I bought 4 cars there, looks good but after driving 75 miles. Check engine light turn on... Transmission problems on all of them...

Please is something true and certain, I have the vehicle in the workshop, I bought it last week, I just got it out of the action, I wanted to take it to my house, I live in Palm Spring, when I was driving it, it ended up in the Morongo Casino, I checked it, the transmission, they don't work, they are junk cars, they just clean them up nicely, they're ready to throw them in the trash, I told them it's a scam, do you think that I told them, I left them a voicemail, this is not a tobl either, please open your eyes, don't go there, my people, whatever car you buy, buy it cheaper and in better conditions, or go to Cali Auto Action, they are better and cheaper, there they are Junk Yard, pure pieces of cars, they clean them up nicely and screw you well, please spread the word, don't go there, that's a piece of junk, that is, a scam,

To buy something here. It’s a really bad decision. I’m not really recommended to no one to get a car here. It’s really expensive cars all people, Crazy Crazy paperwork. You wait a long time for no reason Please do not come at this actions. I do not recommend. Well was a really bad experience to me, I do not recommend it at all. Please get out of this business. That’s pretty bad action and sucks prices do not waste your time, and don’t come over here

Their customer service sucks specially for the paper work for the vehicles bought a car on May 10th got a text june 9th to pick up my title I go to register it paid all the fees but turns out the out of state title they gave me is invalid who ever they got it from order a duplicate so I couldn't finish registering it until they provide me with new one. I let them know about this they won't respond for days when they finally do they say the paper works they gave me is correct I send them proof and they still try to make things seem like it's all of me they are better at trying to argue with you more than they are at the business instead of trying to make things easier and take care of the matter they keep brushing you off. Who ever answered the text messages for them is unprofessional.

My package went there by mistake, and they got them back for me. I really trustworthy people and a good vibe at their sales

I think they have fair prices, and all the people making their bad comments are only because they expect to get a brand-new car. If you're buying a secondhand car, just make sure to inspect; they even let you do a test drive if you come between Monday and Friday.

They sold me a lemon and they think I’m going to let them get away with it . There was no check engine light on when I purchased the car. 5 mins into leavin their lot the car starts shaking and engine light pops on . They didn’t tell me to bring a mechanic until AFTER I purchased the vehicle. It’s okay tho watch what’s going to happen next . They’re scamming people out of hard earned money . Not me tho I promise you that .

DO NOT Buy A Vehicle at this establishment I purchased a vehicle a couple months ago and nothing but issues I spent over 8k basically for a clunker. They might look good on the outside but are filled with problems internally. ***Buyer Beware***

A guy named “Arturo” sold me a car, but before buying it, I had questions. He would say, “Ahorita te atiendo,” and then walk away to talk to other people. When I tried to approach him, he would just look at me and try to avoid me. They will say it’s entirely your fault for not checking the car during weekdays and for not bringing your own mechanic. But let’s be honest, who would waste their time going far away to visit them when you may have to work during those days? And why would you waste money hiring a mechanic to check a car? Again, “TOTAL SCAM, DON’T COME HERE.” By the way, they do live streams on TikTok, and once they start getting comments like this one about bad experiences, they block them and the users who wrote them so they don’t seem bad. SHAME ON YOU ALL—GREEDY BUSINESS. 🤮

Red flag don’t buy cars from This party or 3rd party sale!! Cars have some issues with the motor and they fixed for sell the card as a good condition when is not I called this as a fraud Daniel Vallejo’s sell me this cars with a bad motor condition and I only drive the car 3 months and the car was coming with a big liquid oil and light Edinger on horrible condition situation Don’t buy cars k ok here he stole my money 4400

Worst business ever. Sold me a car with a blown engine....said it was my fault for not checking the oil while it was being auctioned.

I would like to say that this place is the worst place to buy a vehicle to ship to mexico. If you buy, take it home with you that day. Don't buy to send to mexico. I bought a car on April 3, and it was sent to the border on May 3, and it went thru the process but is waiting for it to be transported. Its been almost a month since the process, and its just sitting their and they keep ignoring me to see when it will get sent. I give it no stars. I will advise all of you to never buy from them.

Bought a 2019 Infiniti q50 from this auction They left out certain things they said they provide upon inspection of the vehicles prior from auctioning the vehicle, They sold us a vehicle knowingly that it had a damaged engine. They did they’re best conman work to avoid anyone hearing the engine or inspecting it as they said they allow everyone to inspect it prior from bidding on it once we made all the final payments and received the keys to the vehicle we had the opportunity to inspect it with a mechanic and OBD reader to find out that the engine was not in working condition so we now got stuck with a vehicle that requires a new engine. They had us sign all the documents so we could not take it up to them after finding out that they had sold us a non-operable vehicle. They stated it was in great condition low miles like new but didn’t allow any auction goers to do the due diligence as they allowed all the other vehicles prior from bidding on it so from that point we had come to the conclusion that they did everything knowing it was in bad condition and false promoted the vehicle. They’re cons and will take your money knowing they’re selling you a vehicle that won’t even drive out their lot but will feed you lies as it’s in perfect condition to have you pay them the full amount as if it is in great condition and tell you it’s now your issue as they walk away with your money.

Don’t give these people clientele. Very unprofessional customer service given. Was not honest about deposit rules until the next day after when we had some questions. Please hire more honest people or don’t run this fraudulent business. Updated review- Whoever is replying to the reviews needs to learn how to provide better responses. In all honestly there should be more professionalism from those responding to the review. Again it proves my point of the customer service given at this place. Second of all WHAAATTTT!?😂 we never said it was at a auction event. Third of all there are signs which clearly your employees don’t know how to read much less accurately inform perspective clients. I wish this place well but for sure in no time this place will shut down. Take your business else where!

Full recommended I just bought a 2015 jaguar with 90k miles under 6k! Drive it back to Vegas with no issues at all! Thank you Juan And all he’s crew members! I was threat like a fam! Ready for the next one!

Save your money and don’t buy anything from these people we bought a 15K vehicle; they said it didn’t have any lights on and as soon as we drove the car it turned on the check engine light….yes the vehicle had a bad engine. They don’t hold themselves responsible. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! YOU REPLIED TO MY REVIEW WITH PURE LIES….😡😡😡😡😡but obviously I’m not the only one complaining that you sell trash to your own people and yes…you sold US the 2008 F250 Superduty 4X4 just last week. You said it didn’t have any lights on the dashboard and as soon as we drove it the check engine light came on which tells me that you guys unplug the battery for the dashboard lights to clear…In case you can’t recall the truck…we paid you over 15K (the most expensive vehicle sold just last week). I flew out here with my dad, who intended to purchase a truck for my mom. Unfortunately, he didn’t find what he was looking for. On the other hand, I hadn’t planned on buying anything since I had bought a new car in March. However, I didn’t want to put too many miles on it or risk damaging it at work, so I ended up buying a commuter car, a Mazda CX-5. I arrived in town on a Saturday morning from San Francisco, just in time for the morning announcements at the auction. They emphasized the importance of checking the cars with scanners before the auction, and they repeatedly advised coming during the week to inspect the cars thoroughly, bring a mechanic, and test drive them before placing a bid. Regrettably, I didn’t follow these recommendations. The employees at the auction were all friendly and stressed the same points. After I paid and took the car, I didn’t even make it half a block before realizing there was an issue. Fortunately, I reacted quickly, took the car to an O’Reilly Auto Parts store, and had the error code checked. It turned out to be a misfire on cylinder 1, which was causing the car to go into fail-safe mode. After spending about 20 minutes and $40 on it, I replaced all 4 spark plugs, and the car now drives wonderfully. I’ve already driven over 4000 miles with no issues – no misfires, no slipping transmission, and no antifreeze smell. If the car had broken down and been more difficult to fix, I wouldn’t have been upset because I was repeatedly advised to thoroughly inspect any car I planned to bid on. If you’re planning to bid on a car at the auction, be sure to ask the auctioneer questions. They are more than willing to help and answer any inquiries. I’m looking forward to returning with my dad, a few days early, to test drive any cars we plan on bidding for. I believe that many of the negative comments about this business come from people who didn’t do their homework and are blaming the place for their own negligence.

Ok I have to say that , the staff here and the owner were GREAT ! I myself purchased 5 vehicles over a span of a few years and everyone was descent and all but one of them is actually still running and driving fine ..I have purchased an Infinity ( still running) a Nissan ( still running) A Scion ( still running) a CTS ( still running ) a Beautiful Mercedes ( still running( and an Armada ( still running( . They have been honest , clear and very friendly , I appreciate them so much THANKS , EVERYONE THERESE

Came here because of Tiktok. This place doesn’t lower the auction price after a certain limit. I saw a guy bid 7K for a Jeep but the guy calling out was desperately seeking a 9K or above call, so he ignored his call and kept on looking and asking people to bid 9K so that (he won’t lose money). Also, I read the huge waiver in the front that says all cars sold here are sold on paper as “unknown odometer” and that regardless of what is said about the car you should know that the car can have a different mileage. I’ll attach an image of it so you can read it yourself. The more time I spent there the more I realize that at least 20 cars weren’t sold but the auctioneer will continue to make calls as if it is but really toward the end mention the price he’s looking to sell it for and if anyone interested can even set up monthly placement.

I truly didn't like it, Very disappointed! We bet on a car, that was working good when they brought it out so we can all see it. At the end, when auction was over. We tried starting the car, and guess what! wouldn't start. So they just leave you there with no help. Last time we go there.

As long as there is some common sense when you buy, it is a decent place to buy cars. I ALWAYS test them before auction. I have bought a few and have had good and bad cars. Buying ANY used car here or outside could have issues. Do your homework, check fees , and do not gamble and waste your money without testing cars there or anywhere. Good luck to everyone 😀

Service is not fast, yet friendly. Met an owner of a dealership and got an even better deal from him! Definitely will go back if I am in the business of another used car. Variety of cars 🚗 Walked away with a 2011 Hyundai Sonata for $3400. Straight to the tire shop....worth it!

I bought a used vehicle there and to my surprise there was a $200 charge for buying a car there at the end that they did not disclose until the very end. Surprise surprise the prices are kind of high for the car that you get but you are still able to make a profit if you resold the car. So by wisely. to my surprise they still have not found a pink slip for the car that I bought a month ago and now they're talking about while we still have more time it's not 45 days yet. And I asked why don't you start the lean sale so I can register the car it cost me $1,000 more than the purchase price because the transmission was no good they did not allow us to test drive the cars first. Wow I'm completely upside down on the price of this car paying more than what it's worth now and I still am not able to drive it until I get it registered and they're talking about well they got to start lean sale proceedings that's another 45 to 90 days away before I can register it this public auction is rigged
