beginning.
In the meantime, I’m still left with a costly and time-consuming headache for something that shouldn’t have made it off the lot in the first place.
This business gave me a great experience. Their work is very professional, excellent customer service, and are always willing to help their clients to meet their needs when it comes to their trailers.
Easy and 1,2,3. 1 show up. 2 pick out what u want. 3 get it registered. Got mine today and could not be happier. They even had a accessories for what I was going to use it for. Motorcycle transport. When I need a bigger one I'm coming back here

IE Trailers did a great job building out the dump section of my dump truck. The added many accessories like a ramp & ladders for a reasonable price. Highly recommend
10/10 recommended! Theres so many options to choose from. I personally got one for my quad, its a 5ftx8ftx1ft and its perfect; theres still space left to throw on more items on it! I wanted to write an updated review. I did have some issues originally, but I've been extremely happy with my purchase. The trailer I purchased (5x10 dump) has been very reliable and solid. I've driven it around town and on the highway. I will post pictures later. They process of buying it was very easy, the owner/manager and her co-workers and or employees were very nice and helpful. Very happy with my purchase I would definitely buy again from them. They have some of the most competitive prices and you can custom make your trailer to fit your needs. Do expect to wait some time as they are very busy building custom trailers. It took a little over a month longer than expected but was well worth it. Solid trailer great value and price! We bought a trailer 5 years ago, the experience was terrible but I let it slide until now.
The trailer we ordered was not the trailer that we were given, we specifically asked for it to be insulated and more and were assured the trailer would be done as we ordered it, not even close.
We waited weeks and did not get what we ordered and now we can see why, the customer service is terrible.
It's so incredibly frustrating when you call a company four or five times and get nowhere.
I've called asking to have my purchase paperwork replaced, I have been told it would be $100.
Jessica has told me she has to ask someone higher up if it's okay. I understand they want to verify who is calling for this paperwork.
On my 4th call I asked for manager to call me back and as you can imagine never got a call.
I remained professional and polite during all calls.
But after 4/5 calls to get a nowhere just shows the lack of care the lack of customer service.
If you want to be lied to great you found your trailer company...run don't walk away from these people.

Do not buy a trailer from this manufacturer. They are crooks and do not stand behind their work. I purchased a trailer from them and set up a time to pick it up. I drove from Santa Barbara California to Bloomington California on a Friday to pick up my trailer. When I arrived, it was not ready. I had to return and drive all the way back to Santa Barbara. I then came back on Saturday to pick up the trailer and again it was not ready. I waited for four hours. I arrived at my final destination in Northern California. I realized that they had never attached the ability for me to secure my ramps. They also never provided me the spare tire I paid for. When I brought this to their attention, they informed me that all warranty work needed to be completed at their facility and would not reimburse me for any of the items I purchased, and they failed to secure or deliver. They are unethical in their business practices and unless you live in a 20 mile radius if anything is ever wrong with your trailer, it is a nightmare for work to be completed
After significant effort I was able to reach a resolution with Inland Empire Trailer. They provided me a refund for items that were missing and needed to be repaired.
Highly recommend IE Trailers. The price for my trailer was very reasonable. The staff is awesome and very helpful.The trailer came out just how I wanted it. Thanks again to Valerie for doing a great job on coordinating the build on my trailer. Also a special thanks for the people who built the trailer. Hats off all the way around for IE Trailers. Keep up the great work you guys.
They sold me a 2018 honda and it's really good bike there customer service is excellent Liz did an amazing job and got me in and out with something that sweet would recommend to any one and they sell trailers if need please go and check them out asap
Ron helped me get the sale done from start to finish! Helped get the bike registered from Nevada to California title. Very helpful and knowledgeable at what he does! Will be buying more bikes from him in the future! Thanks again Ron for all the help!
Great service and great experience. They provided all the information and a great deal on brand new trailer. We drove from 3 hrs away and trusted everything was the same as was explained to us over the phone. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This is the last time I edit my review. So I just pick up my utility trailer and it's awesome. All the extra items I ask for, and how I wanted build was done. It looks incredible I say so. Had a custom dump truck built and it was made just like I ask. Very strong and sturdy, great craftsmanship from the IE folks. Before I took the trailer they made sure everything was functioning properly. Indeed I will buy again from IE Trailers.
